When the usually so cold and reserved Rin Itoshi agreed to go out for dinner with you, you couldn't help getting excited but also a part in you was awfully suspicious of his sudden change in his behavior. You finally learnt the despondent truth when it was time to meet for the dinner.

You and Shidou were having breakfast when someone rang your doorbell. Getting up from your chair, you made way towards the door and opened it. The happiness on your face was now replaced with something representing bitterness. Eyes now wide, your body froze in its place. You never expected this, not once.

There was Rin. Standing at your door, rain pouring down as his wet clothes clinged to his toned body. He knows that he messed up and he also knows that you won't forgive him, but nevertheless, he decided to visit. After what felt like years, your eyes met his. No one uttered a word as the sound of rain pitter-pattered around you. He tried to avoid your gaze, unable to muster up the courage to say anything. Silence followed until finally you muttered something.

"Do you need anything?," You tried to sound calm

"Uhm I'm....I'm sorry I guess. I didn't mean to-"

"It's alright," you cut him off, "I forgot about it honestly"

You shrugged your shoulders and stared at him, internally hoping that your voice didn't give away your nervousness and pain. You heard Shidou behind, he was probably coming to check for the reason of your absence. If Shidou saw Rin he would definitely make a scene, so it was better if Rin left right now. You said a quick 'goodbye' to Rin and tried to close the door only for it to be blocked by Rin.

"Hey wait up! Do you forgive me?"

Too late. The damage has already been done.

"Yeah it's alright. You can leave now."

Too late again. Shidou was already opening the door wide open.

Silence.

The tension in the air crackled like static. Every breath you took seemed strained, as if the weight of unspoken words and unresolved emotions bore down on the room. Anyone who knew Shidou well could easily tell that Shidou was pissed; Really pissed. Jaw clenched and his sharp gaze fixed on Rin. Heart now pounding hard against your chest, you swallowed the lump formed in your throat. The two taller males just stared down each other, no one daring to utter a single word. "You seriously had the audacity to show up today after all the shitty things you did??" The blond's tone laced with poison, "Y/N doesn't need you and your filthy 'sorrys' so get the fuck out from her life."

And even before the Itoshi could say anything, the door was slammed shut. Your eyes widen as Shidou stormed inside. Practically frozen, you stood there motionless because you never saw this side of Shidou. The situation got even more worse and honestly, you didn't want to face neither of them.

You needed answers, no you DESERVED answers. Rin was sitting here, kissing some random girl instead of meeting up with you. Blood now boiling, you made your way towards the group when suddenly, your vision was blacked out. Shidou had refrained your vision by putting his hands over your eyes. Although you couldn't see anything you could clearly hear Shidou cursing them as the room falls quiet slowly.

"Y/n....? I can exp-" You could hear Rin mumble but was quickly interrupted by the Blonde by your side.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP. Y/N DOESN'T NEED TO HEAR ANY OF YOUR BULLSHIT ANYMORE!" Shidou snapped.

You could sense the anger boiling in Shidou as he dragged you out of the party. Not remembering anything much after that, you found yourself sitting in your balcony, sipping on your favourite drink while rain was pouring outside with the occasional thundering. You were completely calm tho. No tears and no sadness. You were just...you? Just your normal self. To be honest, you lowkey saw this coming; after all, he was the 'one and only Rin' You weren't affected much because you had already prepared for the worse; and it definitely helped right now.

The soft sunrays pouring in through your window woke you up. 9:03 A.M. Getting up, you made your way to your bathroom and freshened up. You grabbed your phone and sat down on the sofa, turning on your everyday playlist and turned on your phone. As expected, you had some comforting texts from your best friend but what you didn't expect was Rin texting you.

You ignored them and simply blocked his number. You do not need his apologies. Absolutely not when you're trying to forget him. The damage has already been done and you don't want to waste your weekend crying over a random boy who you already knew would break your heart some day. You turned off your phone, got up and made your way towards the kitchen to make breakfast. Shidou came over for lunch and he brought you your favourite chocolates and a cute dragon plushie. You had to reassure him from time to time that you were alright and finally at the end of the day he was relieved and believed you. He stayed the night at your apartment and you both fell asleep at 2 am after playing 'Just Dance' and ordering pizza. Honestly, Shidou's company made you feel a lot better. He was like your other half; always by your side no matter if it's the sun or the rain.

