I feel like the dark side of having Venus in the 8th house is that you can be someone who sort of self sabotage when you start falling for someone. You start testing them to see what they will and won’t put up with. You may do things like start petty arguments, try to make them jealous, push them away, etc. You wanna get a reaction out of them to see if they’ll still come back with the same passion, or even more. Cause falling in love and committing to someone is scary when you have this placement.
Venus in the 8th house goes about getting her desires in ways that may lead to destruction.

🍭Astro Observation for you to munch on until Fatoor 🍭
Tumblr media
🍭People that have a Fire sign or an Earth sign on the cusp of the 3rd house are great vocalists (Exp. Ariana Grande, Whitney Huston, Amy Winehouse, Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Lana Del Rey, etc.)
🍭Taurus Suns with Gemini Venus are top tier
🍭Capricorn Venus and their never-ending search for the perfect partner. (Standards are too high? or is no one worth it?)
🍭The stereotype of Cancers being homebodies seems to be very far from the truth. They're always on the go, meeting people, getting into new experiences and exploring. However, they do value their own space as they consider their home/room/inner world to be sacred and isn't to be shared with everyone. They're the true "Extroverted introvert", if you will.
🍭Synastry charts aren't a one size fits all. An aspect has a different interpretation depending on the status of the relationship (platonic, familial, romantic, or sexual, etc.) For instance, the presence of Squares can be experienced positively in romantic/sexual relationships, but a bit challenging in platonic ones. However, it is hell to have it with family.
🍭Continuing with aspects, the presence of squares or "harsh" aspects doesn't mean you're doomed to fail. In fact, people that have more harsh aspects are very well in control of themselves (or at least of the themes of the placements/houses involved). I have known and witnessed many people that have been blessed with trines that end up overindulging and disregarding the dangers of their actions. It is possible that because things usually work out for them that they take it for granted and push their luck too far. (The recurrence of trines in the birth chart is common among celebrities who overdose, but that is just what I have observed)
🍭There are many posts on placements/aspects that indicate wealth and/or fame. However, we don't talk about HOW, WHERE, and WHAT can we do to cultivate this kind of success. The answer is in the mutable houses (3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th). The sign over the house, the placements, and the position of the house ruler (even aspects and degrees but focus on the latter first) will tell you where you need to go, what should you do, how should you do it, and (most importantly) what is blocking you or in what ways can you change in order to move to that next step.
🍭Regardless of their other placements, I have never met or heard of a Pisce and a Leo getting along.
🍭It is true that Earth placements/doms guard their inner self with many walls, but the way Air placements/doms do it always fascinates me. Instead of an obvious defensive stance, they unleash a mirage that creates the illusion of openness. You never really know what's true versus what's not but the kicker is, neither do they. I still love them though.
🍭What's with Water energy and getting too much plastic surgery?
🍭Jupiter is the planet of growth, wisdom, knowledge, and luck. Wherever it's placed it'll give you "a big head". As a Jupiter in 3rd, I have to catch myself from being a smartass and a know-it-all. My friend has a Jupiter in the 1st and she could wear a trash bag and you can't tell her nothing about how she looks. On a side note, she does have a larger head and looks like a Bratz doll (no shade though)
🍭Despite what I have heard/read, I am continuously disappointed by Scorpio placements. I don't get the hype. But when it comes to Virgos and Geminis though, I have been pleasantly surprised.
🍭Aries Moon 🤝Low key being a covert narcissist
🍭Leos out here thinking they're an undiscovered celebrity, meanwhile Sagittarians and Capricorns are a living meme factory
🍭12th house stelliums and their obsession with existential questions "Why am I here?" "What's the soul?"
🍭Having your Moon reside in an Air house (3rd, 7th, 11th) makes it difficult for you to understand your physical emotional reactions (Exp. Always wondering "Why do I feel weird?") Finding a visual discord as an outlet or talking about it with other people can develop an awareness and an understanding of the connection between your body and mind
🍭Most Fire placements have such powerful minds and pure hearts but their mouths always get them in trouble.
🍭Pisces and Libra placements aren't sweet angels with rose-colored glasses. Not saying they aren't good people, but the ones that I have known had a very dark and twisted side to them with a very pessimistic point of view of the world. This could be due to their sensitivity to their surroundings and other people.
🍭Earth in the 8th is very likely to leave a big chunk as their inheritance, meanwhile Fire in the 8th is hitting the jackpot (Sorry nana)
🍭The element of your 2nd house reflects your self-esteem.
Water in the 2nd indicates a turbulent and unstable self-image that ranges from highs and lows.
Earth in the 2nd house has a sustainable and clear image of themselves with an awareness of their flaws and ways to improve.
Air in the 2nd house and their fluctuating sense of self, they are very likely to personalize and have a completely warped idea of themselves, or they absolutely don't give a damn about how they look and have an unshakable confidence.
Fire in the 2nd house, Either peak early in life then crash hard with a bruised ego or takes a long time to fully accept and love who they are
🍭Having Saturn and Jupiter in the same house is the holy grail of growth. You will forever receive lessons and discipline from Saturn along with endless wisdom and improvement from Jupiter. An indication of a very tough start (depending on the house themes) you may feel alone and conflicted with no one to turn to regarding it. However, with Jupiter as your guide and Saturn as your protector, you'll be able to take on whatever the house (and probably life) throws at you like a pro tennis player.
Bye Bitch✨

