Mermatic Paradise is a whimsical, unique and gorgeous sea castle for your beautiful mermaids. There is even an indoor coral reef that is mostly for decoration. I built a Tiffany & Co. retail store for my game. It is a personal build. It has three floors. The first floor is the main jewelry shop. On the second floor, you’ll find the  gifts and home decor and the third floor has the renowned Blue Box Cafe. Haven’t built anything in a long time. I’ve been wanting to build one of these for a while. I wanted something different for my lonely, busted and hermit sim Lulu which was named after my real life Chihuahua LOL! She doesn’t like being around other sims and truly enjoys her solitude. I’m so proud of this lot and had to think outside the box while creating it. No CC was used in creation.

The Glass House

This is home is for sims that don't care about having any privacy. It has glass walls and ceilings. It is available on my gallery at LCSims0 and will be available on TSR soon. Don’t forget to click the advance option for CC. There are two bedrooms upstairs that I left sparsely decorated on purpose. When placing furniture on glass tiles, you will need to remove at least one tile before placing furniture and then place tile back after putting furniture in place. Please activate MOO and show hidden objects and then place from build mode. I’ve recently updated this lot is now available to download in my gallery. ID LCSims 0. I noticed while testing lot that the employees and customers don't like any restrooms that are gender specific which is why I placed generic black doors for the restrooms. When I had gender specific doors, the sims would go in there and get stuck. They wouldn't come out until I changed out doors. They are the EA gender specific doors. It may be a different case in your game. I mentioned this just in case anyone wanted to change out the doors. I have all expansion, game and stuff packs installed. The lot is set to diner.

Please activate the following cheats before placing lot: bb.moveobjectsOn bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement and then place lot from build mode.
