ऐसी मान्यता है कि हनुमान जन्मोत्सव की पूजा में कुछ चीजों का शामिल करना बहुत ही आवश्यक होता है. इससे हनुमान जन्मोत्सव के पुण्यफल से साधक के अटके काम पूरे होने लगते हैं. बजरंगी के भक्त हर समय उनकी कृपा बनी रहती है, जिससे उसे किसी भी प्रकार की बुरी बलाओं से मुक्ति मिलती है।

हनुमान जी की पूजा में तुलसी दल का विशेष रूप से महत्व होता है. ऐसी मान्यता है कि हनुमान जी का भोग तब तक अधूरा माना जाता है, जब तक कि आप उसमें तुलसी दल साथ न चढ़ाएं ऐसे में आप हनुमत कृपा पाने के लिए उन्हें तुलसी के पत्तों से बनी माला विशेष रूप से चढ़ा सकते हैं।

विशेष - त्रयोदशी को बैंगन को खाने से पुत्र का नाश होता है। चतुर्दशी के दिन स्त्री सहवास तथा तिल का तेल खाना और लगाना निषिद्ध है।

*प्रातः भ्रमण की महत्ता*

प्रातः एवं सायं भ्रमण उत्तम स्वास्थ्य के लिए अत्यंत लाभप्रद है । पशुओं का राजा सिंह सुबह 3.30 से 5 बजे के दौरान अपने बच्चों के साथ उठकर गुफा से बाहर निकल के साफ हवा में भ्रमण कर आसपास की किसी ऊँची टेकरी पर सूर्य की ओर मुँह करके बैठ जाता है । सूर्य का दर्शन कर शक्तिशाली कोमल किरणों को अपने शरीर में लेने के पश्चात ही गुफा में वापस आता है । यह उसके बलशाली होने का एक राज है ।

उत्तम स्वास्थ्य की इस कुंजी के द्वारा आप मानो चरैवेति चरैवेति । आगे बढ़ो, आगे बढ़ो । यह वैदिक संदेश ही जनसाधारण तक पहुँचाना चाहते हैं । पूज्य श्री कहते हैं- "प्रातः ब्राह्ममुहूर्त में वातावरण में निसर्ग की शुद्ध एवं शक्तियुक्त ओजोन वायु का बाहुल्य होता है, जो स्वास्थ्य के लिए हितकारी है ।

दिनांक - 20 अप्रैल 2024 दिन - शनिवार विक्रम संवत् - 2081 अयन - उत्तरायण ऋतु - वसंत मास - चैत्र पक्ष - शुक्ल ��िथि - द्वादशी रात्रि 10:41 तक तत्पश्चात त्रयोदशी नक्षत्र - पूर्वफाल्गुनी दोपहर 02:14 तक तत्पश्चात उत्तरफाल्गुनी योग- ध्रुव रात्रि 02:48 अप्रैल 21 तक तत्पश्चात व्याघात राहु काल - सुबह 09:27 से सुबह 11:02 तक सूर्योदय - 06:17 सूर्यास्त - 06:57 दिशा शूल - पूर्व दिशा में ब्राह्ममुहूर्त - प्रातः 04:47 से 05:32 तक अभिजीत मुहूर्त - दोपहर 12:12 से दोपहर 01:03 तक निशिता मुहूर्त- रात्रि 00:14 अप्रैल 21 से रात्रि 01:00 अप्रैल 21 तक व्रत पर्व विवरण- वामन द्वादशी विशेष - द्वादशी को पूतिका (पोई) को खाने से पुत्र का नाश होता है। त्रयोदशी को बैंगन को खाने से पुत्र का नाश होता है। ग्रहबाधा दूर करने का उपाय शनि, राहू-केतु आदि ग्रहों के दोष-निवारण के लिए प्रत्येक मंगलवार या शनिवार को अपने हाथ से आटे की लोई गुड़सहित प्रेमपूर्वक किसी नंदी अथवा गाय को खिलायें । कैसी भी ग्रहबाधा हो, दूर हो जायेगी । शनिवार के दिन विशेष प्रयोग शनिवार के दिन पीपल के वृक्ष का दोनों हाथों से स्पर्श करते हुए 'ॐ नमः शिवाय' मंत्र का 108 बार जप करने से दुःख, कठिनाई एवं ग्रहदोषों का प्रभाव शांत हो जाता है । (ब्रह्म पुराण) हर शनिवार को पीपल की जड़ में जल चढ़ाने और दीपक जलाने से अनेक प्रकार के कष्टों का निवारण होता है । (पद्म पुराण) आर्थिक कष्ट निवारण हेतु एक लोटे में जल, दूध, गुड़ और काले तिल मिलाकर हर शनिवार को पीपल के मूल में चढ़ाने तथा ‘ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय' मंत्र जपते हुए पीपल की ७ बार परिक्रमा करने से आर्थिक कष्ट दूर होता है । अकाल मृत्यु व घर में बार बार मृत्यु होने पर जिसे मौत का भय होता है या घर में मौतें बार-बार होती हों, तो शनिवार को "ॐ नमः शिवाय" का जप करें और पीपल को दोनों हाथों से स्पर्श करें । खाली १०८ बार जप करें तो दीर्घायुष्य का धनी होगा । अकाल मृत्यु व एक्सिडेंट आदि नहीं होगा । ऐसा १० शनिवार या २५ शनिवार करें, नहीं तो कम से कम ७ शनिवार तो जरूर करें । विघ्न-बाधाओं व दुर्घटना से बचने का उपाय ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगंधिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्। उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात्।। रोज सुबह उठने पर अथवा घर से बाहर जाते समय एक बार इस मंत्र का जप कर लें तो विघ्न-बाधारहित, दुर्घटनारहित गाड़ी अपने रास्ते सफर करती रहेगी । और जीवन की शाम होने से पहले रोज उस त्र्यम्बक (परमात्मा) में थोड़ी देर शांत रहा करो ।

