Vivica frustratingly shuffled over as Blake’s foot bashed against her ankle as he stretched. ‘Bloody Men.’ She mused. ‘Can’t even sit down without them trying to claim all space’.
However she did sympathise upon hearing his struggles settling in Elias. It seemed the only people having any fun in that place where either the Royal students or upperclass kids. No danger, no thrills, no battles, don’t do this, don’t do that... it’s not suprising both of them were going crazy.
She took another sip of her drink, still listening to him complain up until he mentioned reading books, causing Vivica to spit her drink out comically.
“I’m sorry-” She exclaimed, dabbing a napkin over her lips sniggering.
“...I just...I didn’t know pirates could read?!.”
Blake arched a brow as she said she’d been in hibernation; he wondered what evil things she was cooking up behind that pretty face. He understood what she meant though, about having lost her drive. It was like being on the Neverland when Pan wasn’t around; everything was slow and dry, even when he had a run in with some Lost Boys; the most they would do was to bite their thumbs at each other when Peter wasn’t on the island. He supposed it was similar in this world; without an enemy or a reason for going on, things became dull and monotonous. “Me? I’ve been bored out me mind,” he grimaced, taking a sip of his beer. “Actually opened a book…for a class,” he added for emphasis, and rolled his eyes, leaning back in his seat a bit, stretching his legs out underneath the booth. “This place is going to drive me batty.”

“I wonder if she feels pain? Slow torture comes to mind. I want her to suffer so much she’ll be wishing for death. Any ideas?

“Little miss clap-back is starting annoy the hell outta me. I just want to see her suffer once for funsies. Unfortunately to everyone she can’t die but there’s got to be some weakness of hers.”
“There has to be. Just because she can’t die doesn’t mean she can’t be seriously hurt, right?”

“Pretty much been in hibernation mode since Spain. Took a lot outta me.” Vivica answered with a smirk, already reminiscing of the havoc she caused during that visit.
“- But as of right now i’m just walking around the place waiting for my drive to return. I mean, you’re sitting right there and I can’t come up with a single idea on what to do with you. I guess that’s what people call rock bottom, eh?”.
She turned back to analyse him, her lips Pursed whilst tapping her nails against the mahogany table. “What about you kid, what’ve you been doing lately?”
Blake watched as she rolled her eyes and headed into the pub they were heading to, grinning as she walked right towards the one he’d been aiming towards. It amused him, this town, to see the similarities to England. It was always the Crown and something, or the ‘Queen’s something’, and so on; Blake followed Viv in, hands in his pockets. He ordered a beer after her, grinning at the back of her head. Despite her initial comments on wanting him dead the first time they met, he was actually glad to be around her. It was the pirate way, of course. “So, what’ve you been up to, killer?” He asked, quirking a brow, as they waited for their drinks.

“It does, i guess it’s kinda our signature thing. But instead of pranking some randos, I have someone in mind I want to pay attention to. Lola Howlett, ring a bell to you?”
“That immortal girl? God, she’s an absolute psychopath, I hate her.”

“Fine. I just feel like fire always works, but alright. If you have a better idea.”

Vivica rolled her eyes with her arms folded. “Shut up pirate boy.”
She was officially over all of the walking, contemplating whether or not to turn around wanting to back to the campus. ‘There is no pub. Blake was obviously fibbing in order to come down here and waste my time.’ Vivica thought, that is until she found a sign in the distance named the Rose & Crown.
“Bloody Finally!” She yelled, picking up her pace and approaching the doors. Practically running to the stall closest to the barman. “Rum & Coke double shot if you can.” Vivica stumbled out.
Vivica’s impatience quickly grew into anger. Princess? How dare he! What a disgusting word.
“You know I’m feeling lazy, but I have no problem throwing you into oncoming traffic. I highly suggest you shut that mouth of yours and to not call me that again. That smirk ain’t gonna look so cute attached to a mangled body.”

“Any of those. But if we’re going to light someone on fire, I get to do the honors.”

Blake just shot a look at Viv. “How the hell am I supposed to know?” He asked in rhetoric, shaking his head. “Just put up with the walk, or go back to campus. No one promised you shit, princess.” Blake sneered, unsure if he wanted to be alone or if he actually was starting to enjoy her company. Insane, Blake. Insane. She kills pirates for a laugh. Ditch her, now.

“Good. What are you thinking? Any keywords springing into your head? Petrol? Lighter? Bleach?
“It seems as though I’m miraculously out of my Funk. Kellan, would you like to brainstorm ideas with me?”

“How far do we have to walk now? I was promised a pub and I’m getting impatient.” Vivica sighed as she picked up the pace, passing Blake till she was walking in front of him. “At this end, do we turn left or right?”
Vivica watched blake take a drag of his cigarette intently. “For a pirate he seemed very calm and well…blunt compared to her past crewman encounters. He doesn’t seem to want to fight or do anything.”. Somehow even this evaluation was enough to annoy her, maybe this harmless pub chat could help unlock clues for Blake’s button pushing in the future. In realtime, all of this thinking lead to a lengthy silence in the air. It only seemed polite for Vivica to start a conversation as they continued to walk.
“So..”

“Probably, it’s been a while.” She replied with an unfazed look, that was until the topic of drink was bought up. The girl had been having trouble sneaking alcohol on to the premises with all the tightened security around her. Wanting to follow him without seeming desperate to tag along. As Blake was walking away, she decided to nonchalantly follow beside him. “Yeah? And where are you going to get that?”

“Bet you’d like that,” he stated, jutting his chin out slightly and at her with a sparkle of something in his eyes. He hadn’t decided if he was flirting with her, or trying to tick her off. Blake crossed his arms over his chest and planted his feet firmly in place, watching Viv intently, semi annoyed that she was filing her nails. “Well,” he muttered, and then looked beyond her towards Bounds City. “I’m away for a drink. See ya,” he added, and walked past her, half hoping for her to invite herself. He could use the company.

“Fair enough. I’m actually surprised you’ve been standing in this spot for as long as you have without launching at me.” Still continuing to stare at her hands.
Blake glared when she said that the burning down of that pub was her doing, and shook himself internally. He wasn’t sure why he bothered with her; something drew him to the violence and havoc she caused, he guessed. “Never been much for small talk,” he stated, ignoring her mention of newsletters.

“Way to ruin the small talk, Blake.” Vivica sighed, grabbing an emory board from her bag and beginning to file her nails.
“If you must know, I’m feeling to lazy and uninspired. Burning that Pub down in Italy was so spectacular, I don’t think I could top that for a while. So I’m going on Hiatus. But I promise to send you a Newsletters of future updates.” She scoffed.
Blake frowned at her talk of a ‘wizardry school’ somewhere in the world. “I haven’t the faintest bloody idea of what you’re talking about. There’s a school of wizardry somewhere?” He asked, scratching his scalp unassumingly. When she described Netflix, Blake just shrugged. He’d still not seen a movie even after all of his time at Elias. It just never really interested him. He hummed a short hum in response. “Yeah? Thinking of going on another pirate killing spree?” He asked, his throat going a little dry.

“So...” She repeated back. Vivica had always had trouble being the one to break the silence without some sort of negative insult following after. ‘Oh just say something you idiot, I can’t take this!’ She thought to herself. ‘I got it!’.
“-What’s so special about this book we are on our way to find?”

“Vivica?” He smiled. “Pretty.” He followed her to the Library. “So?” He asked back at her.

“Right, and how much do they leave you on the beside table?”

“Yeah sure, but there’s a difference between hard to get and not wanted. And my quality and the people I’ve been with’s quality is excellent, plus I always have the power, thanks for asking.”
