Ahh, I'm so sorry for the silence! Following the same vein of my previous post addressing, I've just been busy with school and my day job! _:(´ཀ`」 ∠):_ Managing both at the same time proves to be quite the balancing act! One that, sadly, leaves me rather drained. It's been hard to find the motivation to write-- I'm a bit rusty, to put it lightly!

Couple those factors with general mental health stuff, and I have an unpleasant cocktail on my hands.

Negative factors aside, however, all is well physically! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to check up on me-- it's very kind of you all to do so ｡ﾟ( ﾟ^∀^ﾟ)ﾟ｡

I have a small break coming up thanks to Thanksgiving, so hopefully I'll have the energy then to start posting again.

A New Year Encroaches

Hello, all!

This a little bit early since the new year still hasn't arrived yet. However, I would still like to take the time to thank each and every one of you for still sticking around-- even if some of you only peruse around casually!

Having a few people enjoy the content you post online may not seem a grand accomplishment to some, it's been a huge honor for me! While I can't guarantee that I have better control of my mental health issues, I hope that this coming year will only bring forth more motivation for not just me, but for everyone who aspires to create something!

Quick opinion check!

It's been taking a little longer than expected to finish a particular request. I got a little carried away with the concept, so it's definitely a bit of a longer one.

Which leads me to the question: Do you guys prefer shorter hc posts (i.e shorter sentences, 7 bullet points max), or do you not mind the length in general?

I feel that if I take a little bit too much time on a request, it takes a lot more longer for me to "recharge" and get back to the request queue. I would love to hear your guys' input!!!

Oh, I actually have a lot of favorite characters!

If we're speaking Cuphead-wise, I would say that the Devil (both game and show) would be my favorite! Baroness von Bon Bon is also a close contender for my favorite!

As for other fandoms, I have a lot of them! Though I'm aware that I'm primarily known for Cuphead content, so I wouldn't want to drone one for too long!

Holding Hands with Hazamada!

This man has never held anyone's hand besides his mom's. You'll be his first!

This is a gender neutral haza x reader.

( ♡ ) Haza is extremely scared of yet longs for phsyical affection, especially from you.

( ♡ ) He's scared because he thinks that his hand is sweaty and that you might think he's disgusting.

( ♡ ) This mf is touched starved. He wishes he wasn't so shy so that he could hold your hand without being weird.

( ♡ ) He tries his best to remember to apply hand cream so his hands are soft and nice and not dry.

( ♡ ) Hazamada uses Surface to practice holding your hand and his pickup lines on his own stand (it transformed into you btw). The entire time his face was a bright red.

Hazamada's face felt hot. Extremely hot. He could barely breathe in his school uniform as he layed next to you underneath the cherry blossom tree. He pulls his collar away from him slightly with his hand to give himself some room to breathe. Although Hazamada was enjoying the comforting silence between the two of you he decided to speak up because to him, this comforting silence was deafening. This would be the perfect place to hold your hand but he's too scared to ask you. "..that cloud over there.." Toshikazu pointed at a giantic cloud in the dreamy pink sky above you. "It's ginamamorphis- gingatanormous..?" English wasn't his first language. Hazamada seemed to have forgotten the word gigantic. You chuckled a bit but let him guess the right word on his own so that he'll learn. Toshikazu puts a hand to his chin to think of the word he was supposed to say.

( ♡ ) When you met Hazamada, he already knew that he loved you.

( ♡ ) He's just too shy to tell you and as you both get to know each other, Summer was going to start. He was afraid he'll never see you again.

( ♡ ) He really, REALLY needs to tell you his feelings for you. Hazamada feels as though his heart were to burst out of his chest at any moment. The only way to stop it was to tell you his love for you.

