Venture Capital. Thoughts and Much Less. - Rami Beracha
Rami Beracha is the blogger of this blog. This blog is all about venture capital. Rami Beracha is the co-founder of Sosa. רמי ברכה The issue of miscommunication is serious. It is a minefield that we have created. It begins one second after the initial contact is made with someone and ends with an amazing explosion... רמי ברכה We make the biggest mistake of believing that we are fully aligned with the expectations of our partners. We are almost always fully in agreement with our counterpart, minus one aspect : he doesn’t miss an opportunity to expand this gap . There is no one to inform us of the upcoming conflict. There are many causes for miscommunications, and most of them have to do with our personalities. The square personality is more likely to avoid communicating with liberal personalities. Aggressive personalities will be unable to reconcile their expectations with those of passive individuals. But, this isn't difficult to recognize - we all know the distinction between liberal and squared and active from passive. Rami Beracha What if they were completely different? Imagine the personality gap. It has never been discovered or warned about it, nor investigated it. ! Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to present to you a different type of personality The FULL and the Half Circle people! ! This analysis offers guidelines for behavior. Determine the personality that best defines your personality, and then try to determine what your relationship partner's personality is. If you find that you're of two different kinds - as Bono song says "we are one but we are not the same" You should be extremely happy as you may have found the cause of the differences between you! If, however, you are two of the same type and you're both of the same type, then I'm unable to explain why your relationships look so terrible. Now we are... רמי ברכה Two kinds of human beings exist. There are two kinds of humans that are the full circle kind, who is completely self-contained and feels completely at ease being by themselves. He does need partners, yes, he wants a partner, and yes he is in perpetual search of the right partner. Absolutely! All true! ... He can still survive without his dream partner. And, once he has found one, he wishes to continue living his life, shoulder to shoulder with his hopefully complete circle of a partner. רמי ברכה The "half-a circle" type is the other face of the human race. (No, it's not full-circle that was damaged during delivery). They are not going to let go of the savage creature once they find it. They'll work to physically integrate their victim in a happy circle. The Halves will not accept any less than gazing at one another from a distance. Only intimate relationships fulfill their desire to be connected to one another and create a whole. One of the most fascinating observations between kinds is the way they choose to leave their partners. The complete circle will usually be quick to let go of the person they've lost their chemistry. However, half-circle types redefine the concept of chemistry between two people to mean "I hold onto this B..ST..RD., until I am able to replace him with an upgrade." Rami Beracha Imagine a dance where the half-circle and the full circle are trying to make their partner happy. The half is able to make two steps to the left of the safety zone. The unexpected intrusion into his private space can be somewhat intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He took the Half out of his comfortable zone . Even though the Half assumes that the Full made an innocent mistake, and kindly compensated by making another step forward, the Half gets more concerned and begins to feel angry. They don't know why, but they lack proper terms and are unable to describe it. So they go to the wrong areas. It could be a lot easier for them to live if they understood the difference between half and full. Although there isn't a single solution, there are steps you can do. https://rocketreach.co/rami-beracha-email_2853036 1. Discover who you are 2. Learn about your partner 3. Recognize that there is a distinction. 3. Respect the difference! https://ashdodonline.co.il/111503/רמי-ברכה-איש-האקזיטים-הישראלי-מקים-קרן/ One conclusion could be drawn"Live and let live.