दिनांक - 19 अप्रैल 2024 दिन - शुक्रवार विक्रम संवत् - 2081 अयन - उत्तरायण ऋतु - वसंत मास - चैत्र पक्ष - शुक्ल तिथि - एकादशी रात्रि 08:04 तक तत्पश्चात द्वादशी नक्षत्र - मघा सुबह 10:57 तक तत्पश्चात पूर्वाफाल्गुनी योग- वृद्धि रात्रि 01:45 अप्रैल 20 तक तत्पश्चात ध्रुव राहु काल - सुबह 11:38 से दोपहर 12:38 तक सूर्योदय - 06:18 सूर्यास्त - 06:57 दिशा शूल - पश्चिम दिशा में ब्राह्ममुहूर्त - प्रातः 04:47 से 05:33 तक अभिजीत मुहूर्त - दोपहर 12:12 से दोपहर 01:03 तक निशिता मुहूर्त- रात्रि 00:15 अप्रैल 20 से रात्रि 01:00 अप्रैल 20 तक व्रत पर्व विवरण- कामदा एकादशी विशेष - एकादशी को शिम्बी (सेम) खाने से पुत्र का नाश होता है। द्वादशी को पूतिका (पोई) खाने से पुत्र का नाश होता है । (ब्रह्मवैवर्त पुराण, ब्रह्म खंडः 27.29-34) कामदा एकादशी - 19 अप्रैल 2024 एकादशी व्रत के लाभ एकादशी व्रत के पुण्य के समान और कोई पुण्य नहीं है । जो पुण्य सूर्यग्रहण में दान से होता है, उससे कई गुना अधिक पुण्य एकादशी के व्रत से होता है । जो पुण्य गौ-दान, सुवर्ण-दान, अश्वमेघ यज्ञ से होता है, उससे अधिक पुण्य एकादशी के व्रत से होता है । एकादशी करनेवालों के पितर नीच योनि से मुक्त होते हैं और अपने परिवारवालों पर प्रसन्नता बरसाते हैं । इसलिए यह व्रत करने वालों के घर में सुख-शांति बनी रहती है । धन-धान्य, पुत्रादि की वृद्धि होती है । कीर्ति बढ़ती है, श्रद्धा-भक्ति बढ़ती है, जिससे जीवन रसमय बनता है । परमात्मा की प्रसन्नता प्राप्त होती है । पूर्वकाल में राजा नहुष, अंबरीष, राजा गाधी आदि जिन्होंने भी एकादशी का व्रत किया, उन्हें इस पृथ्वी का समस्त ऐश्वर्य प्राप्त हुआ । भगवान शिवजी ने नारद से कहा है : एकादशी का व्रत करने से मनुष्य के सात जन्मों के पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं, इसमे कोई संदेह नहीं है । एकादशी के दिन किये हुए व्रत, गौ-दान आदि का अनंत गुना पुण्य होता है । एकादशी में क्या करें, क्या न करें ?

