A gente tem tanto pra aprender com a natureza... se pudéssemos nos conectar profundamente e viver o mais perto possível dela iríamos ver o quanto ela tem a nos ensinar. Toda vez eu q faço yoga aqui em casa estou olhando as árvores, e ironicamente é sempre na postura da árvore que reflito sobre. Penso comigo mesma “estica esse braços alto, respira, você é uma árvore.” E reflito no quanto uma árvore tem pra nos ensinar, com suas raizes fixas na terra, firme, sólida. Com seus galhos crescendo livre e espalhafatosos, tentando alcançar o alto, criando seu próprio espaço, seu próprio equilibro. Sendo flexível o tempo todo, o vento bate, e as vezes bate forte, ela se encurva, chacoalha de um lado pro outro, mas não cai. É como uma dança. As vezes machuca, ela perde alguns galhos, fica um pouco abatida, porém não perde o equilíbrio. Sempre tão calma, charmosa com suas curvas, exalando ar puro, trazendo flores, frutas e cores. Mesmo que sendo mal tratada as vezes por nós humanos que só sabemos desmatar e poluir. Ela, a natureza, continua ali, sendo o que é pra nos sempre: VIDA. 💚 _ We have so much to learn with nature... if we could deeply connect with her and live as close as we can we would see how much she has to teach us. Every time I do yoga at home I’m looking at the trees, and ironically is always on Tree Pose that I reflect about it. I think to myself “stand tall, breath, you’re a tree.” And I reflect how much a tree can teach us, with its roots fixed on the ground, steady, solid. With its branches growing free and spread, trying to reach up, creating its own space and balance. Being flexible all the time, the wind blows and sometime it hits hard, she bends, shakes from one side to another but doesn’t fall. It’s like a dance. Sometime it hurts, she looses some branches, gets a little dejected, but does not loose it’s balance. Always so calm, charming with it’s own curves, exhaling fresh air, bringing flowers fruits and colors. Even being miss treated by us, human beings who only knows how to deforest and pollute. Sept. 2020. Last year was hard but also beautiful. We did a roadtrip to #Wyoming and it was a fucking dope adventure.