'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha
This is the blog of Rami Beracha, a venture capitalist from the world. Rami is co-founder and CEO at Sosa. Rami Beracha Communication is a major problem. It's a minefield that we have created. It is triggered within a few seconds after coming into contact with another person and culminates in an astonishing explosion... Our biggest error is when we believe that there is complete co-operation in the expectations of our partners, without ever trying to comprehend our partner's expectations. One thing we can have in common is that our counterpart does not miss the chance to widen this gap ..... There's no one to inform us of the imminent confrontation. There are a variety of reasons for miscommunications and they are mostly related to our different personalities. Square personalities tend to be more susceptible to miscommunication more than liberal people, while individuals who are aggressive may have trouble matching their expectations to the expectations of passive people. It is simple to recognize that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberals, and aggressive is a distinct thing from passive. However, what if they are very different, but they do not be aware of that. You can imagine that there exists a gap in personality between them that exists yet we do not know about it. It's not something anybody has researched or even identified. ! Let me introduce to you, gentlemen and ladies an entirely new kind of personality we have in common with the FULL-CIRCLE persona versus those from the HALF circle! ! רמי ברכה It is a guide to behavior. If you go through the analysis below Try to figure out which personality best describes you. Also, try to identify your partner in life. If you discover that you are of distinct types and you are not happy. It could be the cause of many of your differences. If you're of the same type as me, then I'm sorry to say that I'm unable to help with understanding why your relationships are to be so terrible. Rami Beracha Here we begin... רמי ברכה Two types of people are human. Some of us can be divided into two groups that are self-contained while others feel completely at home alone. Yes, he needs an accomplice, yes, he wants a partner, and yes, he's on a perpetual search of an ideal partner. Absolutely! 100% true! ... BUT, until he has found his dream partner, he can live without one. After he has found his ideal partner He wants to spend his entire life with his - hopefully complete circle - partner. Half-a-circle people make up the remaining half of humankind. Once they have found the grumpy creature and they are determined to keep go. They will move to almost physically integrate with the victim in order to form a happy circle... and do not give them the pleasure of living shoulder to shoulder! They'll not be compromising on being capable of looking at each with each other for the rest of their lives. Nothing less intimate can give them the desire to connect with the other half and create a whole. One of the most fascinating observations between different types is how they decide to let go of their partners. The whole circle is likely to let go of a partner that has lost their connection quickly. The 'half-a circle' type will however redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners. They will say that they are 'holding on to this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with a better upgraded version. Imagine the amazing dance between the "half-a circle" and a full-circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he did this by taking the Half out of his comfortable zone . While the Half thinks that the Full committed an innocent mistake and compensated with another step forward the Half begins to become annoyed and take a step backward.. The Full.. Half.. and the Half are all pissed off. They aren't sure why, but they aren't using the correct terminology and don't know how to describe it. Therefore, they head to the wrong areas. It would have saved their lives if they understood the difference between the half and full. Rami Beracha There isn't one answer to this essay. However, there are some action items: https://תולעת-המשפט.קום/צד-להליך/רמי ברכה 1. Learn who you are 2. Learn who your partner is 3. Be aware of the differences. 3. Respect the distinction! https://cellocard.co.il/app/c/card-174 Let's just say that there is only one conclusion Live and let be.

Venture Capital and Thoughts, Much Less - Ramiberacha
Rami Beracha has started this blog to talk about the world of venture capital. Rami is the co-founder and CEO of Sosa. The issue of miscommunication is very significant. It's like a minefield. It begins seconds after our first interaction with someone and ends with an impressive explosion... The biggest error we make is that, with no reason whatsoever, we nearly always presume that there is a complete alignment in the expectations of both sides without trying to pick our partner's brain in order to figure out what his expectations of us. One thing we can agree on is that our counterpart doesn't miss an opportunity to widen this gap ..... We are not alerted by anyone. There are a variety of reasons that lead to communication issues, and the majority of them stem from our personality. Square personalities are more likely to avoid communicating with people who are liberal. People who are aggressive will struggle to align their expectations with those of passive individuals. This is simple to spot as everyone can tell that they are squared from moderate and passive from aggressive. But, they may not be aware that they are so different. Imagine if there's a gap in personality. Nobody has ever found it, warned about or investigated it. ! Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to present to you the different personality types The FULL and the half circle personalities! ! Rami Beracha The analysis designed to provide guidance for your behavior. When you go through this report, you'll be able to identify which type of personality best describes you. Also, you can try to determine your partner in the life. You might be shocked to find that your personalities are different. As Bono sang, "we are one, but we're not exactly the identical." This is a good sign because it could indicate that you've identified the root of of your divergences. If you're in the same category as me, then I'm sorry, but I'm not able to assist you in understanding why your relationships seem awfully poor. We are here... Humans are divided into two categories. Certain of us are "full-circle" types who are self-contained and is completely comfortable alone. Sure, he requires partners, yes, there is a need for a partner and yes he is in continuous search of a partner. Absolutely! It is all true ... However, he'll never be able to survive without the right partner. Once he has found his ideal partner and is ready to share his life with his - hopefully full circle - partner. רמי ברכה The other group is the "half-acircle" types. They will not let go after they've found their unhappy partner. They'll work to physically join their victim into a happy circle. The Halves won't accept anything less than staring at one another from a distance for the rest. It is impossible to make them feel more intimate than that. רמי ברכה An interesting observation among the kinds is the way they choose to leave their partners. If a partner has lost chemistry with the full circle will be let go easily by the entire circle. Half-circle people, however, redefine what 'having mutually having chemistry with their partner' to mean - 'im still holding onto this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with an appropriate upgrade'. Rami Beracha Imagine the fantastic dance that takes place when a "half" and "full" circle attempt to make each other their counterparts. They are not aware of their different perspectives. The Half makes two leaps forward, well beyond the comfort zone of his Full, who thinks the abrupt invasion of his personal space a little too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he made the Half step out of his comfortable area ...... The Half is aware that the Full was making an innocent error, so they take another step backwards.. However, the Half soon becomes upset and begins to take a bigger, more aggressive step.. They know the reason, but since they don't know the proper language, they aren't able to adequately explain their confusion and head to the wrong directions. It could be a lot easier for them to live if they understood the difference between Half and Full. Although there isn't a single conclusion, there are some options you could do. 1. Find out more about who you are Rami Beracha 2. Find out who is your partner רמי ברכה 3. Be aware of the difference. 3. Respect that distinction! In reality, one conclusion is that is true: Live and let live.

