If you own a copy of my book (in any language) I have something for you ❤️ To be honest, when I wrote this book I knew that it was a good one (swipe to see the first draft of the book). This certainty is what kept me motivated along the way (kept me writing even during the first months of life of my son, swipe to see me in action!). #8m As a woman, artist, business owner and leader these are five things I do to take action for equality 👇🏼 1️⃣I intentionally named my business over my name so that everyone knows that there’s a women leading. 2️⃣I empower every member of my team regardless of their gender to own their work and lead by example. 3️⃣I do my best to lead by example by sharing my story and struggles openly so that other women can feel inspired and know that they are not alone in their journey. 4️⃣As a lettering artist that works primarily illustrating texts, I’m selective of the texts I support with my work, and make sure they are not discriminatory or diminishing against women, any race, religion or gender. 5️⃣With my business and with the academy we financially support girls in vulnerable countries so that they don’t drop out of school, keep on developing, and through that take control over their future. I #choosetochallenge everything I learned and that is in my hands to change the scenario of gender inequality. And despite I’m proud of contributing to move the needle through these actions, I know that the hardest work needs to be done within me and the bias I grew into. 👉🏼What about you? Please reference this and set the title around a smaller icon such as a shell. There could be some twiddly bits around the edge too like ribbon as that is mentioned in the book.” 📚My research Collected graphical material from Georgian Era (1714 to c. 1830-37). ✍🏼Sketches Created two sketches, but put one forward.
