2 minute figure sketches of various models. I figure this is a good daily exercise to ease back into doing art on the regular.
I really like this site.
https://line-of-action.com/practice-tools/figure-drawing/
It has a huge amount of models to sketch from, given to you with random poses and you can filter out male/female, clothed/nude and for how long you want to draw them. I’ve always been partial to the quick gestural drawings but I’ll probably do some longer ones as well.

and this is the love of my life.
her name’s willow, currently about 1 1/2 years old, she’s an Australian Shepard mix of some sort. She’s obsessed with tennis balls, likes long walks and cuddling while taking up the entire couch/bed.

This is my favorite succulent babby, don’t tell the others. I accidentally knocked it over while browsing at Lowes and instantly knew we had a connection.
It’s a crassula rupestris, or ‘rosary plant’ :)

Another old one. I actually think this is pretty cool, wouldn’t mind redoing it with the ability I have now.
Acrylic paint, idk dimensions but it’s pretty small

Triptych! Really love the colors here but the left pillar thing and the metal heart gave me trouble.
Oil on canvas, 2016 probably. Each panel is like 1.5 x 2 ft.The top one is also totally off center and it bothers people :)

I had like 2 1/2 weeks to get something done for the thesis show and because I’m a maniac I decided to do a bigass painting with a random checkerboard pattern.
But I think it worked out alright.