Saturday rolled up. Beginning your day with some upbeat music while Shidou was preparing the breakfast. He might not seem to be a type of guy who cooks but he surprisingly makes really good food. You both were having breakfast when someone rang your doorbell. Getting up from your chair, you made way towards the door and opened it. It was finally 7 PM, Rin could arrive any second now. You took a quick look at yourself in your phone camera and stood up, stretching yourself. You brushed off any wrinkles from your outfit and smiled at yourself. "I can't believe that this is actually happening.." you thought as you waited patiently for the dark haired male to arrive. Maybe he was stuck in traffic? Or maybe he was running late? You decided to take a walk around the park to pass the time. 7:30, 8:00, 8:20, time kept on passing but he never arrived... You tried calling him multiple times but he never picked it up, texts were left on delivered. Finally you lost it. Rin Itoshi had stood you up. With teary eyes and a heavy heart, you called Shidou and told him to pick you up.

"Hey umm Ryu- can you pick me up... please?"

"I'm on my way, tell me what happened?"

"I can't talk on the phone" you sniffed, "Please make it quick"

"Get yourself together y/n . I'll be there in 5"

"He stood me up. Honestly, I should've seen it coming."

"No shit he did. I told you that he was a bad news but you never lis-"

"Please are you gonna scold me now? You know what, take me somewhere where I can forget this pain. I remember Reo inviting me to his party tonight. Take me there.

"Y'know that you don't have to go out there again if you don't want to- Rest and a blanket is what chu' need right now"

You simply glared at him and Shidou accepted his defeat. He motioned you to get on his bike and handed you a spare helmet. After you both were done with wearing the protective gear, Shidou took off at a high speed. You were usually scared of high speed and often scolded Shidou for driving at such, but not today. You had enough adrenaline pumping through your veins right now to care about anything.

Upon arrival, you were left speechless as you scanned the surroundings in awe. Reo's party was no doubt lavish. The loud music booming and the sound of people having fun nearly drowned out your own voices. "You're not going to drink alcohol right?" Shidou mouthed while doing some hand gestures. You simply nooded your head 'no' and made way to the bar. "Two virgin mojitos please" The bartender acknowledged your order and started working on it while Shidou made way towards you from the crowd and sat beside you.

"Well now that we're here, we should pay Reo a visit. Do you mind Ryusei?"

"No absolutely not." He looked around.

"Two virgin mojitos"

"Ah yes" you thanked the bartender and handed one glass to Shidou. "Cheers!" You clinked your drinks and talked about nothing in particular. After finishing your drinks, you and Shidou set off to find the host of the party. The mansion was huge, so it was definitely exhausting to move around and plus the crowd added to the discomfort. After walking for 15 minutes, you finally saw the purple tied up hair. It seemed that Reo was busy playing 'Spin the bottle' that he didn't even notice you calling out to him. He was sitting in a big circle of about 10-13 guys and girls. You started observing the group as they were too engrossed in the game, it made you want to play with them too. Parties were not your thing so you never really went to them but when you did, you were always seen playing these kind of games. The whole crowd suddenly cheered when the two players shared a kiss. It was amusing, until you saw a rather familiar face and your blood ran cold. Shidou tried covering up your eyes but it was too late. You already saw it. It was Rin. Rin with a girl which you quite recognized from your classes, sitting on top of him, hands cupping Rin's cheeks and passionately kissing him. So many emotions were rushing through you: Anger, sadness, frustration. You were confused. You needed answers, no you DESERVED answers. Rin was sitting here, kissing some random girl instead of meeting up with you. Blood now boiling, you made your way towards the group when suddenly, your vision was blacked out.

