Hello guys, it’s been a while. I guess I’ve been indulging my excuses for far too long. In this post though, I want to share something (or someone) that I find inspirational mostly if you’re an artist as well, or in general.
He is Will Terrell, a comic artist. I didn’t know him at all before, but I stumbled upon one of his videos and I like him straight away!
His Youtube channel has some tips about drawing and painting, which I haven’t watched at all (but I will!). But what I find very helpful is his advices, as he passes on life lessons he learned throughout his career.
I hope it will be helpful to everybody, just as it’s been helpful for me.
Just look at him, always chuckling and smiling. You can tell he’s learned plenty to be so happy!

When I was jobless for 6 months, my better half went to pray to a temple every day, in hope that I would get a job I'm happy with soon. I'm not a religious person, but this is just a little thank you. Zbrush, retopo with 3DCoat, rendered with VRay.

Drawing Tutorials
Special thanks to Bakura for already compiling loads of these.
So yeah basically I want to improve my own art so I decided to compile a list of sweet art tutorials and useful references to help me learn and I though that some of these will probably be useful to some of you guys too. It’s taken me like 3 days to compile this so far and I intend to make one of 3D art tutorials as well so stay tuned!
Also it’s labelled and sorted alphabetically woo!

Been teaching myself a a few new softwares. This is Stormwind Keep's throne room. Textures made with nDo2, dDo and put it all together in Marmoset Toolbag 2. That means this is a real-time set for games. I'd like to imagine it as current-gen Stormwind throne room, heheh.
I must say I'm kind of disappointed with Marmoset 2, though. The material settings certainly are better, but on some other parts it's more like a downgrade rather than upgrade.
I can't find the setting to do volumetric lights, chromatic aberration and duplicate lights :\ It can't even copy/paste settings from one light to another.
