Thinking about skyward sword Zelda... I need her to be affected by her own journey. The shift in her tone before and after going to the surface, realising she's divinity reborn as a mortal, stripping away parts of her identity to make room for a new [old] one. Realising hylia [her but not her] used her best friend in ways she wouldn't even dream of. Being stuck in a crystal for thousands of years and having her soul ripped out of her and losing the one companion she had in such quick succession. And she's supposed to be fine??? How does she cope? Who does she pray to after this?
