Lucifer headcannon: I cant remember if he canonically messes to alastors name but he did to vaggie so here is what I'm guessing.

He's genuinely doesn't mean to mess names up he showed no hate to vaggie and called her "maggie". Maybe it's because he talks fast or maybe he isn't good at pronouncing names. Or maybe he dissociated so much he forgets.

Like I genuinely don't think he means to forget Charlie's idea. Or where she is. I think he dissociated with his rubber duckies so much he forgets.
