I had a vivid dream last night that Nishishi was on the keroro wikia...there was text and people were saying things but it was kind of a 'by association' thing instead of it being about him.

There was also a section about an isometric mobile game about keronians, and he appeared as one of the playable characters? No clue what the game was about though...

In that same dream, someone had drawn a very long comic about Putata and Mekeke, where they were looking at the wiki, at their own pages, and the picture I'd drawn with all that Putata merch was in the image gallery.

The plushies Onion have are not canon, except maybe the Keroro one. There was an episode where they mentioned that there was merchandise of the platoon being sold back on Keron (and that Kururu merch didn't sell very well), so I don't think it's so odd that merchandise of 'Random People' (of some significance) exists, and it's probably not too odd to own some. On a highly militarized planet like Keron, why shouldn't they want / normalize the population having their Scrunklies be Real People In The Military.

The relationship between Togege and Jack is interesting to think about, considering that Jack initially wanted to eat Togege...

But the subsequent relationship that formed between Jack and Ginn through their association with Togege is also fun to think about.

More talking under the cut...

Togege and Jack ended up meeting by complete accident. Jack, being a fragment draconic, was really only interested in Togege as something to eat. If Togege had been more of a normal girl, she probably would have been. It was a combination of both her simply being the 'stupid' kind of brave, as well as not really knowing about draconics at all that changed her fate.

Through a combination of (unintentional) flattery, as well as simply taking Jack by complete surprise with her behavior, she managed to fluster him for long enough for him to take interest in her as a curiosity. It also helped that Jack was a high enough category of draconic that he had the sentience to even understand Togege, also giving him the disadvantage of having a developed enough capability for emotion, which was the only way he was able to be flustered in the first place. With lower level draconics, like Tempopo, language and behaviors wouldn't have any effect at all.

From then on, Jack decided to protect Togege from other draconics. It wasn't so much that he viewed other draconics as his enemy, he simply wanted to keep Togege alive as she was, because she was interesting. After a bit of this, the two developed a bond, and Jack started appearing when Togege came looking for him, as well as entertaining a few requests from her on occasion.

...A small authors note, I actually wasn't keen on letting this happen because for Keron⭐Command, I would have liked to have kept it so that only Ranana and Shadede had this special bond between a terrian and a draconic that was mutually beneficial, but the idea of Togege and Jack hanging out was too cute...

There's a third duo that is like this, but it's an interesting case where it's a weak draconic being guarded by a more powerful terrian. The two who are a part of this duo haven't been shown yet, though.

Prior to his current assignment, Warrant Officer Kakuku headed a team of researchers. Brilliant as he was, or perhaps because he was, his expectations and demands were impossible to keep up with. Paired with his short temper, his team quickly came to resent him. In the end his cruelty would catch up to him, and he would get what he had coming.
