it's kind of crazy climate change has occurred at such a remarkable pace that I and everyone else around my age can remember a completely different climate in our childhoods. I truly watched winter gradually disappear in my life.

#it’s mad. we got one day of snow this winter. and it was washed away the next day by rain #living in a small town the seasons used to be really clear and you could mark your passage through the months #pretty accurately and intuitively. and it forms some subtle but important rhythms #that we’re struggling to follow now. everything feels really confused in the seasons and climate and it’s affecting people noticeably #nothings happening when its supposed to how its supposed to. I genuinely believe climate change is changing mentality and culture. #add covid and lockdown on top of that #we have a global scale serious disconnect from our planet and our communities #like. look at us. I miss seasons.

Hi actually not a bother thank you for asking! I’ve actually been thinking about opening a shop recently to sell some prints and then maybe branch out to some other things!! I’ve been looking at a few options recently but if anyone has suggestions I’d love them

So yeah nothing yet but if you stick around I’m hoping to make it an option soon which would be very cool

whenever someone calls USAmerican English the 'movie accent' I remember how somewhere last year I was on a train when suddenly the silence was broken by an american voice behind me somewhere and I immediately thought "Oh no, someones playing their tiktoks out loud again" and automatically turned around to put a face to my annoyance like you do when someones driving bad, and turns out a few rows down were just some actual in the flesh USAmericans having a nice conversation amongst themselves. Full offense, but I think milk substitution charges should not exist at coffee shops. It is NOT my or anyone's fault that they cannot have dairy and that's that.

#when bumble was helping me design my tearooms menu and was shocked we didn’t charge for substitutions #we have oat milk we have gluten free bread we have dairy free spread we have gf and df cakes icecream etc etc #and none of it costs extra. because like. why. #and we’re only a tiny tearoom! we make enough to cover the cost of running and that’s about it and we still don’t charge extra for these #things cus! duh! you SHOULDNT #we’re not here to use people’s dietary needs for our own profit #anyway. substitution charges shouldn’t exist.
