Olena Skytsiuk- Traditional Petrykivka Style Painting

Petrykivka is a style of painting which originated from the small Ukrainian Petrykivka village. This style of painting utilizes thousands of small brushstrokes, blending together to present a seemingly seamless element within the painting. The brush used for these paintings are in themselves unique, being hand-made from cat hair. Olena Skytsiuk, a renowned Ukrainian painter is one of the few artists who are preserving this dying art. She has been a member of the National Artists Union of Ukraine since 1978. Her work can be found in museums and private collections all over the world. Txt

It was simply a mistake on a writing level. If they wanted Loki to pretend to be Odin... then it should have happened that we see Odin have a green gleam in his eye and suddenly speak in Loki's voice for a while after Thor leaves. And that's it. Because if Loki fully assumes his form... then whatever... a servant comes in, a guard... whoever and whatever Loki does then...

Or we fully accept the narrative that Loki is faking it for a while. This means he has full power. Add some rules that once someone abdicates, they have no right to take it back... and Thor can't do anything, because then Loki inherits. He may be fighting the rightful king, but Loki has the law on his side and has recently helped...maybe it's worth giving him a chance.

I'm not sure what the plan was with Thanos. Apparently Loki gave the gauntlet to Thanos in Age of Ultron. There was probably some nasty spell or something.

#i used to find it ironic that the most loving bit of parenting thor ever got from odin was when he was actually loki #but it actually makes perfect sense #bc this is how loki saw their relationship #did it have problems? #abso-heckin-lutely #but loki had an entirely different perspective #he was the scorned son for over a thousand years #watching enviously as odin treated thor like the golden prince #constantly fighting for even a scrap of the love he thought odin gave to his brother #so when it came down to faking a one-on-one interaction between the two #loki acted like a better dad than odin ever really was
