The world if Star Trek producers let the characters be as queer as the actors wanted them to be.

Spot (star trek next generation) is a cat
and therefore she would push anything, including Commander Data, off of a counter if she could
However, she cannot, because Data weighs about 100 kg and also does not sit on counters
therefore
Spot is an Inoperative Data Pusher

them: what's your pronouns
me: *looks to the camera* that's right, our contestants have no idea of which pronouns to use when referring to me. the only way to learn is by talking, the only way to talk is by interacting and the only way to interact is by beginning so without further ado let's begin...

Disaster has gotta be one of my favorite TNG episodes
It shows so much of the crew facing difficult choices--usually outside of their normal capabilities and without outside assistance--and doing their best within their power despite facing mortal consequences and the unknown
Also Worf delivers a baby

I just watched The Measure of a Man and I genuinely got so sad both watching Data's friends argue so hard for his right to not be disassembled against his will, but also the people on the other side who kept insisting that he's just an unconscious tool to be used for the benefit of Starfleet. Data my best friend Data I'll never let them hurt you.
