if youre in an extreme caloric deficit PLEASE drink a protein shake, you NEED to have protein to keep your brain and muscles functioning and 1 scoop is 100-150 cal if youre drinking it with just water. anywhere from 12-28g of protein too.
i use them as a meal replacement and they keep me full for low calories, because protein keeps you full for much longer. even if you had 3 a day you wouldn’t be going over 500cal but PLEASE EAT/DRINK PROTEIN ITS IMPORTANT IF YOURE FUCKING UP YOUR BODY ENOUGH
