when i was little my mother called one of our outdoor cats “just a garden variety longhair” and i was 100% convinced that meant he was literally from the garden. a nymph. one with the soil. sprang up from the ground. it did not help that i thought “guardian angel” was “garden angel.” he was my garden angel. that cat was friends with the carrots and watched over the ladybugs and you could not have convinced me otherwise.
Literally all the sides hide their negative feelings. I just realized that, but they do - Patton used to hide when he was feeling low, Virgil acted scary to get his point across despite feeling ostracized and constantly unwanted, Roman denies feeling insecure, and Logan just downright ignores his emotions.
Anyway what I thought of from THERE was that it’s a form of lying to yourself - yes, they’re all individually lying to themselves, and it’s less of Thomas as a whole lying to himself… yet I still think that involves Deceit (or it could, anyway).
But I feel like Deceit wouldn’t really be malicious in this situation? More… exasperated. So like
Roman: I’m NoT iNsEcUrE?????
Deceit, lounging in the Mindscape:
—
Patton: Oh yeah kiddos, I’m fine! Just your Happy Pappy Patton!
Deceit, watching from literally three seats away:
—
Virgil: Yeah, like any of your comments actually bother me, Princey
Deceit, sipping tea:
—
Logan: I have never felt anything, ever, in my life.
Deceit, dumbfounded and 300% done with the Light Sides’ sh!t:
what if magic was real but it was treated the way music is now with different genres and like “oh youre still into conjuring? thats cool I guess. recently ive been getting into third-wave post-necromancy, it’s some pretty heavy stuff”
This a Moonmelon, scientifically knows as asidus. This fruit grows in some parts of Japan, and is known for its vibrant blue color. What you probably don’t know about this fruit is that it can switch flavors after you eat it. Everything sour will taste sweet, everything salty will taste bitter, and it gives water a strong orange-like taste. It’s also very expensive…costing about ¥16000 JPY (which is about 200 dollars).
so my dad is a college professor and he just got alerted recently that in an effort to go “paperless,” the faculty is having their printers taken away. My dad decided to take this opportunity and… create a meme? So he goes proudly up to me and tells me “I created a meme!!!” and lo and behold…
my dad’s first meme
he was so proud of it and he emailed it individually to other faculty and nobody gave him any acknowledgement, he came into my room all sad. pls share to give my father the meme support he deserves