Venture Capital, Thoughts and Much Less - Rami Beracha
Rami Beracha's blog about the venture capital industry. Rami Beracha is co-founder of Sosa. https://www.cpas.co.il/account_rnah/רמי-ברכה/ Communication is a huge issue. It's like an open-air minefield. It is triggered within a few seconds after coming into contact with a person, and ends with an incredible explosion... The biggest mistake we make is that we assume total co-operation in the expectations of our partners but never bother to understand our partner's expectations. One thing we do agree on is that our counterpart is not afraid to expand this expectation gap ..... There's no one on the planet to warn us to the upcoming confrontation. Rami Beracha There are many possible sources of miscommunications. Most are due to differences in our personalities. Square personalities are more likely to not communicate with those who are liberal. People who are aggressive will be unable to reconcile their expectations and the expectations of passive people. However, this is not difficult to identify - we all know the difference between liberal and squared, and passive from active. What if they were totally different? Consider if there's an individual gap. It has never been discovered, warned about or investigated it. ! Rami Beracha Ladies and gentlemen let me present to you the different personality types The FULL and the Half Circle personalities! ! רמי ברכה Note – This is behavior guidance. After you've read the analysis, you should try to figure out which persona best represents your personality. Also you should determine who your partner in real life is. If you find out that you belong to two distinct kinds, as Bono declares "we're two, but not the same" You should be happy. You might have discovered the reason behind some of the differences between you! If you're of the same type like me, I'm sorry, but I can't help with understanding why your relationships seem awfully terrible. We are now... Humans can be classified into two groups. Some of us can be divided into two groups: some are self-contained, while others feel completely at home alone. He requires a companion. Absolutely! All true ... But, he can't live without his dream partner until he locates one. He will continue to live his life in a relationship with the person he is going to marry once he finds one. The "half-a circle" kind is the opposite face of the human race. (No, it's not full-circle , but it was damaged during the delivery). They will not let go of the miserable creature when they discover it. To form an encircling circle, they will try to make their victim feel more physically. The Halves will not accept anything less than staring at each other from a distance of zero distance. It is impossible to make them feel more intimate than that. A fascinating observation of the two types is the choice to let go of an individual partner. The whole circle will typically let go of a partner who has lost chemistry very quickly. The half-a–circle' types on the other hand will redefine the idea of having the same chemistry' as their partners to be: 'I'm holding the B..ST..RD. Until I can replace him correctly'. Imagine the amazing dance when a "half circle", and a 'full-circle", are trying to compete but without being aware of their different geometrical shapes. The Half smiles and moves two steps forward. The Full is a bit frightened by the unwelcome intrusion a bit scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He took the Half out of his comfortable zone . While the Half thinks that the Full made an innocent error, and was kind enough to compensate by taking a second step forward, the Half gets more concerned and begins to get angry. They understand the reason, but since they don't have the correct terms to explain their madness and turn to the wrong directions. It would be a lot easier for them to live if they knew the difference between Half and Full. While this article isn't meant to be a complete list of guidelines, there are actions you can follow. 1. Discover who you really are Rami Beracha 2. Find out who your true partner is. https://www.influencive.com/rami-beracha-dedicated-business-innovator-in-the-middle-of-a-global-economic-crisis/ 3. Recognize that there is a distinction. 3. Respect this difference! Rami Beracha Let's be honest and say that there is only one conclusion Let's live and let go.