✨Astro Observations for those who think they're stupid when they're actually smart✨
✨Mutable risings are the "funny yet depressed" friend that is always trying to make sure everyone is okay and having a good time
✨Out of all the placements Aquarius is the only one I don't have a definitive standpoint on. Not a single one has something in common with another.
✨5th house placements are obsessed with reality tv while 11th house placements are obsessed with internet drama
✨Saturn in the 6th house natives are very likely to get plastic surgery for their weight
✨I keep reading on here that people know Taurus Moons that cook? I am sorry but since when instant noodles became "cooking". I have known five and my sister is one, and let me tell you, they can't cook for shit. They're such picky and particular eaters, they barely eat too.
✨My mother being an Aquarius sun with a Virgo moon means that I know the biggest catastrophizer alive.
✨Luminaries (sun and moon) opposite the rising, in my opinion, creates the most difficult people to deal with. They're so tone deaf and oblivious to how they come off.
✨Cardinal Lilith has conflict anxiety
✨Air Mercury thinks of an answer instead of listening to what someone is saying
✨Mars in the 11th house have many frenemies
✨Moon in the 11th are very popular among women
✨Angular houses (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th) at 0 degrees struggles to achieve milestones or feels behind compared to others
✨Scorpio risings are always referred to as an onion. To me, an onion is something with layers of the same shit that just burn your eyes.
✨ Whichever house of yours an artist's Ceres falls in is what their work is going to help you with.
✨This also applies to planet aspects, as to whether their work will leave you challenged, intrigued, feeling empowered, motivated, seen, connected, or just simply aroused.
✨Fire Mercury says the most random shit. But we are here for that crackhead energy.
✨Fire/Mars in the 9th house is very common among dancers
✨The sign of the 6th house can show how are you with apologies. Since along with that work ethic comes responsibility and integrity.
✨Anyways, you'll never catch a Sag or Taurus in the 6th apologizing that's for sure.
✨Lilith/Juno in the 10th house are very mistreated by men/masculine people and authority
✨Lilith/Juno in the 4th house was betrayed by the family, especially the mother
✨Aquarius in the 4th house is always looking for a mommy in someone else
✨The body part/s the sign of your 8th house rule indicates which sexual act gets your toes curled.
✨Having friends of the same Mars sign are people that match your energy
✨People that have Mars Square Mars got a friendship that needed communication and patience, however, they tend to create a stronger bond
✨It's ghetto out there with all of those unevolved Earth placements
✨First house stelliums are never grateful. The entitlement is real.
✨Neptune/Pisces in the 1st house and 12th house ruler is in the 1st house depersonalize as a full time job. Existing is very draining for them, and at times painful.
Bye.

♡Astro Observations for the Gays, Queers, and the Girlies♡
Tumblr media
❣ Libra placements and the urge to be liked by people that don't like them (even though they themselves don't like them either)
❣ Gemini placements (especially Rising/Venus/Doms) have a contrast in their feminine and masculine style/taste/interests. They frequently change from one end of the extreme to another, rarely in between. Think bougie girls who like to get all done but aren't afraid to eat with bare hands or etiquette.
❣ Sun/Moon square Jupiter doesn't have the best relationship with one or both of their parents/parental figures
❣ I noticed many gay icons have a Venus in Gemini, Leo, or Sagittarius/ MC in a Water or Fire sign/ 5th house in an Air or Water sign/ Pluto in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 10th (Of course there are exceptions but I found these to be the most reoccurring)
❣ Despite the perpetuated stereotypes, the people that I have known to throw down with others the most have been Cancers, Virgos, and Libras. Meanwhile, the Aries, Scorpios, and Saggitarians were either diplomatic or cowards (Cowards as in they would talk a big game but when push comes to shove, they'll run).
❣ Sun conjunct Saturn will stay stepping on people's necks
❣ Taurus Venus are obsessed with the 50s/60s
❣ Earth Moons emotional state can be reflected in their surroundings. When they're feeling low, they can either seek control by controlling others and being critical or they shut down and let everything go to waste (uncharacteristically of them). In extreme cases, they can become hoarders.
❣ Moon square personal planets 🤝 Being a bitch 24/7
❣ Virgo is the sex freak yall been sleeping on
❣ Water placements and the struggle of wanting to be left alone and also be given love and attention
❣ Also on the topic of Water placements in general, why do they never get along with one another?
❣ Sun/Venus in the 1st/5th/7th/10th/11th grow from a "fawn among sharks" to the HBIC
❣ Venusian (Taurus and Libra) and Mercurian (Gemini and Virgo) placements are common among prominent fashion designers/houses. (Anna Wintour, Donatella Versace, Karl Lagerfeld, Coco Chanel, Georgio Armani, Pierre Balmain, Marc Jacobs)
❣ Gemini, Leo, and Sagittarius are the epitome of the 00s "it" girls
❣ Your rising reflects on the purpose/struggle of your life journey.
Exp:
Aquarius rising's life-long mission is to find who they're and be themselves
Taurus rising's lifelong mission is to be comfortable with themselves and find gratitude
Sagittarius rising's lifelong mission is to find their purpose or calling
Cancer rising's lifelong mission is to find strength in their heart and let the world in
❣ Scorpio Venus is obsessed with movies. Especially ones that are historical depictions and/or true stories.
❣ Taurus and Libra, Scorpio and Sagittarius, Aries and Virgo are some of the most underrated friendship pairings
❣ Despite all the fame indicators, Chiron in Leo remains the most prominent. Many child stars have this placement. (Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Keke Palmer, Justin Bieber, Freddie Highmore, Josh Hutcherson, Jennette McCurdy, Debby Ryan, Miranda Cosgrove, etc.)
❣ You attract people that have placements in your 1st, 3rd, and 11th house. Meanwhile, we are attracted to people with placements in our 5th, 7th, and 8th.
❣ The placement of the personal planets along with the rulers of the house mentioned also play a big role, but it pertains to the nature of the relationship than just attraction.
❣ The sign opposite to the sign of your Venus is usually in the big three of your early years crushes and people "you know better than to like". (They may also share a similarity or quality to said sign)
❣ My association of each Lilith signs with an iconic female lead (Movies/TV):-
Aries/1st house Lilith: Regina George 'Mean Girls'
Taurus/2nd house Lilith: Cookie 'Empire'
Gemini/3rd house Lilith: Brenda 'Scary Movie'
Cancer/4th house Lilith: Thelma 'Thelma & Louise'
Leo/5th house Lilith: Jade 'Victorious'
Virgo/6th house Lilith: Miranda 'The Devil Wears Prada'
Libra/7th house Lilith: Elle Woods 'Legally Blond'
Scorpio/8th house Lilith: Jennifer 'Jennifer's Body'
Sagittarius/9th house Lilith: Chanel 'Scream Queens'
Capricorn/10th house Lilith: Fallon 'Dynasty'
Aquarius/11th house Lilith: Veronica 'The Heathers'
Pisces/12th house Lilith Courtney 'Jawbreaker'

