No more miss nice girl

Why the hell am I so easy to replace? Tired of lies, selfishness, backstabbing and emotional blackmail. I know I am a nice person and I give people way too many chances, I’m sick of being taken advantage of from now on I’m saying no more and being my own person. I Am not a puppet you can get out when you are bored and manipulate when you feel like it. Perhaps my niceness just makes people think that I don’t hurt inside well guess what I do and perhaps more because I hide it, I don’t always share my anger or sadness because I don’t want to bring other people down. I’m not going to be so trusting anymore with anyone because even your best friend can let you down. I’m not going to look forward to things that’s way I won’t be disappointed when they don’t happen. I promise to be more open and let people know that I don’t like a situation. Several times I just keept my mouth shut and just took it no more, I have feelings even if you think I don’t I have a mind I have opinions and I will be expressing them from now on.

My daughter’s Frozen birthday party

I just wanted to share a few pics from my daughter’s party on the weekend. This is the most effort I’ve ever put into a party so I just thought I’d show off a bit ;)

1. The spectacular cake my sister made. The cake itself is chocolate with chunks of milk and whte chocolate inside.

2. A sign that pointed to our “North Mountain”—a clothesline with a white sheet over the top for its snowcap and shimmering blue and green fabric hanging around the sides. The toddlers loved running through it and feeling the seethrough fabric brush over their faces.

3.Caramel-filled chocolate cupcakes with butter cream frosting, once again made by my talented sister.

4. The streamer curtain I made to hang behind the drinks table. This was the first one I’d ever made and I’ve decided I’m a big fan. So simple and cheap and they look great.

5. The Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post and Sauna sign we hung on my dad’s little wooden shed. It looked adorable!

6. The beautiful blue and whtie bunting we strung up over the outdoor area.

All the Carrie hate is making me so sad. You guys, she isn’t victim blaming AT ALL. She’s encouraging girls to speak up when they’re uncomfortable and being confident enough to say no. How is that at all a bad thing?? She isn’t saying that if you don’t say no it’s your fault, that is in NO WAY what she was saying. Please stop sending Carrie hate, she does not deserve it.