Throwing the phone on your bed, you giggled like a toddler. You were finally going to dinner with the one and only Rin. He was on the top of your class and everyone had admiration and respect for him. Talking about Rin, he is literally perfect: he has good grades, a charming face (which the girls really loved) and decent mannerisms. After so many tries he finally agreed to go out for dinner with you. He is a busy man, with no intentions of wasting his 'precious time' with some random people. You being his only 'friend', he was sometimes seen hanging out with you. You knew that he was not interested in any relationships but you couldn't help falling for him. He often helped you with your homework in the library or do group projects together. And soon enough, you fell for Rin. But ofcourse you weren't going to confess to him anytime soon. You intend to keep your little crush to yourself and your best friend. You grabbed your phone and dialed a certain blondie's number.

"WHAT! Y/n stop messing around, I know you is lyin'. "

"No Ryusei I'm not. He actually agreed to go out with me today"

"Something is fishy. This is 'eyelashes', the cold and the mean bastard who we're talking about right??"

"Mhm. The one and only"

"I still don't trust this guy. What if he breaks your heart? You know how Rin Itoshi is Y/n. He's a walking red flag. I don't know why you even have a crush on him in the first place" you can hear Shidou groan on the other side of the phone.

"Yeah I know Ryu but I promise that noting bad will happen. Trust me."

"Whatever but if he breaks your heart, I'll break his bones. You got that?"

You sigh as you finally ended the call. "Oh it's 5:25 already" Getting up, you take your towel and march towards your bathroom. After a quick shower, you wore your favourite outfit and did a double check in the mirror. "You look pretty my love. Go slay this date, if you can call it that." you laughed, winking at yourself in the mirror and left your house. The weather was pleasant. It definitely lightened your mood. You sure were nervous so you decided to listen to some of your favorite music. The walk to your meeting point from your house was about 15-20 minutes. After some time of walking and humming your favorite songs, you finally reached the point. It was a small park which housed many flowering trees and bushes. The sweet scent of flowers and the playful screaming of kids were heard in the near distance. 6:43, You checked the time on your phone and sent a quick message to Shidou, telling him that you had reached safely. Deciding to sit on a nearby bench, you waited for the Younger Itoshi patiently. It was finally 7 PM, Rin could arrive any second now. You took a quick look at yourself in your phone camera and stood up.

Mistake.

It was a pitful mistake, falling for the red headed Itoshi.

I mean look at you; sitting on your shared bed, watching Sae on the T.V. , looking enchanting as ever while answering all the questions from the interviewer. You sometimes seem to ponder on the fact about how exactly you pulled the 'Japan's Prodigy'. There are so many other people, prettier than you. He could easily have them running at his fingertips. So why you? Why did he choose you over the whole world? Trust me, you loved him, from the bottom of your heart; but sometimes you wish that he had someone better. He deserved better.Your thoughts were cut off and you glanced at the T.V

"The last and the most anticipated question" the reporter chuckled, "This is from your female fans. So Sae Itoshi, what is your current relationship status?"

Sae looked to be thinking for a moment but never hesitated,

"I'm currently not looking for anyone"

Falling back on the shared mattress, you finally let all the darkness consume you.

Insecurity.

You were suddenly woken up due to the sound of the door closing. Sae was probably back. Deciding to give him his space for a while, you lay there motionless. Everything was silent, only the sound of your breathing and occasional shuffling of Sae in the house. What time was it? 11pm? You couldn't care less. After what felt like hours, the bedroom door finally opened as Sae walked in.

"Sorry I'm late" he yawned, "Well I was worried for a sec when you didn't show up to greet me at the door. What's the prob?"

"..."

Taking your silence as an answer, he moved to sit next to you.

"Have you been crying" he asked, concerned as he cupped your face and examined it.

"Ah, I think something went in my eye-" you replied, avoiding his gaze.

"Something's definitely wrong y/n."

"No really! I'm okay."

"You know you can trust me."

"It's okay, it's complicated.."

