I started DMing for a dungeons and dragons group recently and we just finished The Sunless Citadel. Meepo wanted to impress his new friends with how he became Keeper of Dragons, he’s very proud of the story.

So imagine a DnD character who's whole motivation is 'X guy killed my parents and I need to find them' and the party just thinks 'ok, revenge quest, that's normal'

But when they finally find the guy the person with dead parents is just like "Hey buddy, long time no see. It's a shame we got separated, here's some money" and they're super chill.

The party is just confused and goes "Wait, why are you giving him gold?"

The guy just goes "Cause I owe him money?"

The party "But he killed your parents???"

"That's why I owe him money!"

The organelles of the cells have been translated into human anatomy, so the nucleus is the brain, the vacuole function as the lungs, and the mitochondria is the heart since it’s the… you already know, I don’t have to say it ;)

I've been pointedly refusing to use the term "content creators" to refer to artists anymore, because I want to make art for me and the people I care about, not the endless demands of the algorithm. I'm not trying to Produce Content, I want to make art.

So it is deeply, deeply irritating when I use the word "artist" in a post and it gets endlessly reblogged with people asking "but what about writers? but what about actors? but what about musicians? but what about [x]?"

All types of art are included in the term "artist," god damn it. "Artist" does not just mean "someone who draws pictures."

These are sketches from earlier this year, of characters I created after a dream I had lol. I just call this project "Drat". :D

The heroine is the ghoul princess Drat, heir to the Kingdom of Osseus, where the undead live. There's also some other sketches of other ghoul characters; Charlotte and her sword Mathilda, and Snizzard the Dark Wizard and his apprentice Barnabus. I hope you like them. :)