Saturn and restrictions 🪐
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In astrology, Saturn restricts us and usually comes from our childhood traumas. [Edit] Sometimes, In Roman mythology, Saturn was related to time and harvest, in Greek associated with Cronus the titan, Zeus (Júpiter). He knew that one of his children would defeat him. So, he decides to eat each of his children, basically, he restricts them from living.
There is no surprise that our placement regarding Saturn presents delays and restrictions. These restrictions come from authority figures since we are young.
Edit: I mistake Kronus and Cronus in my original publication, but phonetically in my Spanish brain it sounds the same. It's not a excuse, but here we go. Also, I did this theory while thinking in Goya's painting "Saturn eating his son"; it's quite gorish, but my original inspo / idea comes from that "Saturn" aka the painting.
⚠️Read. This post is about things that I notice about Saturn in the houses. Just take what resonates. If this post triggers you for any reason, it's okay to try to breathe and don't force it.
Furthermore, Saturn can show our restrictions due to karmic consequences. If you have Saturn retrograde, this may take longer to acknowledge.
These are possible issues, but just take what resonates.
꩜ Saturn in the 1st house: these natives were restricted in their appearance or approach to life. Others, rigorous figures dislike the way they present themselves to life. Restricted household name. Imposition of a purpose. Problems with self-image due to parental comments. People tell you how to behave and act in front of others.
꩜ Saturn in the 2nd house: they were restricted in drawing boundaries. It may be the case that the native always feels pressure to share their possessions with others. Stability and comfort were not expected. Money was too much or nonexistent. Stability over love. Poor self-esteem. Others took your time and things for their use without asking.
꩜Saturn in the 3rd house: Parents or teachers restricted the native communication. They make the individual feels incompetent or out of place, whenever they share opinions or ideas with others. Bad relationships with siblings. Siblings laugh at how they talk. Problems with words. Others tell you how "awkward" you sound or the worst thing. They make you regret expressing yourself.
꩜Saturn in the 4th house: a restricted home, this could be throughout inheritance of some sort of. Their emotions and feelings were prohibited by a mother or a maternal figure. This could also be a physical space: a small house. The 4th house is ruled by the moon. You were called "weak" or too sensitive. You should honor your traditions even if you didn't like them.
꩜Saturn in the 5th house: these people were obligated to act mature or calm. Even though they were expressive, others degraded their creativity. They were too happy or too naive. People make them feel out of place. They were told to shut up because they were too loud. People make fun of them.
꩜Saturn in the 6th house: they were exposed to overindulgence in childhood. Also, poor health habits or poverty. Their parents never limit their habits. So, now they may overwork in their health or workplace. Routines were so present that bored them or everything was spontaneously making them feel unsafe. Being organized was part of their routine. Eating was complicated. Eat guilt and shame from your parents "you should finish your meal because many people are starving"
꩜Saturn in the 7th house: power struggles and restrictive relationships and partnerships. Parents were always in conflict. People who were close neglected or ignored the native's needs. They didn't learn what companionship or equality is. Others push your boundaries, and you didn't act on it. A need to be perfect was a thing.
꩜Saturn in the 8th house: identity crisis or hiding self. They were dictated to hide due to an image. This also means someone controlling you like a possession. Sexuality was a taboo, so they restrict you from expressingyourself. Other people manage your money or possessions to leave you in fear. Hiding your fear under your bed. Religion imposition and all the issues around it. Feeling ashamed because they are "different". They put you on the pedestal and you didn't like it.
꩜Saturn in the 9th house: You were restricted from following your convictions and philosophies. Life was under a regime of education for others. Maybe, you study too much in different educational institutions. Learning was too insufficient or too exhausting. They make fear knowing things; you were constantly told to stay still. "Don't move"
꩜Saturn in the 10th house: People give you responsibilities that you didn't deserve. They make you grow up too fast. They make you aware of your persona, and now you feel restricted to feel free. Constant burnout, too. Child prodigy issues. You need to be active all the time because productivity is key to success; this constant movement makes you feel empty.
꩜Saturn in the 11th house: you were restricted to use your knowledge and compassion toward others. Your parents reprimanded you for using technology devices or you didn't have any device. People restrict your higher knowledge and being "different" was seen as bad. Also, you were pushed to be alone and be away from communities or "your people".
꩜Saturn in the 12th house: people restricted your inner essence. The unknown part that they felt was not you. Also, you were secluded from religion; either your spiritual beliefs and experience or religion restricted you, too You may lie to yourself often. Mental health was restricted too. Parental figures hide you from others.
Take care <3

