揉肚脐养生法

揉脐，是上天传来一个长寿、健康、救命、减��的方法。大道至简，揉脐就是大道。道理很深，圣人可解；方法很简，人人可学。

一、方法

1、揉

男左手在下，右手在上，双手心贴着肚脐，向下按着，顺时针揉。女右手在下，左手在上，逆时针按揉。以脐为中心，揉小腹四处的结。从轻揉到稍有力。揉时轻想腹中有一团火。精神内守。松静自然。

口诀：

我命由我不由天

精神向内顺自然

揉观脐内一团火

一切病变清理完

睡前、睡后空腹时或饭后2小时揉，从每次5分钟开始，渐到10分钟、30分钟。以脐热或微微出汗为度。

2、捋

每揉3-5分钟，要捋一次。左手大鱼际从脖子右侧淋巴上向下捋，直下，过心、胃、脐，推到膀胱。捋到心窝处时，另一手置左手背上，双手相迭下推。左右侧同，各1-3次。

3、推

双手相迭，手心向内，从体侧、肋骨下推到肚脐，略停一下，再转向推到膀胱，左右侧同，各数次。（肋骨、推、手的位置关系）

4、扒

双手重叠，在一侧腹股沟扒，用小鱼际从腹股沟扒到脐，再从脐推到膀胱。左右侧同，各数次。

二、坚持

勤而行之，能保健康。小孩子从5岁起天天揉，每次揉300下，约15分钟，一生不生病。5岁以下小孩可由父母轻轻帮带着做。胖人揉了能大减肥，病人揉了能救命治病，除净病根。

所有病根，都在此处。揉脐，就是要把产生疾病的供养切断，把疾病的有序化打乱，拔掉病根。万物生长靠供养，失去供养不生长。这个法就是净化，净化身心。其中玄妙，揉自得之。我命由我不由天，把你的命交给你自己。

三、睡功

或躺或坐，舌顶上腭，手心向下，想脚下无限远，放松闭眼。时间可由5分钟慢慢延长。最后搓手搓脸。

劳宫对准神阙位，双手叠一起。

按压轻重要适宜，可缓不可急。

男子左手在下面，先从左边起。

平卧在床修止观，化积清身体。

揉捋推扒四动作，以揉为主体。

意念脚下无限深，用力转肚脐。

四、注意事项

1、按揉时手要紧贴脐部，不要在皮肤表面滑移，力量渗透入腹部。

2、捋、推、扒至脐时，略停顿，再向下推。

3、揉一会儿一定要多捋几次，否则容易头晕头胀。捋时从耳根下开始。

4、化疗放疗过的病人、心脑血管病人、高血压和体极弱者，开始时，一定要轻揉轻按，每次不要超过5分钟，一天不要超过2次，要有个平稳过渡期。特别重要！这类病人若重按重揉会有生命危险。要遵医嘱。如果出现严重不适，先暂停，去请教你的医生。

古代中醫看白內障成因及防治法

白內障的治療保健方法在古代的養生書籍中早有提到。明代《養生類要》有一個運睛除眼翳的方法，它把白內障發生的原因及治療方法說的很清楚：

「傷熱、傷氣，肝虛、腎虛，則眼昏生翳；日久不治，盲瞎必矣。每日睡起時，趺坐凝息，塞兌垂簾，將雙目輪轉十四次，緊閉少時，忽然大睜開，行久不替，內障外翳自散。切忌色慾，並書細字。」

白內障護眼操

大部分人認為，白內障一旦成熟，除了手術別無它法。筆者曾有一位五十多歲的女性患者，右眼嚴重白內障，瞳孔一層銀白雲翳遮住她的視野，有如霧裡看花，完全無法看到東西。

由於她因故必須出國至意大利半年，筆者便教她簡單的眼球保健操，並囑付她要多做。結果半年過去，她右眼的白內障完全消失，連意大利的眼科醫生都直呼不可思議！這位患者很聰明、很認真，在國外時將我教給她的眼球保健操做了一些改良，結果療效更好。現將她所回傳給我的方法公佈如下，期望對有緣的讀者有所裨益。

按摩承泣穴、瞳子髎穴、絲竹空，可以促進眼睛的氣血循環，也可以讓頭緊繃神經放鬆。按摩風池穴，可以打通頭部的能量通道，使身體的能量氣血能夠上來到頭部。(中醫師吳國斌提供）

1. 用兩手大拇指按摩風池穴36次。

2. 用兩手十指由前髮際向後髮際梳頭36次。

【1、2動作是起手式，可以打通頭部的能量通道，使身體的能量氣血能夠上來到頭部。】

3. 閉上雙眼，兩眼同時順時針轉14圈，再逆時針轉14圈。

4. 用力緊閉雙眼5秒鐘，再瞬間睜大雙眼。反復做3次。

7. 用兩食指及中指在眉毛上端（即眉棱骨），由內而外輕柔地反復摩擦36次。

【眼神經在眉棱骨處有眼神經的分枝——滑車上神經及眶上神經分佈在此，7、8的按摩法可以刺激眼神經，使眼睛較為明亮。但記得只要輕柔地反復摩擦即可，不需太用力，太用力效果反而不好。】

