It’s a Disalag Adventure!

It is indeed more fun in the Philippines. And in the Philippines, it is most fun in Dilasag, Aurora!

Dilasag is the northernmost town of Aurora and also the least spoiled. Despite heavy activity from loggers in this area, lush forests still abound.

History

The municipality was originally composed of the barrios of Mangetahan, Dimamisit, Dilasag and Esperanza in the municipality of Casiguran. In 1959 these towns were separated from Casiguran and constituted into the municipal district of Dilasag. A decade later the district was converted into a municipality.

Attractions

Dilasag is known for its many white-sand beaches. The most popular is Canaware, a secluded lagoon with velvety sand and soothing waters. Other tourist spots include Singep Falls and Amro River, an officially proclaimed Protected Landscape

Canawer Beach is the most popular destination for picnics, reunions and retreats among the locals of DICADI (Dinalungan, Casiguran & Dilasag) because of its serene and relaxing environment; white, powdery sand and magnificent view of the Pacific ocean. Its undeveloped features and natural attractions offer tourists the sensation of discovering something new and unspoiled. Inaccessible to most transportation, Dilasag Coast is a true getaway.

Canawer Beach is a place where you can just hang out and have a stress free day. And canawer beach part of aurora. Aurora have many beaches that you can go to. Canawer beach is just one of the many beaches in Aurora. Many people had visited canawer beach and almost all of the feedbacks are good. Visiting canawer beach will be great if you come with your friends or family.

Once there was a Manong. Nag-a-apply siya para maging isang janitor.

Employer: Oh siya sige, tanggap ka na agad.

Manong: Talaga po?! Salamat po talaga.

Employer: Ay basta ganito, pakisend mo sa email ang ibang requirements para okay na talaga.

Manong: Po? Eh Sir wala po akong email.

Employer: Hala, eh paano naman ang requirements mo. Oh siya, hindi na pala kita matatanggap. Pasensya na.

Manong went out of the building. Kaunting pagdadrama dahil ginto na, naging bato pa. Napadukot siya sa bulsa – may Php 300 siya. 

Agad na tumungo si Manong sa palengke para bumili ng kamatis. Ipinagbenta niya ito sa bahay-bahay para tumubo ang pera. Mula roon, naging Php 600 ang pera niya.

Nakabili siya ng gatas at bigas para sa kanyang anak at pamilya. Dahil hindi na nga tuluyang nakahanap ng trabaho si Manong bilang isang janitor, patuloy lang ang pagbebentang ginawa niya.

Hindi nagtagal, nakaipon siya at nagkaroon ng sariling kariton. Tumagal pa, nagkaroon ng isang oner sa pagtitinda. Mula sa kariton at oner, nagkaroon na siya ng trak para sa pagdedeliver ng itinitinda niya. Ending? Nagkaroon siya ng isang sariling food company at milyonaryo na ngayon si Manong.

Bilang rags to riches ang peg, minsan siyang na-interview para sa isang magazine. 

Interviewer: Sir, sobrang ganda po ng story niyo. Thank you for your time.

Manong: Wala ‘yun, salamat din.

Interviewer: Ah Sir, kukunin ko lang din po pala sana ang email niyo para ma-update kayo.

Manong: Ah email, nako wala akong email.

Interviewer: Sir?! Wala kang email sa lagay na ‘yan pero big time ka na? Paano pa kaya kung may email ka nyan?

Manong: Kung may email ako, janitor ako ngayon.

Oh drama pa? May dahilan nga kasi sabi ang lahat ng bagay bakit nangyayari. 99% na may dahilan at 1% random lang.

Sabi ko naman sa’yo, hindi mo man malaman ang sagot ngayon kapag kinuwestyon mo siya, pasasaan ba at malalaman mo rin ang dahilan balang araw. Masyadong idealistic na malaman ang isang bagay sa takdang panahon (mala-PBB ang peg) pero totoo.

Hindi man alinsunod sa plano mo ang mangyari, ‘yung plano NIYA pa rin ang mas magiging makakabuti sa ending.

Kaya ikaw, kung sino ka man, smile na ha. Tama na ‘yung reklamo. Maging masaya ka kasi buhay ka pa, nakakahinga ka pa, nakakagalaw ka pa, nakakapagdasal ka pa, nababasa mo ito para ipaalam sa iyo na masarap pa rin ang mabuhay.
