transgender activists: we're the good guys :) we're the biggest ally to gay rights!
a lesbian: if it isn't too much trouble... i'd like to have 1 (one) boundary in my personal life. the boundary is that i don't want to touch any penises ever, because i am not attracted to men... hopefully this is understandable to an ally like you-
transgender activists: of course its not alright you nazi bitch. either fix your disgusting predatory fetish for AFABs or fucking kill yourself

can the kweer community stop with the homophobic rhetoric our goddamn parents tell us. You fucking sound like pretty much every LGB person’s homphobic relative when you say “life is too short to stay in one box all of your life.. sexuality is fluid” it’s the woke version of “you’ll meet a nice man day Sara” “Oh, DJ. You’ll meet a pretty girl once you start public high school.”

I want fantasy and period piece shows and movie made for adults that don't have brothel scenes like that. Like, either show it for what it is with no titillation or don't show it at all. So sick of brothel scenes. If you can't get men to watch your shows otherwise, then cater to women or have more fight scenes idk. Just enough is enough. We can't get out of the fucking brothel.

a girl in an impossible situation can build herself a mask to get out of directly participating in it. the mask can consume the girl. this is the nature of a borrowed face. in certain situations, the minotaur at the heart of the labyrinth can be convinced the girl is not a girl but a part of the labyrinth itself. a girl can move further and further away from the heart of the labyrinth by waiting for the minotaur to sneeze before she takes another step and then returning to being a motionless and compliant flagstone. a girl can breathe silently for the rest of her life and never regain a startle response. a girl can walk around the perimeter of the labyrinth in circles after getting out of it because the face that survives the labyrinth cannot fathom that the wall it follows might come to an end. these things may occur in the context of situations and events unknown to bystanders outside the labyrinth. circumstances transpire. a girl may transpire against them.

Not to get political but:
Why do we even need a legal gender? Like why does the government need that information? If there is supposed to be no discrimination based on gender then why do they even need to know?

“The next question was, what then is driving the differences in behaviour between girls and boys, men and women? Our “gendered world”, she says, shapes everything, from educational policy and social hierarchies to relationships, self-identity, wellbeing and mental health. If that sounds like a familiar 20th-century social conditioning argument, it is – except that it is now coupled with knowledge of the brain’s plasticity, which we have only been aware of in the past 30 years.”
“‘The brain is waxing and waning much more than we ever realised. So if you haven’t had particular experiences – if as a girl you weren’t given Lego, you don’t have the same spatial training that other people in the world have.”

TERFs (Trans Excluding Radical Feminists): Oh well you have ✨these genitals✨ so that means ✨THIS✨ is your identity
Me, a feminist: isn't the ... Whole point to not define people based on their genitals?
Isn't feminism about not putting other people into categories without their consent?
Isn't feminism about respecting individual identity?
Isn't feminism about respecting bodily autonomy?
Don't get me wrong - if your identity as a woman is defined by your body, that's incredible. But please don't gatekeep other people's bodies. That's kind of the entire point of what feminism is trying to free people from.

I typed out a response to a "Are you going to do genital inspections at the entrance to the women's bathroom?" post but OP turned of reblogs before I could post it so here it is I guess:
It [the idea that women's spaces are pointless because female exclusivity is unenforceable] is such a telling argument because all that's really being asked for when we demand single sex spaces is for men to VOLUNTARILY self-select out. For males to understand that, though they may not fit in well with other males, female spaces are still not theirs.
The suggestion from feminists is never genital inspections at the bathroom entrance, but that males voluntarily refrain from entering and that females have the right to expel violators when we can identify them. Some males do pass as females, and our request is that they respect our space regardless.
Males truly cannot conceive of the idea of simply respecting the space and boundaries of women. It literally doesn't cross their minds, so their minds immediately jump to whether or not women can forcibly stop them. The belief is that if a woman cannot forcibly prevent it, you may take anything you like from her with impunity.
"You can't force us not to enter!" They shout. Of course we cant! Forgive us for believing in your humanity and thinking that you might simply respect us. We thought too highly of you.
