Who: King of Cups Rx (9 of Wands), 8 of Swords, Death, The Hierophant (8 of Wands).

People with wounded masculine, regardless of gender. There are two groups of them; the first one is not outwardly masculine, as in, they are not really proactive, they are softer looking or have a quieter vibe, more introverted. If they are men, they probably look like those guys who quietly read books and listen to music in the back of the room, looking out the window now and then. The other group is more outwardly masculine; the men of this group adhere to the society’s standard of masculinity, but without the bravado and chest thumping, they just look like the world puts a lot of responsibilities on their shoulders. People of this second group are more emotionally restrained than the first group. It’s like the first born’s energy, regardless of gender, who feels like their family depends on them or that they need to set an example. The first group is more likely to open up about their issues to you, the second group takes a longer time to do so.

But both groups feel like they are chained to some kind of standard, responsibility, expectation, tradition, rules that they think they need to follow. And it has been weighing them down, big time. They may also look sombre sometimes, mysterious, a little tragic and broken. For some of them it’s in their vibes, for others it’s both their vibes and physical looks. They look like they need some love. This is especially apparent when you get them alone with you; it feels like the mix of Moon and Pluto’s energy. These people want to be comforted, they have a lot of emotional baggage and stress they carry, some of them have skeletons in their closets too. Some of them find their lives very monotonous and tiresome, kinda depressing, like they have to trudge through the same thing over and over and they are sick of the same struggles and the same restraints. They are prone to overthinking. They may have trust issues. Some of them are actually dealing with mental illnesses, especially depression and anxiety.

One of the sources of their problem is their lack of support. Some of them may look like they are supported, or they can stand strong just fine on their own (especially the second group I mentioned above), but in reality, they don’t really have many people they can confide in, or they don’t usually feel taken care of by people around them. So subconsciously they are looking for that. Some of them are looking for someone to heal and fix them. Some of them are looking for someone to be the catalyst for their change (not necessarily fixing them, but being the reason that pushes them to change). They want to change, but it seems like they are waiting for something, or they feel like they can’t fully do it alone without that catalyst. These people are pretty committed once they set their minds on something. They have the potential to be reliable lovers but they need to start solving those issues first so the connection can be mutual (i.e. mutually relying on each other, instead of only them relying on the other person to heal their wounds). It’s fine to need someone, some wounds can only be healed in the presence of another person, it’s not as toxic as it sounds like to want someone who can help you heal. But there needs to be some balance between relying on another person and putting effort into healing yourself. Anyway, I digress.

PILE 2

Who: Queen of Cups, The Devil, 4 of Wands, The Hierophant.

People who are full of life. I don’t mean it in a ‘cheerful’ kind of way, it’s just that they have very strong presences, it’s like people who experience life with full alertness and energy. They feel strongly and express themselves in an obvious manner. They are people who don’t have issues taking their space and leaving their marks wherever they go. Some of them don’t mind pulling back slightly to give someone else some space though. They don’t do anything for other people at the expense of their own principles, rules and values. They are kind and warm, accommodating and welcoming if you are on their good side, but they can be pretty damn stubborn too. Their feminine and masculine sides are balanced. The type of people who can express their feelings in both words and actions. They have a strong sense of self. They are not ashamed of their own soft and loving side. If they like being a gentleman/lady, then they like it; people can tease them and call them simps, they won’t budge. They don’t look submissive or meek.

They want what they want. These people have strong, strong libido. They enjoy sex. Many of them have a thing for control though and kinks related to the elements of restraint, dominance/obedience, rules and orders, bondage, punishment and reward, etc. Some of them may also be kinda controlling outside the bedroom (they want things to go their way). Some of them are just controlling in the bedroom. They have certain traditions and rules that they follow, because they want to, they think it’s great and that’s how it should be done. So some of them are more traditional, upholding gender roles. Family oriented, they care about their culture. Some of them are not that traditional, they just value old school love. Some of them are more morally grey and selfish; mean and cunning at times, they are loving to people they care about but they are more ruthless and selfish towards people they don’t care about. They don’t often show this side publicly because it’s controversial. But they make slips of the tongue now and then, you can see it from the comments they make about the world.

