Animate has released the cover art of the Fan Disk DVD for Hetalia: The World Twinkle.

As previously announced, this release contains an extra-long episode based on the 2011 Halloween Kitayume site event, “Surprise Halloween!”, and will be packaged with the Soundtrack album for The World Twinkle as well as the song “Hetalian☆Jet Retake Ver.” It is slated for release on February 24, 2016.