⚷ Chiron (The Wounded Healer) ⚷
Tumblr media
⚷ Brief Introduction ⚷
In Greek mythology, Chiron's mother was a water nymph who turned herself into a horse while trying to run from Zeus' amorous overtures. She was not able to escape. She later became pregnant with Zeus's offspring, and when she gave birth, she was shocked to see that her newborn was half horse, half boy. The mother was so terrified that she prayed to the gods to be changed into a tree. Her wish was granted. Thus, both of Chiron's parents abandoned him. Despite his pain and sorrow, he became a skilled teacher and healer. One day, while he was handing a poisoned arrow to a student, it dropped and pierced his leg. As the son of a god, he was immortal, yet he was still made of flesh and blood; The pains of the poison coursing through his body made him suffer greatly. In terrible pain, he prayed to the gods to let him die. In gratitude for his teachings, they granted his wish and placed him in the sky.
Chiron is the wounded healer. This planetoid is for everyone who, rather than giving into despair amid their suffering, reaches out so others will not have to experience the pain they've felt. This can especially be seen in people who have had a painful childhood and go on to be psychiatrists, therapists, or counselors. These people feel the influence of Chiron. It can be healing for a person to help others cope with a pain that they have lived through.
As such, the sign and house Chiron resides in and how well (or not so well) it is aspected will shed light on our wounds. It helps us identify them, what/where they are hurting the most, and conversely, how to heal, transform and move on.
⚷ Chiron through the Houses ⚷
Chiron in the 1st house:
Chiron indicates that the native's wounds are related to their appearance and self-expression. Your self-confidence may have taken a severe hit at a young age. People with this placement were, in many cases, shy children. They were afraid of putting themselves out there and going after their dreams. As a child, you see only the negative in yourself. Chiron in this house can feel like you were observing your reflection in a distorting mirror. Having a clear sense of self is hard. Often, the environment could be more supportive too, and you get little positive encouragement. Because of this, working on your self-esteem is a must as an adult. You may feel unwanted, unattractive, or unworthy of acknowledgment and love. This placement can also indicate that you think that you are not allowed to enjoy life. You have to have faith in yourself and find power in your life choices. Living passively and with regret would be a common mistake and habit you need to break. You feel pain in being you, and remaining authentic to yourself instead of embodying someone else's projection would be transformative. Taking action and being unapologetic is critical to breaking yourself out of the mold. You help others do transformative work by leading as an example. You can become the image of someone who triumphs in life despite all obstacles.
Chiron in the 2nd house:
Chiron in the 2nd house raises issues around self-worth and self-value. Those with this placement may have experienced some form of trauma or wound around their finances or possessions, leaving them feeling insecure about their worthiness. This can manifest in various ways, including overspending or undervaluing oneself in relationships or career choices. However, these individuals can learn to heal and cultivate healthy self-esteem and self-worth with awareness and introspection. Despite the challenges, it's worth noting that Chiron in the 2nd house can also bring a unique gift of healing regarding self-worth and value issues. This placement can inspire a deeper understanding of one's true worth and the importance of self-care. Additionally, it can lead to a career or calling in the healing arts or counseling, allowing individuals to help others heal their own self-worth and value struggles.
Chiron in the 3rd house:
Chiron in the 3rd house holds various implications. First, this placement suggests that the person may have experienced some injury or trauma concerning their communication, learning, or sibling relationship. Consequently, they may have difficulty expressing themselves effectively or understanding others' perspectives. However, this placement also offers an opportunity for deep healing and growth through developing better communication skills and learning to accept and love oneself despite past hurts. Individuals with Chiron in the 3rd house may find themselves drawn to healing professions or have a natural talent for teaching and mentoring others. Moreover, this placement can be challenging but ultimately transformative, providing the potential for profound personal growth and healing. By embracing their wounds and working towards healing, individuals with this placement can develop greater self-awareness, empathy, and compassion toward others. Ultimately, the journey toward healing and growth can be challenging, but it can also lead to significant personal transformation and a deeper understanding of oneself and others.
Chiron in the 4th house:
Chiron in the 4th house can be challenging. This is because it often brings past wounds and emotional trauma related to one's family and home environment. Those with this placement may need to work hard to heal and process these issues to find a sense of emotional security and stability. It's not uncommon for people with Chiron in the 4th house to have experienced a difficult childhood or family life. This can manifest in various ways, including issues with trust, boundaries, and intimacy in adult relationships. However, with awareness and effort, this placement can bring profound healing and a sense of inner strength and resilience. While the healing process may take time and patience, those with Chiron in the 4th house have the potential to transform their past pain into wisdom and compassion for themselves and others. In addition, by working through these challenging experiences, individuals can emerge stronger and more self-aware. Ultimately, this placement can be a powerful catalyst for personal growth and transformation.
Chiron in the 5th house:
The positioning of Chiron in the 5th house indicates a profoundly ingrained wound or trauma closely related to self-expression and creativity. Individuals with this particular placement may have undergone experiences of rejection or criticism in their artistic pursuits, which could have led to a persistent fear of expressing their creativity or putting themselves out there in a vulnerable manner. However, this placement can also signify a potential for healing through creative expression. By embracing their unique talents and gifts, individuals with Chiron in the 5th house can discover a profound sense of purpose and fulfillment in their creative pursuits. It is essential to acknowledge that it may take considerable time and effort to overcome the wounds and insecurities associated with this placement. Still, with patience and self-compassion, it is possible to transcend the challenges and tap into the transformative power of the 5th house. The journey toward healing and self-discovery may not be easy, but it is undoubtedly worth it.
Chiron in the 6th house:
This placement of Chiron suggests pain related to criticism and feeling that you are not good enough. You feel that you don't fit in the workplace, are inadequate, or are unfit to oversee tasks. You tend to take criticism too seriously, especially when you are still learning and honing your skills. However, none of us is perfect. Pain related to loss of health is also possible. Keep a sense of awareness of mental health. When in a bad mental state, there's a tendency to develop feelings of loneliness, isolation, self-criticism, and Stockholm syndrome. Breaking the cycles of self-sabotage and depreciation is key to improving resolve and creating a positive internal monologue. However, with this particular house, there is a great potential for transformation and healing to occur. Individuals with this placement may be drawn towards alternative healing modalities or find that helping others with their health and work issues brings them a sense of fulfillment and purpose. For those with this placement to thrive, it is essential for them to prioritize self-care and find work that aligns with their values and passions. By doing so, they can turn their past wounds into strengths and contribute to the greater good. It is also important for them to recognize the potential for growth and healing within this placement and embrace it with open arms.
Chiron in the 7th house:
Chiron's position in the 7th house signifies a deep wound or sensitivity associated with relationships and partnerships. This placement may suggest that the person has undergone significant pain or trauma in their past relationships, making it difficult for them to establish healthy and well-balanced partnerships in the future. However, with a heightened sense of awareness and self-reflection, individuals with Chiron in the 7th house can utilize their experiences to grow and heal. They may discover that they are naturally drawn to partners who reflect their wounds, which can present a unique opportunity for healing and growth. In addition, they may have to improve their sense of self-worth and relationship independence to avoid falling into codependent patterns. Having Chiron in the 7th house can undoubtedly be a challenging placement, but it can also open avenues for profound healing and transformation in relationships. Therefore, it is essential to approach the challenges it brings with a positive mindset, as it can offer valuable lessons and experiences that can ultimately lead to personal growth and fulfillment.
Chiron in the 8th house:
Chiron in the 8th house indicates deep emotional wounds and trauma related to power, control, and intimacy. People with this placement may struggle with trust issues and vulnerability, as well as experiencing fear of abandonment and betrayal. It can possess a significant and transformative on planets aspects as well. However, the positioning of Chiron in the 8th house also offers the potential for powerful healing and transformation. By facing and working through their deepest emotional wounds, individuals with this placement can emerge stronger and more empowered than ever before. It is important to note that navigating the intense emotions and challenges that arise from this placement can be a difficult task. Therefore, it is advised for those with Chiron in the 8th house to seek support from trusted individuals, such as a therapist or spiritual advisor. These professionals can help individuals manage the intense feelings that may arise and assist them in their journey to healing and transformation. In conclusion, Chiron in the 8th house is a placement that can be both challenging and rewarding. With the proper support and approach, individuals can overcome their emotional wounds and emerge victorious.