9. 用兩手食指按摩眼眶中間下方的凹窩（承泣穴）36次。

【承泣穴為足陽明胃經的起點，足陽明胃經多氣多血，按摩此穴，可以增強眼睛的氣血循環。】

10. 用兩手大拇指按揉眼眶內上方的筋結（在晴明穴與攢竹穴之間）36次。

【許多眼睛不舒服的人（尤其是高度近視者）在此處都有筋結，將此處的筋結打開，可以促進眼睛內側的氣血循環。】

11. 用兩手食指及中指同時按摩瞳子髎穴（眼外角外側的凹窩）及絲竹空穴（眉尾外側的凹窩）各36次。

【瞳子髎穴是足少陽膽經的起點，絲竹空是手少陽三焦經的終點，按摩這兩個穴道，除了可以促進眼睛外側的氣血循環，也可以讓頭部兩側的緊繃神經放鬆。】

以上的按摩，晨起、午休及睡前各做一〜二次，有時間多做效果更佳。

眼睛按摩保健操的重點是做的時候要「心神完全放鬆」（趕著做效果不好），而且要「持之以恆地做」，才會顯現出效果。

53岁的顶梁柱要倒塌了，他蒙圈的媳妇带着女儿求救，昨晚徒弟坐出租车到的天津，在机场瑟瑟发抖的冻到早上七点多，核酸结果没有上传要被拒绝登机并隔离，还好打通了市长热线电话，河北省三院把纸质的检查结果传过去了……

究竟何为天医星

天医贵人是八字神煞之一，是掌管疾病之事的星神。

命逢天医贵人，为喜用且得生旺，主一生身体康健，并适合在医学、哲学、心理学等领域任职。

天医贵人的查法

正月生见丑，二月生见寅，三月生见卯，四月生见辰，五月生见巳，六月生见午，七月生见未，八月生见申，九月生见酉，十月生见戌，十一月生见亥，十二月生见子。

以月支查其它地支，见者为是。如农历三月出生，八字中见地支“卯”，即为命带天医贵人。

命带天医的人，有三种结果：

一、自己长大成了医生；

二、家里的近亲有医生；

三、自己是个老病号，老是要去看医生。

八字天医贵人是四柱八字的神煞不直接参与吉凶，它是一种古人的哲学思想，是一种神秘事物的向往和另一种吉凶的描述；断命吉凶是看五行生克制化，那么天医星入命的人什么样呢？

天医星入命的人的特点

1、对学习医术方面有天赋

天医者，顾名思义，命带天医的人，对学习医术方面有天赋，在这方面学习能力强，容易成为名医或者良医。

就算不从事医师行业，命带天医的人其实不少，但是从医者并不多。不过有许多命带天医的人对医学有特殊偏好。而且其出身家族、家庭，从医或从事敎育工作者不少。

2、天医的衰旺决定身体健康状态

四柱逢天医，如不旺，又无贵人吉神相扶，不是常患疾病就是身弱无力。

若生旺又有贵人相生助，不仅身体健壮，而且特别适合医务工作及心理学，哲学等。

3、容易成为医术高明的医生

命书曰：“天医拱照，可作良医”。命带天医贵人者，大都与医院颇有缘份。

如果天医贵人所临地支为八字喜用，且得生旺，命主不但身体健康少病，而且很可能会成为一名医术高明的医生，同时对哲学、心理学或命理学特别感兴趣，有可能会从事这方面的工作。

4、天医临地支为忌且被刑冲克害

但如果天医贵人所临地支为八字所忌，且被刑冲克害，则命主一生体弱多病，经常会跟医院打交道。

5、根据天医择日

天医贵人也可用以择日，假如日逢天医贵人星，这一天特别适合去求医问药，可遇良医、良药。

例如天医贵人在戌，便可向西北偏西的方向去看医生，如果医生又属狗，则效果会更好。

天医的吉凶不是固定的，要看天医在命局中的旺衰（另看神煞与日主之生克）

如月支是丑土，那么子水就是天医，若命局中只有一位子水，其他干支都不是水，且都克子水、耗子水、泄子水，那么这个天医肯定弱极，说明命主不是常患疾病就是身弱无力。

再比如，月支是酉金，其他三支中有申金，申金是天医，若命局中土金多，申金得生扶，则命主身体健壮，并且适合医务工作及对心理学、哲学感兴趣。四柱逢天医，如不生旺，又没吉星相助，主身体不好疾病多。若生旺有贵人相扶，适宜做医务工作，或从事心理学哲学工作。

在历史的长河中，我们发现天医星对人的一生确实有一定的影响作用。比如确实有许多医家因幼年体弱多病，而立志于岐黄仁术，无论古代还是近现代都有，如古代有孙思邈、李时珍、胡慎柔等，近现代有岳美中、刘度舟等。

对于学医的朋友，可以通过天医星来判断，自己是否有成为名医的机会，自己在这方面是否天赋异禀，还是要靠努力来勤能补拙；

生病的朋友，也要通过查看天医星，方便找到一个能治好你的好医生！
