I really really really was hoping she would tell Din some history of the Darksaber. How it got into her hands and how SHE FOLLOWED the one who claimed it before her.

Even something "I should have learned my lesson earlier. This is not a gift to be given nor a heirloom to pass on. I've seen how it brought us doom after Pre Vizsla claimed it on his birthright, and then I did the same mistake myself." Would be so great and insightful.

there are so many aggrieved posts about how unfair it is that bo-katan didn't mention her sister even once. i'm not a satine basher, even if i have my beef with her, and many of the points are definitely points we should think over, but there's an probably super unpopular opinion that sprouts in me:

pre vizsla is the one who should be mentioned by bo-katan in the new series.

bo-katan had a sister that she renounced, then united with her in an rather utilitarian alliance and after like two hours of that reunion satine died. then, so much later, an exclamation about following in her steps is said. what exactly should bo say about her sister today? by mentioning pre we would get so much interesting info about what made her join death watch and by who exactly and how was she influenced in her impressionable years. how does she feel about it all now?