In addition, they may be strongly inclined to travel and explore diverse cultures to widen their worldview. The Chiron in the 9th house placement also suggests a potential for becoming a teacher or mentor, as they naturally guide others towards greater understanding and personal growth. However, those who bear Chiron in the 9th house must be mindful of any tendencies towards dogmatic or rigid thinking, as this can impede their own growth and constrain their ability to connect with others. By embracing a more open-minded and comprehensive approach to spirituality and education, individuals with this placement can discover profound healing and fulfillment in their pursuits.
Chiron in the 10th house:
The placement of Chiron in the 10th house significantly influences their professional trajectory and public image. Those who possess this placement may encounter difficulties in their career path, struggling with feelings of inadequacy or feeling wounded. However, with introspection and healing work, they can transform their experiences into a source of strength and compassion, becoming exemplary leaders in their respective fields. Additionally, individuals with this placement must learn to balance their personal and professional lives, as they may tend to prioritize their careers at the expense of their relationships. While navigating these challenges can be daunting, those who are willing to put in the inner work will find that Chiron in the 10th house can ultimately be a transformative experience. Through cultivating resilience and compassion, individuals with this placement can emerge as influential and inspiring figures in their communities and industries.
Chiron in the 11th house:
Chiron's in the 11th house pertains to experiences with friendships, social groups, and humanitarian causes. Those with this placement may struggle with a deep sense of woundedness regarding their social interactions, feeling like they don't quite fit in or belong with their peers. This can be partly due to past traumas or experiences of rejection in these areas. Despite these challenges, however, Chiron's influence can also bring about a profound sense of empathy and compassion for others in those with this placement. This may manifest as a desire to help those who have also experienced social exclusion or marginalization or a natural talent for creating a sense of community and bringing people together. It's important to note that this placement can be particularly challenging, as individuals may feel as though they are constantly struggling to find their place within social groups or causes. However, with Chiron's influence, there is also the potential for profound growth and healing in the realm of social connection and collective consciousness. Again, this may involve facing and working through past traumas or wounds. Still, it can ultimately lead to a more profound sense of purpose and fulfillment in one's social interactions and contributions to the greater good.
Chiron in the 12th house:

Therefore, it is crucial to acknowledge and validate these wounds while striving to heal and attain a sense of completeness. Astrology serves as a valuable tool in this journey, offering insights and direction to navigate the intricate dynamics of Lilith and Chiron.
Unaspected or Less than two aspects Chiron:
An unaspected Chiron, or one in less than two, refers to a scenario where Chiron does not form any significant connections with other planets or points in a person's natal chart. This may suggest an area of life where the individual may feel a sense of detachment or isolation, as if they are working through their issues alone. On the other hand, it also indicates a need for self-reliance and self-healing, as those with an unanspected Chiron placement may have a unique perspective on healing and be able to offer guidance to others who are struggling with similar challenges. However, it's important to remember that each astrology placement is just one piece of the puzzle, and the interpretation of Chiron should be made in the context of the whole chart. For example, look into the house ruler of the sign of your Chiron as well as the house itself for more insight. The house rulers planet placement can shed light into underlayered or overshadowed areas that effect Chiron. (Chiron in 12th house Capricorn with Saturn in the 3rd suggests isolation from the immediate environment can be detrimental to the person's mental health.)

Jupiter is the largest planet in our Solar System and holds a significant place in Roman mythology. The gas giant is named after the king of gods and has been associated with abundance, good fortune, and optimism in astrology. People whose charts have Jupiter in a prominent position are often focused on growth and expansion. This is because the planet has a unique ability to expand everything around it. Jupiter symbolizes generosity, spirituality, and ethics, inspiring us to give whenever we can and focus on the bigger picture. Even when Jupiter is in aspect with challenging planets, it offers opportunities to turn those challenges into blessings. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, and the planet is often associated with the ninth House in the chart wheel, where it operates exceptionally well. Interestingly, Jupiter is exalted in the sign of Pisces, the sign it used to rule before Neptune's discovery.
The position of Jupiter in our natal chart can shed light on where we are most likely to experience good fortune and abundance. In astrology, Jupiter teaches us the values of generosity, open-mindedness, and following the path our soul chose before our birth. Once we have discovered this path, material success is likely to follow. Jupiter symbolizes generosity and adherence to moral principles, embodying universal spiritual laws. By aligning ourselves with our higher selves, as represented in the placement of Jupiter in our natal chart, we can expect to receive greater support and guidance in our journey through life.

💚Jupiter in the 1st House💚
For those who have Jupiter in this House, they embody all the qualities associated with this planet throughout all aspects of their life. Additionally, if Jupiter is close to the ascendant, it can also be reflected in its physical appearance. These individuals have remarkable optimism, even in the most challenging situations. They have an unwavering belief in themselves, which is fundamental to success. It is worth noting that while Jupiter is often associated with luck, this "luck" is often synonymous with self-confidence. These individuals believe in themselves and their ability to achieve their goals. They are also naturally generous, and the more they give, the more they receive. This placement encourages personal growth and self-expression, which can lead to a magnetic personality. However, individuals with Jupiter in the first House should be mindful of overindulgence and excess, as Jupiter can amplify negative behaviors. Jupiter here would have a significant role/impact on some life areas associated with the first House in astrology, such as the circumstances of your birth, new beginnings, physical appearance, your attitude to the world, and, in general, the impression you leave, the way you carry yourself, the role your family expected you to take up in childhood.
People born with an emphasized Jupiter in their birth charts are strongly inclined towards personal growth and development. Jupiter, the largest planet in our Solar System, encourages us to keep learning and growing. With a strong Jupiter influence in your natal chart, you perceive life as an opportunity to become the best version of yourself. However, one of Jupiter's weaknesses is that it can lead to exaggeration. If your chart is afflicted with Jupiter, you may overestimate your abilities or needs.
In some cases, Jupiter's influence, especially if it's close to the ascendant, can indicate a person with a tendency towards self-indulgence and who is chubby. Therefore, it's vital to stay grounded and in touch with reality. Individuals with Jupiter in the first House usually have good overall health, but they should be mindful of being overweight. Remember that it's always better to underpromise and overdeliver than vice versa. Self-confidence is an essential trait, but overconfidence can lead to painful failures. Jupiter is known as the planet of philosophy in astrology, and individuals with Jupiter in the first House are philosophical. They often contemplate life's purpose, humanity's future, and how they can serve the world. If Jupiter is aspected in your birth chart, this planet colors the planets it comes into contact with its positive energy. Even challenging aspects can transform into positive ones with Jupiter's expanding influence.
Individuals who possess Jupiter in the first House exhibit a spontaneous and welcoming disposition, coupled with an unwavering faith and boundless enthusiasm. Owing to their optimistic and magnanimous personality, they tend to attract people towards them like a magnet. Their effective communication skills and ability to listen attentively enable them to negotiate and secure fair deals that are satisfactory for all parties involved. Such individuals hold strong ethical and moral principles and enjoy exploring new opportunities with others. While their inherent cheerfulness leaves a lasting impression on others, their candid verbal expressions can sometimes cause conflict. Their leadership qualities and inspiring persona make them well-liked members of their communities. Moreover, they often indulge in philanthropy and lend their support to promote noble causes.
Obtaining something easily can often lead to negative consequences rather than positive ones. You may possess a myriad of positive traits, such as self-assurance, magnetism, and hopefulness. These attributes often attract good fortune. Nevertheless, an absence of the earth element or a weak Saturn in your chart may result in a lack of work ethic. In such instances, you may need to learn the value of persistence and hard work through challenging experiences. Saturn teaches us that long-lasting achievements are attained through diligence, while Jupiter symbolizes quick and effortless gains, similar to winning the lottery. However, be mindful of overindulging food, spending, and overestimating your abilities.

