I keep having dreams about coming out to my dad during an argument and somehow it makes me happy? I don't know why, but I've dreamt about this so many times and it's almost like I just wanna get it over with. I'm already out as a lesbian to every single one of my friends and it does feel like I'm living my life authentically. I don't feel like I'm hiding. But I also think I have nothing to gain from coming out to my parents right now. I will say, though, that this is a huge step up. Two years ago, when I had my first ever dream about coming out, it was a nightmare and I woke up crying. Now I feel so much more comfortable with that idea and it's like I WANT to do it. However I think that day will only come around when I have a girlfriend again.
