Courtier AU for Lucilaeh that we've been playing around with :D

Taken in by Gavin's words and promises when they capture the White Stag, Luci joins the Court at Hemlock Coil as a sapling, only to discover once she gives in to Nightmare that she no longer agrees with his stance. Pretty much dumps him once she's been warped into a Courtier, calling him a fool and a hypocrite on her way out.

She retains a lot of what would have made her Commander. Her drive to survive, her need to do things herself, her sense of justice that makes her protect the weak—this last one leads to her taking under her wing most of the weaker Courtiers or recruits that are being bullied, earning their support over time, eventually leading to an ambition to take over the camp from Sariel.

She also catches the eye of a certain Nepenth, though for what reasons he grows interested in her, who can say...

some scribbles of my Commander, Lucilaeh! of the ���still figuring out how to draw her (and Sylvari in general” kind…also making some effort to try and free myself from adhering too strictly to her in-game model since I think it’s more fun that way

her hairstyle change occurs during Path of Fire and season 4, roughly corresponding with her growth from flowering sapling to war-weary thorn…though she manages to grow a flower once more after the events of End of Dragons.