When Jupiter is affected, an individual may tend to exaggerate certain aspects of their life. Jupiter is known for expanding everything, both the good and the bad. However, if misused, this quality can lead to complications, where one magnifies things that are useless. Individuals with Jupiter situated in the third House have a tendency to talk excessively, often to the point where it becomes too much. This planet symbolizes prosperity, and its placement in your chart can reveal the areas where you can find abundance and good fortune.
If Jupiter is present in your fifth House, then you have a solid potential to excel in endeavors related to children and creativity. In addition, this placement offers an excellent opportunity for self-expression and artistic pursuits that can lead to prosperity. In fact, individuals with Jupiter in the fifth House are known to achieve fame and recognition in their creative fields, provided that other aspects of their chart support this possibility.
However, it is essential to note that individuals with this placement may be drawn to gambling and speculation. The aspects that Jupiter makes with the other planets in the chart can influence the chances of success in these ventures. While a well-aspected Jupiter in the fifth House can bring luck in speculation, exercising good judgment and avoiding being overly optimistic is important. This placement can sometimes cloud your thinking and lead to impulsive decisions. Therefore, it is best to use caution and rational thinking while pursuing your dreams.
Those who possess Jupiter in the fifth House exude a fervent passion for living life to the fullest. They relish the company of others and have a charming and jovial demeanor. Their laughter is contagious, and they genuinely appreciate the gift of life. This planetary position emphasizes the importance of creative self-expression, which often results in favorable outcomes. For individuals with Jupiter in the 5th House, romance and playfulness are integral aspects of their lives. This astrological placement is highly beneficial, bringing forth both joy and ingenuity. It signifies a natural talent for self-expression, whether it be through music, art, or writing. Additionally, it may indicate a strong inclination towards having children and the possibility of being blessed with many offspring. However, it is important to remain cautious of the potential love for gambling and risk-taking. Balancing the desire for excitement with practicality is key.
These people are blessed with an innate ability to take pleasure in life. They are known for being amicable, welcoming, and receptive to new people and experiences. Jupiter in this position also denotes a high level of self-confidence, contributing to their optimistic and daring outlook towards new endeavors. Passionate about adventure, these individuals are playful, creative, and enthusiastic. Their love life is often characterized by an extensive list of romantic partners before settling down, especially if Jupiter is in a fire sign, as they tend to be attracted to older partners. Their love affairs bring immense joy and are inherently generous, with Jupiter's giving qualities being further amplified in the fifth House of Leo.
In addition to their romantic pursuits, they excel in sports, thanks to Jupiter's energy and expansion, which enhance their abilities. Hobbies are a significant part of their lives, and they have a wide range of interests. These individuals are deeply connected to spirituality, often expressed through their creativity. Jupiter in the Fifth House brings expansion in all areas of life, and many individuals with this placement have large families or work with children. They have a natural talent for performing and are gifted actors who can easily impersonate others. All in all, people with Jupiter in the fifth House are a lively bunch who enjoy life to the fullest.
💚Jupiter in the 6th House💚
The Sixth House significantly influences two crucial aspects of a person's life - their work and their health - despite being classified as a cadent house. When Jupiter is present in this House, it indicates good fortune in both areas. However, it's important to note that individuals with this placement may experience weight gain, and therefore, it's vital to maintain a healthy relationship with food. Those with Jupiter in the sixth House tend to possess a natural talent for finding jobs with ease, and they are highly passionate about their work. They possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to get along well with their coworkers or employees if they run their own businesses. This placement is known to bring positivity and growth regarding health and work. Individuals with this placement often possess a strong desire to make a difference in their communities and help others. They may also experience fortunate career opportunities, such as promotions or recognition for their hard work. It's essential to understand that Jupiter in the 6th House can influence jobs, health, service, daily routines, and pets, but it should be distinct from a career in the tenth House.
Your work is where you will likely experience the most success with Jupiter in the Sixth House. You have a strong work ethic and tend to find employment quickly, even when the odds are against you. Your job typically pays well and provides opportunities for growth and development. You often experience financial abundance through employment and find satisfaction in learning new things and expanding your horizons.
Jupiter in the earth houses, such as the second, sixth, and tenth houses in your natal chart, are significant indicators of your career potential. For example, with Jupiter in the sixth House, you may excel in fields related to foreign countries or languages, teaching, education, publishing, animals, health, or customer service. In addition, you have a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward work and are known for your organizational skills, energy, and faith in your success.
You tend to have good relationships with your coworkers and generously share your knowledge with others. You may even hold multiple jobs simultaneously due to your extensive professional connections and good luck in your career. However, it is important to maintain a healthy work-life balance and not neglect other areas of your life. Overall, you are a hard-working and efficient individual who values professionalism and rules as a means of achieving success.
When it comes to the topic of health in astrology, it can be quite intricate and multifaceted. Various astrological components exist to consider, such as the Sun, which represents energy and vitality; Mars, which symbolizes physical strength; and Pluto, which signifies regeneration. However, the Sixth House holds great significance regarding health matters in the chart wheel. It is widely known as the "house of health." Those fortunate enough to have their Jupiter placed in this House are believed to have good health, with Jupiter as a protective force against most illnesses. Moreover, Jupiter's presence in the sixth House indicates that these individuals have good vitality and overall well-being.
On the other hand, if Jupiter is afflicted in the sixth House, it could lead to self-indulgence and overeating, potentially leading to weight gain and subsequent health problems. Additionally, Jupiter's natural inclination towards expansion can lead to overworking, which can harm one's health. For this reason, it is crucial for those with Jupiter in the sixth House to prioritize relaxation and spending time with loved ones. They should also be mindful of their daily routines and chores, as this is where they tend to excel. Lastly, it is worth noting that people with this placement generally have a fondness for pets and may even own some themselves.

