Karaoke Bar&Cafe🐉

On this lot, I found a very cozy and atmospheric cafe, the interior of which I found on Instagram, as well as a karaoke bar with 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a bar, a TV area and a toilet, on the second floor there is a karaoke bar and on the third floor there is a small place where you can smoke hookah. A large children's store with products for newborns, infant, toddlers and children. On the ground floor there are three shops and a place where you can take a bubble tea, but on the second floor there is furniture for your children (everything is for sale except tables where you can change the infant), and there are also two play areas located on the courtyard.

Vet clinic&Tattoo salon&Gym&Laundry🐕‍🦺

I wanted to rebuild the Vet clinic for a long time, and I finally did it, adding a gym, laundry, and tattoo parlor. There is also a small playground where you can train your dogs. I decided to beat the tattoo parlor with the help of massage chairs, it is fully functional. A small gym, because I think almost every city should have one. A retro-style laundromat, where your family members who can't afford a washing machine at home can come and wash their clothes, for realism I would also suggest charging a certain amount of money for this, but that's up to everyone's discretion. I've been planning to rebuild the central park in San Myshuno for a long time, and I've finally done it. What can your families expect in this park? This is a holiday home for a couple or a single person who has had enough of the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is located in Granite Falls and looks like a cabin. The house is on the water and is fully functional, the only thing that annoyed me is that the sim can only get to one side of the bed, so use the teleport function if you are travelling as a couple. I put a karaoke bar and a restaurant on this site. In the karaoke bar you can also smoke hookah and do stand-up, and there are two "VIP rooms" where you can play the console and more. There is also a balcony with great views. The restaurant has a lot of space both inside and out, and there is another stage on the terrace, this time for musicians.