Staring into his turquoise eyes you knew that you couldn't lie to him. So you finally broke down in tears while Sae, without wasting a second, pulled you close. His embrace was too comfortable; it almost made you feel better while he ran his long fingers through your hair. "What's the problem y/n?" He asked again, planting a kiss on your forehead. This was the side of the prodigy which only you were able to see, which made you realise that you were just afraid to lose him. There and then you told Sae everything that's been on your mind for the past few weeks, him listening attentively.

"That's nonsense, love! You don't have to compare yourself with others, I like you for who you are" Sae wiped the tears spilling from your beautiful eyes, "I would always choose you over the whole world, don't you dare defy me. I'm ready to tell the world that I, Sae Itoshi belongs to You, Y/n L/n. Should I perhaps do that?"

"No no please!" You chuckled, "Atleast not yet"

"That's my Y/n! You know? You actually look way better when you smile. You should try doing that often"

You giggled while hitting Sae's arm playfully, "Sae~ stop! You're making me flustered"

Seeing you smile automatically brought a smile to Sae's lips too. Finally after a bit of more assuring and a dozens of kisses, you both dozed off in each other's arms; with all your insecurities, slowly disappearing into the darkness...

Headcanons!

•Day 1 and it's hella akward. Isagi and Chigiri will try to ease the tension and befriend you. They realised that it's probably not that bad as they thought at first.

•Soon enough, everyone gets comfortable with you; well almost everyone except RinRin and Barou

•After spending a whole week with them you finally realise the reason Ego sent you as their manager. It was a whole chaos but somehow you still managed it.

•Nagi is like a parasite, always attached to you. Mainly because he gets to be lazy around you. "Y/nnn, you're the only one who is not a hassle. Please stay here forever"

"You're only saying this because I cleaned your room"

•On the other hand, Reo scolds you for babying Nagi (says who 🙄). But Reo will also teach you some of his football tricks in his free time.

•The worry about Shidou and Rin constantly being at each other's throats never leaves you alone.

•Yeah, pretty much like that. You practically have to step in between their argument or else someone's definitely going to the hospital tonight.

•Although uou never believed Shidou being a 'Demon' because he always acts like an angel around you. Keeping you company when you're doing some boring paperwork and occasionally asking for your number.

•Same goes for Barou. He might look all scary and mean but inside, he's just a soft guy who likes cleaning with you. He'll often help you with cleaning the mess created by the other players.

•Whenever you're not doing your work, you're always seen with Otoya and Karasu. Whether it being pulling off small, harmless pranks or just having a chat in the lunch room. Karasu always bonks Otoya in the head for flirting with you. Oh god, he's such a simp for you.

•Saturdays for you are 'Self-care Saturdays'. Aryu along with Chigiri will both help you with your hair. Sharing their secrets and tips to self care. Oh boy, you sure are leaving Bluelock looking like a model.

•Isagi and Bachira never let the boredom get to you. Monopoly, snake and ladder, uno, whatever you want, they are always ready to play with you. The duo itself is so entertaining that you don't even need anything else.

•Ok but Rin Itoshi's usually 'so cold' and 'merciless' eyes always soften when you are with him. He hates to admit it but he has finally started to let down his tough walls around you. You being the only one whose presence is somewhat tolerable to him. You're often seen helping him with his workout.

•Yukimiya let's you wear his glasses PERIOD

•You definitely have regular sleepovers with Nanase and Hiori, with Niko sometimes joining you. Those 3 pure balls of sunshine never fail to make your day brighter.

•You still wonder, what would've happened if you had declined Ego's proposal. You would've never met such unique people. But you know one thing for sure, you will always stay in touch with the boys, no matter what path you or they choose in the future.

☆Kunigami Rensuke- The highschool sweetheart.

White sparkling snow was all that could be seen as far as one's vision could reach. Ofcourse; it was winter. However you despised winter because it always felt a little too cold and uncomfortable for your liking. "I can't believe that I have to go to school in this weather" you mumbled as you left the house in a hurry. Rushing to the bus stop, you realised that you had forgotten your scraf. There were only 2 options with you; you either go home but you'll miss the bus or you start walking right now and hopefully still get the bus. Choosing to go with the latter you sighed and started walking.