💚Jupiter in the 10th House💚
When Jupiter is positioned in the tenth House, it brings luck and abundance to one's career. This House is linked to Capricorn and the planet Saturn; It is regarded as the highest point in an individual's natal chart. It symbolizes their public reputation and career trajectory. The Midheaven, also known as MC, is a critical point in astrology and marks the cusp of the tenth House. Planets placed here tend to have a tremendous influence on the chart, with the tenth House being associated with ambition, employers, authority figures, one's parents, and how the world perceives them. The placement of Jupiter in the tenth House is seen as a sign of tremendous success in one's endeavors. It can lead to outstanding achievements and pave the way for a successful career. People with this placement may opt for careers in international business, travel, foreign languages, education, management, and philosophy. Jupiter is considered the planet of prosperity. Hence, having it in the tenth House can bring significant financial success. If Jupiter is closely placed to the Midheaven, it becomes even more powerful. However, individuals with this placement must maintain balance and focus only a little on their careers at the expense of their personal life and relationships. Those with Jupiter in the 10th House possess natural leadership abilities, strong ethics, and integrity, and they may even become authority figures or leaders in their field. They may also have a desire to make a positive impact on society through their work.
Those with this placement tend to have a relatively smooth career path, but avoiding relying solely on luck is crucial. While Jupiter's generosity can be beneficial, it is not always guaranteed. To maximize the positive influence of this placement, one must merge hard work with Jupiter's auspicious energy.
Having Jupiter in the tenth House endows individuals with exceptional leadership skills, making them a natural fit for fields like business or politics. In addition, their infectious enthusiasm and captivating charisma earn them the trust and respect of those around them. The tenth House's planets typically have a more significant impact later in life, but Jupiter can bring success early on in one's career. However, one must be mindful of Jupiter's negative traits, such as becoming overly arrogant and preoccupied with status, to prevent them from taking over.
Your public image and reputation are greatly influenced. These individuals are endowed with leadership qualities and the ability to become well-known in various fields, such as politics, education, or even managing celebrities. They're ambitious and career-driven. Furthermore, this placement often gives the impression of being a person of high moral values, even if Jupiter is not afflicted or if no other planets are involved.
You are likely to be bothered by injustices and possess strong moral values. Oftentimes, individuals with this placement are perceived as spiritual or religious. Additionally, Jupiter encourages the exploration of foreign cultures, language learning, and traveling. Therefore, the Tenth House is ideal for individuals with this Jupiter placement to pursue teaching.

They may also have a connection to foreign cultures or countries. With challenging aspects, they could come off as preachy. However, having Jupiter in this placement suggests that this parent positively influenced your life. Furthermore, the Tenth House also represents your approach to authority figures. If Jupiter is present in this placement, it indicates that you learned a lot from your bosses, and they often favored you unless there are afflictions in your natal chart.
💚Jupiter in the 11th House💚
Individuals with their natal Jupiter in the eleventh House have the potential to attain their goals with relative ease. This is because the planet Jupiter, which represents good fortune, luck, and abundance, is especially advantageous when positioned in this House. The eleventh House is associated with aspirations and desires, and Jupiter's placement here can provide a significant boost to your plans by uncovering resources that were previously unknown to you.

They may also have a keen interest in traveling, cultural exchange and gaining knowledge from individuals with varying backgrounds and outlooks. In terms of occupation, they prefer team-based professions, as like-minded individuals can introduce novel opportunities into their lives. However, if Jupiter receives challenging aspects, individuals with this placement may struggle with perseverance and follow-through.
If the eleventh House in your chart is prominently emphasized, it signifies a proclivity toward humanitarian ideals. However, it is crucial to bear in mind that the impact of the planets in this House, along with your own personal choices, will determine whether you channel this energy constructively or destructively. The presence of Jupiter in the eleventh House suggests that you possess a generous disposition coupled with a strong moral compass unless it is afflicted or contradicted by other factors in your chart. Individuals with this placement tend to contemplate deeply societal structures and may harbor a keen interest in sociology. Humanitarian causes often become a passion for those with this placement. Nevertheless, if Jupiter is afflicted, you may become self-righteous and utilize others for personal gain, leading to negative consequences. Overall, this placement connotes progressive and open-minded views which embrace novel ideas and concepts. It may also signify having a large family or engaging in adoption.
The Eleventh House in astrology symbolizes the realm of friendship and groups, revealing the associations and organizations you belong to. If Jupiter is positioned in this House, you have a wide-ranging network of acquaintances. Jupiter, the planet of expansion and growth, multiplies everything it touches. Thus, with Jupiter in the eleventh House, your social circle will likely be composed of highly educated, intelligent, and linguistically diverse citizens of the world. Your network may comprise influential individuals who can help advance your career. The eleventh House is a succedent house, reinforcing the preceding angular houses. Therefore, the resources of your eleventh House bolster your tenth House of the profession, contributing to your success. Jupiter in the eleventh House is exceptionally optimistic in the natal chart, emphasizing the importance of social life to you and your charismatic and cheery demeanor. You are open-minded and eager to learn from everyone you encounter. With this placement, you excel at networking, readily establishing new connections, and nurturing relationships. However, if Jupiter has challenging aspects, you may be inclined to exploit your connections and friends, manipulating them to do your bidding without returning the favor.
💚Jupiter in the 12th House💚
The positioning of Jupiter in the Twelfth House brings rare and exceptional energy to the native. It can be likened to having an additional guardian angel, a higher force that operates in secrecy to safeguard you. This subtle energy acts as a beautiful aid when all seems lost, often resulting in individuals with Jupiter in the twelfth House experiencing good fortune in life. The twelfth households a sense of familiarity for Jupiter as it is linked to the Pisces zodiac sign, which was once recognized as Jupiter's ruling planet. Having Jupiter in the Twelfth House typically signifies a strong inclination toward spirituality, with individuals possessing a profound understanding of human emotions and the ability to empathize with others deeply. However, it is vital to maintain a balance between spiritual pursuits and social life to prevent oneself from becoming too secluded. In this placement, Jupiter deals with matters of self-undoing, isolation, medical facilities, correctional institutions, monasteries, distant places, religion, dreams, divine inspiration, spirituality, mental health, and the unconscious mind.
Those with Jupiter in the Twelfth House are naturally drawn to spirituality. Their inclination towards this facet of life is intrinsic and inseparable from their identity. These individuals exhibit a remarkable level of conscientiousness, holding themselves to moral standards that surpass the norm. They are dedicated to doing what is right, even if it brings no personal gain. This indicates an old soul possessing a depth of wisdom and maturity that surpasses their age. Often feeling misunderstood and isolated, they find solace in solitary activities, such as writing and creative endeavors. They hold a deep appreciation for art and philosophy, which profoundly moves them. Despite the Twelfth House being associated with hidden enemies in astrology, Jupiter's positive influence can transform adversaries into allies. Even in the presence of secret foes, Jupiter can diminish hostility and provide a sense of protection.
Water houses in astrology, the fourth, eighth, and twelfth houses, are deemed karmic dwellings, indicating that one may carry unresolved karmic baggage that needs to be addressed in this lifetime. Among these houses, the twelfth House plays a significant role, as it is believed that the planets placed in this House can profoundly impact one's life. In particular, Jupiter's placement in the Twelfth House is regarded as a positive influence, as it implies that the soul was eager to be born in this lifetime, and success may come with less resistance in matters related to the Twelfth House. Individuals who have Jupiter in the Twelfth House may experience a sense of isolation or detachment from their community, but they may find success by exploring opportunities abroad. By comprehending the influence of Jupiter, one can attract good fortune and align with the moral laws of the universe.
Individuals with planets in their twelfth House may exhibit an enhanced sensitivity toward loud and vibrant surroundings, making them feel overwhelmed and overstimulated. Such individuals are likely to be acutely sensitive to loud noises, potent scents, and circumstances requiring quick responses. The celestial bodies occupying this House can heighten their awareness of subtle energies around them, thereby strongly influencing their senses. Individuals with twelfth-house placements must allocate sufficient time to recharge their energies. If Jupiter is located in their twelfth House and the Moon is present in a water sign, they may possess a powerful intuition that must be trusted. This intuition is how their higher self communicates with them. Pursuing solitary activities such as meditation, journaling, or merely spending time alone can significantly benefit such individuals. If Jupiter is retrograde in their birth chart, their need for solitude may be further accentuated. It is imperative to embrace their rich inner life and never suppress it, as doing so may cause long-term damage.