They know how to be charming. They know the right thing to say and the right thing to do. They know when to show their reliable side, they know when to show their softer side, they know when to be mischievous (and when to throw in a devilish smirk here and there). Emotionally intelligent, some of them use this to their advantage (to get what they want), in other words they can be manipulative. This can make them appear seductive, personality-wise. Some of them are also physically sexy, they may have dark features. There’s also something fiery about their looks, that makes them appear a little dangerous (in a sexy kind of way). A lot of them are also older than you, especially if they are men, they may be the type of men who want to provide and be masculine, men who want control. I feel like, for some of you, this is a specific person’s energy, instead of the energy of a group of people who are attracted to you.

PILE 3

Who: 6 of Swords, 3 of Wands, 9 of Wands, The Moon.

This is a bit similar to Pile 1, but without the whole thing about restraints and shouldering responsibilities. It’s similar to Pile 1 in a sense that these people are wounded. They probably have difficult pasts or their lives haven’t been that easy. A lot of them don’t feel ‘tied’ to one place, they don’t feel a sense of belonging, it’s like their souls are seeking and searching for something unknown. Many of them don’t stay in one place as a result, they may like to travel or to go on road trips. They carry a lot of emotional baggage and secrets, they think travel and movement can help them lessen the apparentness of those issues in themselves. It feels like escapism; going somewhere to be free from the things that weigh them down. Some of them do it to reflect on life and their feelings though, instead of just running away. It’s giving Moon-Uranus aspect, Moon-Neptune aspect, Aquarius (or Aquarius-Scorpio mix), and 9th house influence. They constantly think about a place that isn’t here; it can be an actual place, or it can simply be them thinking about the future or the past.

A lot of them are secretive, hard to reach. They may also look distant. Many of them have avoidant attachment. People around them may find it difficult to ‘hold onto’ them, because they keep slipping away. They think people don’t really understand them, or they may find it difficult to relate to most people. Partly because they don’t really open themselves up, they don’t allow people to try to understand the things they carry within themselves, so there’s no way to build a connection. I think they believe that even if people see those parts of them, people won’t be able to understand, so they prefer not to show those. They probably lead a solitary life. Even if they are surrounded by people, they are still the odd one out; they don’t intentionally attract attention but because they act independently, it makes them stand out as the odd one. Lone wolf vibe. Many of them are introverts. It’s really giving off an impromptu cruise to a foreign land vibe, looking at the ocean as the ship sails and feeling the wind on your skin. A part of them believes in a better future, but their emotional baggage can overshadow their own optimism sometimes.

Like Pile 1, they can come off mysterious. Their vibe can seem a little tragic or broken, like they have been through a lot and it has come to the point where no one can touch their souls. They are the type of people who are often caught staring off in the distance; looking like they are lost in thought, looking like they want to be away. They don’t come across particularly masculine or feminine, the energy feels more androgynous. They probably have a habit of ghosting people, or suddenly disappearing, going where they want to go without informing people. Some of them don’t understand why people care when they leave. Who: Page of Swords, King of Swords, 5 of Cups, Page of Wands.

These people think for themselves and they have strong opinions. They also seek mental stimulation and more information, they like to play with ideas and explore possibilities. But they usually come across like they take things too seriously, even if they do it just for fun. They lack finesse, which can cause people to misunderstand them and their intentions. They probably come off harsher than they intend to be, sharp tongue and a little careless. For some of them, this is not their intention, so they feel dejected when people think they mean badly. For others, they know they can be strong, direct and argumentative when they communicate, but it still makes them feel down when people don’t want to engage with them lol; this group doesn’t mind arguments and (heated) intellectual discussions, these are what they seek but they just come across the wrong way.