Boarding the bus, you let out a huge exhale as you barely made it in time. You made way to your seat while noticing all the familiar faces but what you didn't notice was your seat already quite occupied by a tall figure. When you got closer you finally saw the man; It was Kunigami, the school's total sweetheart. His kind and caring nature, looks that could kill and his athletic body is what made him so popular among the girls. You were popular too dont get me wrong! It's just that you never crossed paths with him, until now. You pondered on the thought of the possible reason that he was here, sitting on your seat when suddenly, a small jerk to the bus made you break out of your train of thoughts. Snickering, Kunigami spoke, " Well aren't you going to take a seat? Or perhaps you're planning to stand the whole ride y/n" You smiled sheepishly and sat beside him. However, being next to him made you unusually nervous; he was your crush after all.

You thanked the Gods or whoever was the reason Kunigami sat next to you on the bus earlier today because currently you were both walking to a nearby coffee shop together. After getting off the bus, Kunigami noticed you shivering by the cold and gave you his scarf. You told him that you were fine but he refused to listen to you. You both talked the whole day and hung out with each other and by the last period, Kunigami asked you out for coffee. You were so engaged with talking to the orange headed boy that you almost failed to notice all the glances Kunigami occasionally took at you. "Thank you again for the scarf Rensuke, I really appreciate it!," you flashed him your signature smile. Breaking the eye contact, he placed his hands in his pockets, "It's alright. You clearly needed it more than me"

Right that moment, you don't know what came over you when you suddenly pulled him by his uniform and kissed him on the lips. Kunigami was dumbfounded but slowly kissed back while pulling you close by the waist. The kiss was warm; contradicting to the cold weather surrounding you both. Finally breaking the kiss, you blurted out a small confession of your love towards him. You were astonished when he said that he returned the feelings too. Honestly you were on cloud nine and so was he. Kunigami said that he had a crush on you since the start of the semester but never had the courage to tell you about it. Leading to his friend, Chigiri, forcing him to talk to you today in the bus, which worked.

Maybe winter wasn't that bad, now that you had a new fire keeping you warm during the coldest days...

☆Isagi Yoichi- The childhood best friend.

Isagi was your childhood best friend. You moved in next to him at the age of 7 and since then you both were practically inseparable. Your families invited each other frequently for dinner; so you always, without fail met each other on fridays. You both went to the same highschool but sadly were in different classes. However, that didn't stop Isagi from meeting you. He used to visit you during lunch breaks and you both always had lunch together.

It was a pretty normal day. The teacher was writing on the board while the students were copying it in their notebooks. You were bored out of your mind and just wanted the period to end. Glancing out the window, you never knew when you drifted off to a small slumber. You were harshly awoken when you heard your classmate yell, "For God's sake y/n wake up!! Your boyfriend's here!" Jolting up from the loud voice, you glared at her from across the room and soon you saw Isagi sheepishly waving at you. You sighed and rubbed your eyes, walking over to the door where Isagi and your classmate stood. "Thank you informing the me and everyone around us. Now if you will excuse, me and my 'boyfriend' are going to take our leave" you sarcastically said. You had already told your classmates that Isagi was your childhood best friend; nothing more, nothing less. That was a lie tho. You clearly had some feeling for Isagi but you refused to acknowledge them. Scoffing, you walked away, practically dragging the poor male away with you.

You were furious, or so he thought. Isagi was behind you so he certainly didn't see the blush spread across your ravishing face. You stopped mid tracks when you heard the black haired boy speak up behind you, "Where are we exactly going y/n?" Taking a look around you, you grasped in your surroundings. You were so lost in your thoughts, never realizing that you had almost walked out of your school gate. Now your face was even redder due to this current embarrassment.

The wind was blowing along with the small cherry blossom petals from the tree near the gate. A beautiful sight indeed, with your hair swaying gently due to the wind. You glanced at Isagi. He looked enchanting as ever and soon enough you found yourself getting lost in his ocean blue eyes. At that point, you didn't care about anything. You just wanted to pull him close and k-

"Uhh y/n is there anything wrong?," he asked you innocently, cutting off your thoughts.

