Astrid freezes in place, her gut growing cold at the word “baby.” “A… baby?” She asks them to repeat themselves, slowly turning to face them. “Uh yeah, that’s what I just said,” Ruffnut seems none too pleased that she had to repeat such joyous news. As if it’s that hard to believe that a family as extensive as theirs could have another on the way. “A baby,” Astrid nods, shock on her voice. “A baby.” “Ah, Astrid? Are you okay?” Hiccup asks. They can all see that she’s acting strange and quite out of nowhere. Instead of answering, she storms out of the club house, leaving everyone else behind as she searches for the comfort of her hut.

my entry for the 'Grandmaster Tigress' Challenge

I've seen quite a few kfp fanfics that center around the five being human, but imagine if somehow they turned human and that was their challenge they need to undo!

I imagine after some pandomonium, Pi would be like "Okay. Crane, I see why you need a hat. Mantis, you look like a frat boy in his thirties and Monkey, you just look like a cute funny short guy. Hang on, why do we all look middle aged?? I mean, Viper you look...very cute, not sure what I was expecting but if you were a human anyway you look like you'd kick ass cutely. Plus you look kinda ageless, it's not fair."

The other boys agree.

Po sees Tigress, but does a double take.

"T-Tigress...you're...y-" then he just blurts out "YOU'RE HOT!"

And to deflect him from blushing and to distract everyone from what he just said, he says this "and of course I look like a fat guy in his fifties!"

But after they devise a plan, Tigress tells him "Hey. You're our favourite fat guy in his fifties."

Po’s love language is physical affection. Not just for a partner but for anyone really. From hugging Crane and Tigress at the end of “The Secrets of the scroll” to the way he treats the Valley kids when they greet him, calling everyone in for a hug after the fight with Kai.