Some of them think they know best, so kinda like know-it-alls; they can change their minds but it takes a lot to make them do it, because they will just argue with you until the next morning. Some of them just give off that impression, in reality they are more reasonable and open-minded, they can change their minds when they see the reasons to do so. They are people with principles; whether the principles are good or not, whether the principles are something you agree with or not, that depends on the specific individual. They have strong boundaries. Some of them have double standards though; they want people to mind their boundaries but at the same time they don’t give the same energy to other people. Or they want people to follow certain rules, but they themselves don’t follow those rules.

Deep inside they are actually quite innocent, like a child who seeks to interact with the world, but coming off too strongly. They may have some sad stories, most likely having to do with being rejected or being left alone. They are softer on the inside, if you get past their armour and sword. That’s where their genuine awe for life is, that’s where they keep their optimism and desire to explore. They are bright people, curious and quick thinkers, having the ability to think outside the box, to be experimental and discover potential. It’s just that the first layer of their personality can be a turn off to some people lol, or it can intimidate people and make people less likely to approach and get to know them. They may seem childlike and playful once they drop down their spiky shield. Some of them like to talk, they can talk your ear off. Some of them may be more bossy, they nag more and tell people what to do and what not to do (no malicious intent here tho).

Me in the shower thinking about my wife: i think one of the big reasons why het culture "wifey/hubby" "his/hers" "tiaras/mustaches" matching sets other than the cis binarism of it all is that it reveals the thought process behind heteropatriarchy wherein ideal love is a product of inversion; two puzzle pieces that fit together but are separate and made functional solely by the utility of their differences. Heteropatriarchal love retroactively redefines a person as a half of a whole, their functions and idiosyncrasies only valuable when curtailed by another's. But more than that, heteropatriarchal love is so divided. My "hers" towel and your "his." Married on a friday because saturdays are for the boys. Your woodsmoke-scented deodorant and my lavender. We cant possibly hope to understand each other and that's what lends our partnership value, somehow. But the love i cherish--the love that nurtures me--is inextricability. Not the teeth of your personality spinning the cogs of mine but the blend and blur of our edges together. The further in the tide rolls the better. The love that nurtures me is accepting everything about you into my life even if i dont feel the same way about it that you do. Its a becoming. Mercury Aspects and Sense of Humor

Aspects to your Mercury (as well as its sign and house placement) say a lot about your sense of humor: how you're funny and what you find funny. If you have many varying aspects to Mercury, you express your humor in many different ways. You also might just be ridiculously funny.

Sun conjunct Mercury: The Funny Guy (or Gal). These people identify with their humor so they seek a lot of validation for being funny. This can make them a constant Joker. "Why so serious?" they ask. Regardless which habit it is, it is something they use as a coping mechanism for their unhealed wound. For both groups, your person may have been quite focused on themselves and their own needs. They do whatever makes them feel stable and safe, even if the method isn’t healthy. For the ones who use sex, having transient sexual relationships feels like a good choice to them simply because this kind of sexual arrangement allows them to not have to address whatever issues they are running from, such as commitment issues, trust issues, emotional unavailability, etc. For the ones who use work to cope, they do it to cope with the lack of emotional fulfilment that they have been feeling. I’m not sure why they choose work, maybe because it’s straightforward or less complicated than a relationship, or maybe they don’t even realise their need for emotional fulfilment— they just feel unsatisfied or restless and they use work to distract themselves instead of looking deeper into why they feel that way.

Either way, being with you will change that habit. Being with you will give them a restart, i.e. how they should have led their life from the very beginning. That’s what it will feel like, to them. Maybe it’s the effect of being around you, their energy will flow better or will be channelled better; energy as in, their sexual energy, their inner fire, the motivational force that keeps them moving. So in a way, this connection will make them view ‘taking chances’ or ‘going against their fear’ as something positive, it will be an encouragement for them to do the same thing again. And this is also one of the things that will make them more open with you; open to different ideas and experiences, curious to explore both the romantic feelings and sexual desires (if you are asking about a long-term partner).