"Actually, yes if you think about it now."

"Go on."

"It's such a shame that a literall perfect guy like you still hasn't had his first kiss yet," you say sounding disappointed.

"Well would you like to do the honour and be the first?" Isagi blurted out slyly and gave you a devilish grin.

"..."

"I'm just joking! I didn't mean to catch you off guard" Now it was Isagi's turn to turn red.

He slowly started backing up but you weren't letting him go off the hook anytime soon. So taking a step forward you stood right in front of him. Grabbing his hand and pulling him close, you finally kissed him. It did not take a long time until Isagi's mind finally registered about the current situation and kissed back, rather hungrily. The kiss was broken when you both gasped for air.

"There's this thing that I have been planning to tell you all these years and I guess today is the day. We were close ever since the past and I'm hoping that I could spend my future with you. Isagi Yoichi, I have fallen for you, quite hard this time. I love you! I can absolutely understand if you don't want to answer right now, I'll wait" The black haired boy simply answered you back by giving you a peck on the lips, " I love you too y/n. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you this earlier, let's just say that I was scared of getting rejected by my one and only childhood best friend" You both looked at each other, clearly in love. Any onlookers will think that this is a scene taken right from a romance movie, you and Isagi standing in the middle, with the wind blowing and the cherry blossoms surrounding you both.

And few more words of affection were exchanged until the bell rang; indicating the end of the lunch break. They both looked happy as they made the way to their classrooms hand in hand.

☆Chigiri Hyoma

You hardly have any fights with Chigiri. He's an understanding and overall a perfect boyfriend. But if a fight sparks out between you, Chigiri, the gentleman he is, will definitely apologise first. No matter who's wrong, Chigiri will be there with your favourite food and some flowers. You guys sit, talk it out and soon enough you find yourself doing selfcare with Chigiri. By the end of the day, you've already forgotten the reason as to why you two were fighting in the first case! He will be extra clingy and expect him to treat you like a princess.

☆Nagi Seishiro

You guys probably had a fight over silly stuff like Nagi being lazy or him thinking that eating his food is a hassle. You decide to give him a silent treatment leading to him complaining to Reo the whole day and soon enough, he'll come crawling back to you; demanding for attention. He'll apologise to you, leaving you with no choice but to forgive him (I mean who wouldn't forgive him?) You then spend the day cuddling with each other, with Nagi occasionally giving you a peck on your head and lips. Honestly, fighting with Nagi is just like loving each other all over again.

☆Bachira Meguru

Fights with Bachira is like riding a roller coaster; you'll never know about what is going to be spilled out next from his lips. You get angry and decide that its just better to leave him alone. What really caught you off guard is him calling you at 2am apologizing, "Y/n I'm sorry. The monster told me to do it I swear! Please come back, the bed feels cold without you :(" You reject him as a joke and oh boy! He's out at your doorstep the next day, looking all messy and clearly sleep deprived. Bachira then proceeds to give you a handmade 'Apology card' and you just can't help but embrace him right then and there. He would definitely spoil you with kisses to make up and take you out at an arcade to forget everything and have fun.

☆Rin Itoshi

You're definitely having a migraine after fighting with Rin. He's just so stubborn that he refuses to hear you out. So be it, you give up and just get back to your work. Hours pass peacefully, soon you realized that Rin had probably gone out. You pay no mind and simply get ready to get to bed. You were going to drift off when you hear the door opening followed by the bed beside you sinking in. "Are you asleep?," you hear Rin whispering in a soft voice. Ignoring him, you pretend to be asleep. Nothing happens when suddenly you feel two strong arms pulling you close to him. You were startled but still managed to play off as being asleep. "I'm sorry for what happened today y/n. I thought about it and realised that I was the one in the wrong. Shouldn't have yelled at you, I hope you forgive me" Rin whispered softly with the end barely audible. That was all you heard before drifting off in sleep in Rin's arms.