After a few minutes of thinking of the word he finally got it! Or so he thought. "That cloud is...! Gigangimorbius!" he exclaimed enthusiastically. Hazamada turns his head to see your reaction to tell if what he said was right. You laugh again not in a mean way but because of how cute it was to see him try to find the right word. "Hmm it seems you're not getting it right..." ( Y/N) commented. Hazamada frowned slightly. "I've been trying for several minutes, (Y/N)!! How come I don't have it yet? It's not fair!! That cloud is obviously gigantinorsis!!!" Hazamada was now failing his arms around, trying to emphasize that what he's saying is quite right and that you, are quite wrong and he, is quite right. You never thought that the scnee you're seeing right now as so funny but you did. "Hmmm well Toshi... I think the word you're looking for is gigantamogus..?" Oh no the gigantamogus virus is spreading to you!! Now it was just clown to clown communication between the two of you. The IQ of the atmosphere around you has decreased. "Haza-tan you really need to think of your words! I'm not helping you with this one! Mrs.Nishitaka reviewed this word with us on Friday!" You teased him in a sing-song voice. Hazamada absolutely hated it when you used the baby talk honorific (-tan) on him because that's what his mom calls him (she calls him kazu-tan.) Hazamada groaned in embarrassment. He simply couldn't take it anymore. He got up from the floor, dusting off his clothes before stomping off to sit by himself on the swings nearby.

( ♡ ) Oh dear you really messed up now. What should you do to make it up to him?

( ♡ ) You knew he didn't like it when you called him that but his reaction was always so funny to you.

( ♡ ) Hazamada's face was bright red. He felt as though steam was coming off his face. What was he gonna do now?

( Y/N) sighs and gets up from the floor and dusts off their clothes. You hesitantly walmed torwards him. "Look Haza-ta- I mean Haza-kun.. I'm sorry for being such a meanie to you.. it's just that your reaction is so funny and cute I can't help it!" You explain it to the best of your ability, hoping what you said was right. Hazamada was silent for a moment, his mind was loading a thought slowly like an old computer. "You think I'm cute? Honestly? Be fucking for real right now." he was surprised. Absolutely flabbergasted that anyone besides his mom would call him that. Especially you. You hold his hand reassuringly to your chest. "Of course I do! I am being fucking for real right now." You exclaimed. Hazamada didn't say anything much after that besides the phrase "I can die a happy man now." and on his face was a shade of red. To Hazamada today was a good day. You get close to his ear and whisper to him, "Oh by the way the word you're looking for is gigantic.." Hazamada looks at you with the biggest "what the fuck face" you've ever seen in your life.

Glad you're taking break and caring for yourself, I have a head canon whenever the reader has errands/chores to do the devil like go along just to see what they do or wants to know more about the reader's life

Wait, that's actually really cute?!

It's like having a really nosy house cat/or a busybody neighbor who can't help but pry into your business! He'd constantly look over your shoulder or scoff and turn up his nose over the more "trivial" things you'd have to do.

He's a demon, after all! Immortality is par for the course, so it's possible that the Devil just. never needed to do certain things. Of course, he indulges in "mortal" activities like sleeping, eating, bathing, etc. The Devil isn't one to turn down self care, after all.

However--- you cannot look me in the eye and tell me this man knows how to properly fold laundry or shop for produce.

Sure, he probably knew how to do them at one point since he observed humans for so long. But when you have the money and manpower to just have someone else do it for you, why bother retaining that knowledge?

Not to mention that you already know he's such a baby when you try to help him. The Devil's pride simply won't allow it.

Hello again, all!

Apologies for the radio silence as of late. I’m currently headed my way towards finals for my college classes, and I’ve sadly been kept busy because of that! In addition, I’ve been working on some personal writings + a commission for a dear friend of mine. So my priorities lay somewhere else for the time being!

Hopefully if my brain’s not completely fried, I’ll get back to working on the request queue line. Also! As a word of note: since some users keep sending in reqs (im assuming its in the case of mobile users just not seeing it the blog bio), and, ngl, I’m really tired rn:

I’m electing to keep them. Part of the reason why I wanted to keep them was purely bc some of the prompts being too good for me to delete! However, it’s going to take a lot more longer to get through them because. Man. My peabrain already struggles enough as is.

With all of that being said, thank you all for sticking around! There are times where I feel that I’m not really deserving of this level of patience..

Question

So this is just me testing the waters and measuring interest, but if I were to eventually open up writing commissions in the future, would you guys be interested in that sort of thing?

I've been heavily debating this sort of thing for a while now. I'll still be doing requests and the like for free, but commissions or even something like a ko-fi "tip" with a request attached to it get first priority + would have larger word counts.
