Okay, so I just heard about this, but apparently it's been a thing for about a year: Legoland is working on having all its parks certified as Autism Friendly Centers by the end of March this year! And they are doing it SO WELL. In addition to quiet rooms and sensory areas, every single area/ride/activity/whatever, will come with a chart like this:

It outlines EXACTLY how the thing functions and gives details on how it impacts each of the five main senses. There's a big digital guide, and then signs within the parks themselves. Just. GAH. I love this so much. Good job Legoland.

Guys I'm so Lego brained right now. I finally got the tiny plants set the other day and I just finished it this afternoon and I'm FERAL I need more I need more I need to experience the joy of creation without the pressure of imagination and planning I'm so fucking autistic I need more Legos. earlier my girlfriend had to ask me to stop just listing different Lego sets I want and rambling about why I like them so much because she was getting ready for bed. I interrupted her with Lego Thoughts™ four times before she fell asleep. I don't even like Legos for nostalgic reasons, I never had any as a kid, I just think they're fucking incredible and I can't think about anything except the unopened Minecraft fox Lego set that may or may not be in my closet burning a path directly into my soul

I think we're starting to dilute the meaning of "terminally online".
