谷保生活最後のパン屋さんで昼ごはん。近所の自立支援センターの方達が作って��れてます。惣菜パンも170円くらい。安くて美味くて天然酵母。 私はここの塩バターあんパンが大大大好きで、バターを増やせばもっと美味くなる！増量してくれ！と頼みこみ、バター増量に成功したものの、毎週弁当に加えて塩バターあんパン他を食べたら肥大したため、12月から今日まで約4ヶ月、パン断ちをしていたのでした。 最後のパン、嬉しくて4個も平らげた。お腹苦しい〜🤢 This is the last time to have bread lunch near my office. It is made by those who has disabilities in self-support centre. They come to our warehouse once a week and I enjoyed a lot, especially salty bread with butter and sweet red beans was my favorite. One day I asked them to add more butter so as to be more tasty! Then they made my dream come true😝 But unfortunately I ate it once a week besides lunchbox, I got fat a lot! I was reluctant to prohibit myself from eating it for around 4 months. So today is the end to the ban on bread fasting! Happy to eat them 😋 but ……. シウマイ、モロッコインゲン胡麻和え、カボチャ煮、トマト、赤魚粕漬け焼き、ワカメご飯 来月には異動になるはずなのに、昨日から新しいクライアントの在庫と出荷が始まり、慌ただしく過ごしています。昨日、上司がゆうメイトに私の異動を発表しました。何人かおばちゃん達が本当に寂しがってくれ、胸がキュンとした。フツーに生きてたら全く接点がないおばちゃん達とあれこれ話ができたのは人生の幅を広げる上でとても必要な事だったなと思う。香港レイバー時代を思い出した。 It’s the end of march and I am supposed to transfer and change my position next month but still it’s been hectic cos yesterday our new client stock and ship have started. Yesterday my boss announced our staff to my transfer. Some of my staffs are really missing me. It makes me sentimental. Maybe we’ll never to meet up in my life. They are totally different types, but it was really important to extend my life to talk to them through my work. 子持ち高菜の天ぷら、ちくわ磯辺揚げ、さつまいも白ワインレモン煮、ネギ入り卵焼き、鶏炊き込みご飯、柴漬け 子持ち高菜を初めて食べました。ザーサイの元なのかな？？ 朝から天ぷら、ろく助の塩で。めちゃくちゃ美味くて朝から1人で揚げ物つまみ食い。天ぷらって衣というシェルターの中で高温の中素材が一気に蒸されていくというわけで素晴らしい調理法だなあ！と。外で食べるとつい衣外しちゃう行儀悪い子ですが、揚げたてはやはり一緒に食べるから美味いのよね〜。今度天ぷら大会しよ。 土曜も遅くまで仕事だったし、免疫力落ちてるみたいで、膀胱、腎臓に来ている、、ちゃんと寝なくては！ Made Tempura such a early morning. The vegetable called “Komochi Takana” is unusual one and hard to get the super market. It’s so yummy that I ate a lot for breakfast. Recently it’s been hectic for my work, even Saturday I worked all day long. My immune system gets weak and sth wrong with my body….
