Join people from around the world for a global listening convergence - 4,5 hours of sonic reflections from 21 countries on the past months during a global pandemic. We consider listening to be a radical act of care, convergence and border crossing, intended to spark a sense of connectedness in a time of isolation, fear, and rising nationalism. From Egypt, Iran, Russia, Japan, Turkey, US, Argentina, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Greece, France, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Germany (21 countries in all!) Appel ouvert : invitation  à une rencontre d’écoute en direct.

Invitation à participer à une rencontre d’écoute mondiale qui sera diffusée en direct le 25 mai 2020.

Envoyez vos idées et réflexions avant le1er mai 2020.

En ces temps de manque de soins et de contacts physiques, d’interdiction de se rassembler, de journées de travail intensifié pour certains d’entre nous, d’une vie de travail sur internet pour d’autres et pour d'autres encore de mise au chômage, d’inégalités sociales (économie, travail, racisme, maladie, accès aux soins de santé, vulnérabilités) enfin, en ces temps du confinement du à la pandémie du Covid -19, quels sons écoutes-tu? quels sons produis-tu ? quelles conversations as-tu? et comment choisis-tu de t’exprimer ?

Nous t’invitons à nous envoyer un enregistrement de sons. Du son de la vie dans la rue, du son de la vie des animaux dans ton jardin,  du son d’une conversation,... Ça  peut  être un enregistrement non édité, un collage audio, une composition, un mix inattendu.

Vous êtes invités à écouter en commun la transmission radio en direct, programmée pour 6 heures d’écoute max. Il y aura une diffusion en direct via diverses radios Web, et il sera possible de télécharger la pièce sonore par la suite.

Dans le but de rassembler un patchwork de sons qui donnerait une impression globale (autant que possible) de notre relation au son et à travers le son en cette période où nous faisons face à la pandémie COVID-19, nous aimerions recevoir des envois d'au moins 15 pays différents.

Comment participer :

· Envoyer avant le 1er mai et via WeTransfer à https://wetransfer.com/) à: [email protected] 

· Chaque envoi de sons doit durer de 10 secondes à 10 minutes.

Format: MP3, puis enregistrer comme: 

ton nom_paysinitial.mp3 (par exemple: jennygraf_UK.mp3)

· Joindre une introduction verbale contenant uniquement les éléments suivants et dans l'ordre suivant:

1. Heure et date.

2. Site Web (aussi précisément que possible, tel que "Herring Run Park" ou "Par ma fenêtre á Green Street"

3. Ville, État / province, pays.

4. Votre nom (facultatif) ou le nom du collectif / groupe (facultatif).