Advice for Creating a Magic System
As a fantasy author, I thought I'd share my 5 tips for creating a captivating magic system.
1. Are you writing low fantasy or high fantasy?
Firstly, it's good to know from the get-go whether you're creating a magic system for a low fantasy or high fantasy story.
Low fantasy doesn't necessarily mean there are less fantastical elements or that the story has to take place in a version of the real world. Low fantasy simply indicates that the fantasy elements/magic is not commonplace in that world. Magic and other fantasy elements exist, but only a privy few know about it.
Examples of low fantasy stories include Harry Potter by She Who Shall Not be Named, the Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare, Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo, Twilight by Stephenie Meyer and my book To Wear A Crown.
High fantasy, on the other hand, indicates that the fantastical elements and magic are known about and commonplace in that world. The people of the world know that magic exists, that there are fantastical beings, other races etc.
Examples of high fantasy stories include Eragon by Christopher Paolini, Crescent City by Sarah J Maas, The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R Tolkien, and Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard.
2. Hard magic systems vs soft magic systems
The next thing that's vital to decide is whether you're creating a hard or soft magic system.
A hard magic system has built-in limitations. There are certain things that magic can do and that's it. Examples of stories with hard magic systems include Avatar: The Last Airbender and Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo.
A soft magic system doesn't have inherent limitations in relation to what it can achieve. Examples of soft magic systems include Eragon, Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings.
3. What can magic do?
Now that you know whether you're writing low or high fantasy, and whether you're working with a hard or soft magic system, it's time to create some magic!
This is the part where I can't give you too much guidance, because it's all about your creativity.
What do you want magic to look like in your story? What do you want magic to be able to achieve? How big of a role do you want magic to play in the story and your characters' lives?
Do you want different classes of magic wielders, each with mastery over their own element? Do you want magic to be a flexible tool that can be used to achieve almost anything? Do you want your magic to be limited to telepathic actions or creating portals? Do you want different people to have power over different aspects of nature or different magical disciplines?
Can wielders use magic without any tools, or do they need spells, runes or rituals?
The possibilities are endless, but it's important to establish exactly what magic is capable of in your world.
4. How does it work and where does it come from?
Now we know what the magic can do. Next up is why it can do those things. Where does the power of the magic come from and how do wielders command it?
Does the power/force of magic come from within the wielder? Does it draw from inner life force and energy? Does it draw on energy from another realm or dimension? Does it pull from the surrounding natural elements? Does the power come from a deity or from demonic forces?
Identify the source/origin of the magic.
From there, elaborate on how it works. How does a wielder access the source of the magic? Is it through strength of will, incantations, selling their soul etc.?
For example, let's say that the power of your world's magic comes from the cosmic energy of another dimension. In order for wielders to access that energy, they draw specific sigils on their skin and these sigils act as portals to that world. Once the sigil is complete, the cosmic power flows into the wielder and they can now command it.
5. The limitations
Very importantly, you have to be clear on the limitations of your magic system. Fantasy magic systems often fall flat because they don't have clear confines.
If you're writing a hard magic system, this step is a bit easier, since there are inherent restrictions on what magic can do. With soft magic systems, you have to decide just how much magic is capable of.
But whether you're writing a hard or soft magic system, you need to consider the cost of using magic.
Does the use of magic drain the wielder's energy? Does each instance of using magic darken the wielder's soul or deteriorate their body further? Does using magic damage the natural world around the wielder or drain others of their life force?
Magic without a cost, limitations or consequences just isn't as captivating.

Selene 🌙 Goddess of the Moon
Selene was the titan goddess of the moon personified. While there are quite a few other goddesses associated with the moon, only Selene was represented by the old Greek poets as the moon incarnate.
She was one of the three shining children that Theia, titan goddess of sight and the shining blue sky, bore to her husband Hyperion, a titan god of heavenly light. Her two other siblings being Eos and Helios.
This was heavily inspired by scenes from the 2014 animated film - Song of the Sea (if u know u know), and was kind of a study in that respect. It covers some Irish mythology and is an absolutely stunning film, so if you haven't seen it yet I highly recommend it.
