Spent 2hrs at the gym and my everything hurts hahahaha. Though I did spent that amount at the gym, that doesn't mean I was climbing all those 2hrs. Still I did do a lot and I'm very happy. I'm happy to be sore in areas I'm not used to cause that means I worked those areas out.
I weighed myself this morning like I've been doing and I'm @ 183lbs. Ok I feel better about being 183 on a Thursday instead of going from 185 on Friday to 183 on Monday 😬
This means that as long as I keep losing 2lbs a week, I should be at 170ish for Wondercon!!! I can't wait!!!

Oh man, we had such an amazing session yesterday climbing!!! I climbed for 1hr30mins and we made some friends who kept cheering us on and vice versa. That Jackie girl was stupid adorable and cute though and her friends where absolutely hilarious!!! 😂
I gained back 2lbsvso I feel a little better about myself. I know I was at 185 on Friday so to be at 183 yesterday was a bit concerning. Look I want to lose weight but uhmmm not like that 😝
Sure getting on the scale and seeing 185 was disappointing but considering that I ate like a dumpster, it makes sense. I still have till Friday to lose those 2 lbs so eyyyy
I'm feeling so good about myself and I'm starting to feel... Cute? Sexy? Which is weird cause I never truly saw myself as any of those.
Just a few more lbs to shed so I can finally be comfortable getting into spandex again 😁😁😁

I didn't really work out this weekend. I mean I did do 3 sets of the Darebee workouts on Saturday after I felt like I ate pretty poorly. Sunday was spent doing chores.
I wish I could say that I let my forearms rest but I didn't. I did so much at work that my arms were sore on Saturday. Let's see if it affects my climbing today
I weighed myself this morning and I'm at 183.40lbs meaning I dropped 2 more lbs since Friday and that's scary. Gotta make sure I eat a little more and not starve my body cause that's not healthy. Man, this is gonna be a fine balancing act 😝

4 days in a row... I think that's the weekly goal to climb 4 days and rest 2 while doing cardio on one day. If I miss climbing due to social obligations, I'll exercise at home
Wow... I'm down to 185.40lbs. I have lost 11lbs since ALA. I haven't weighed this since 2017!!! I feel absolutely amazing and you have no idea how this is making me feel both mentally and physically. I now I can't really see the change yet but I'm excited to see the gut shrink and for some muscle to start taking its place
Also eating healthy has truly help making me feel so refreshed and good.
Gotta lose the weight and gain the muscle so I can feel good cosplaying in spandex again and possibly shirtless 😝

Oh man yesterday was fun! I was at the gym for 2 hrs. That doesn't mean I climbed all 2 hrs I was there though. In all I think I climbed for an 1 hour and 15 minutes 😝
I climb with Mizu and Jory and honestly it makes climbing fun. We support and encourage each other and try to be helpful. We all want to get stronger and look good for Ren Faire 😝
I weighed myself this morning and ahhhhhhhh I'm at 186.00 which is my goal for this week!!!
Eating healthy and being active is not only helping me physically but also mentally. I feel better about myself and I can't wait to see how I look 5 months from now. Look, I want to be strong enough to carry all of my friends groceries in one go and carry my friend at the same time 😝
I still love my chalk bag that @mizuaoi got me 💕

Went climbing once more, and didn't climb any hard routes mainly cause my right forearm has a twinge and I don't want to make it worse. Definitely gonna feel sore tomorrow and I'm doing it all over again.
I just feel that twice a week is definitely not enough to both loose weight and to tone up. Though I do plan on doing other work outs on the weekend. Friday and Saturday will be my "lazy" days since I mostly spend it with Beth or Syd 💕

Are my rock climbing pics gonna be nothing but selfies?!? Pretty much yeap
So I gained back the 2lbs I lost over the weekend so I worked hard yesterday. Now I'm back down .8lbs sitting at 189.40lbs
I'm supposed to lose 2lbs per week body, come on get with the program 😝
Going climbing again today and then I'll have another work out at home before indulging on 3 tacos 😝
I haven't been this motivated in years, maybe it's time to bring back the spandex suits once I hit my happy weight of 150-165lbs

Bouldering selfies
So I'm going to make this my workout progress blog
Since I started rock climbing twice a week, playing Ring Fit Adventure for 30-45 minutes inconsistently and eating healthy on Jan 13th. I went from weighing 196.20lbs and now I'm at 188.40lbs on Feb 7th
My goal is to loose anywhere between 1-3lbs a week until I reach 165-175. Then I'll start working on toning up. I'll post a picture of what my body looks like right now to also track what my flabby-ness
I do plan on adding another day or 2 to rock climbing to help me tone up/lose weight more
