November 30, 2023 - Thursday

And just like that, November is also over. Crazy how time just keeps going. I feel like I'm falling behind. It feels like my 20s will end soon and I am still here still playing house by myself. There's a lot of things that I had hoped to do in my 20s that I have not been able to do yet. I pray that Allah will give me the youth to do those things later. In truth, what is youth but simply energy and health? But you know, energy and health can appear any time in life, no matter how much time passes.

Just me and my cup of ginger tea against the world. Health really is everything. I felt a bit better today alhamdulillah and suddenly it seems like the world is full of hope and the future full of promise.

100 Days of Productivity [16-17/100]

12.2.23 | December is here! I've got a big group presentation this Thursday, and then another next Wednesday, so I've been picking away at those when I feel well enough. I plan to finish a large portion of this week's project today, including the 2-page paper I have to submit with it.

I started reading "Atonement of the Spine Cleaver" by F.E. Bryce, and I'm enjoying it so far.

official early fall palette is cornflower blue, bright greens, yellow, lavender, and terracotta !!!!! also, update on my jane austen/period piece binge: i watched the bbc persuasion, as instructed……. i was not moved. :’)) i think if i could have the cinematography and sound track quality from films like pride and prejudice 2005 and jane eyre 2011 but faithful to the books and w the bbc tv special length, i could die happy… but alas. money.
