please remember that caregivers are people too and we have bad mental health days! we deserve breaks and reassurance just as much as regressors do. caregivers are not robots and won't always be available to be in caregiver space for you all the time, some of us may even need time to regress as well. if you are a caregiver, please remember to care for and love yourself too. you're doing an amazing job and I'm very proud of you for accomplishing so much, be sure to take time for yourself and do the things you love!