एकादशी को लकड़ी का दातुन तथा पेस्ट का उपयोग न करें । नींबू, जामुन या आम के पत्ते लेकर चबा लें और उँगली से कंठ शुद्ध कर लें । वृक्ष से पत्ता तोड़ना भी वर्जित है, अत: स्वयं गिरे हुए पत्ते का सेवन करें ।

स्नानादि कर के गीता पाठ करें, श्री विष्णुसहस्रनाम का पाठ करें । हर एकादशी को श्री विष्णुसहस्रनाम का पाठ करने से घर में सुख-शांति बनी रहती है । राम रामेति रामेति रमे रामे मनोरमे । सहस्रनाम तत्तुल्यं रामनाम वरानने ।। एकादशी के दिन इस मंत्र के पाठ से श्री विष्णुसहस्रनाम के जप के समान पुण्य प्राप्त होता है l

`ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय’ इस द्वादश अक्षर मंत्र अथवा गुरुमंत्र का जप करना चाहिए ।

चोर, पाखण्डी और दुराचारी मनुष्य से बात नहीं करना चाहिए, यथा संभव मौन रहें ।

एकादशी के दिन भूल कर भी चावल नहीं खाना चाहिए न ही किसी को खिलाना चाहिए । इस दिन फलाहार अथवा घर में निकाला हुआ फल का रस अथवा दूध या जल पर रहना लाभदायक है ।

व्रत के (दशमी, एकादशी और द्वादशी) - इन तीन दिनों में काँसे के बर्तन, मांस, प्याज, लहसुन, मसूर, उड़द, चने, कोदो (एक प्रकार का धान), शाक, शहद, तेल और अत्यम्बुपान (अधिक जल का सेवन) - इनका सेवन न करें ।

फलाहारी को गोभी, गाजर, शलजम, पालक, कुलफा का साग इत्यादि सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए । आम, अंगूर, केला, बादाम, पिस्ता इत्यादि अमृत फलों का सेवन करना चाहिए ।

जुआ, निद्रा, पान, परायी निन्दा, चुगली, चोरी, हिंसा, मैथुन, क्रोध तथा झूठ, कपटादि अन्य कुकर्मों से नितान्त दूर रहना चाहिए ।

भूलवश किसी निन्दक से बात हो जाय तो इस दोष को दूर करने के लिए भगवान सूर्य के दर्शन तथा धूप-दीप से श्रीहरि की पूजा कर क्षमा माँग लेनी चाहिए ।

एकादशी के दिन घर में झाडू नहीं लगायें । इससे चींटी आदि सूक्ष्म जीवों की मृत्यु का भय रहता है ।

इस दिन बाल नहीं कटायें ।

इस दिन यथाशक्ति अन्नदान करें किन्तु स्वयं किसीका दिया हुआ अन्न कदापि ग्रहण न करें ।

एकादशी की रात में भगवान विष्णु के आगे जागरण करना चाहिए (जागरण रात्र 1 बजे तक) ।

जो श्रीहरि के समीप जागरण करते समय रात में दीपक जलाता है, उसका पुण्य सौ कल्पों में भी नष्ट नहीं होता है ।

कामदा एकादशी 19 अप्रैल 2024 व्रत उपवास 19 अप्रैल 2024 शुक्रवार को रखा जायेगा । 18 एवं 19 अप्रैल दोनों दिन चावल खाना और खिलाना निषेध है । सदगृहस्थों के आठ लक्षण सदगृहस्थों के लक्षण बताते हुए महर्षि अत्रि कहते हैं कि अनसूया, शौच, मंगल, अनायास, अस्पृहा, दम, दान तथा दया – ये आठ श्रेष्ठ विप्रों तथा सदगृहस्थों के लक्षण हैं । यहाँ इनका संक्षिप्त परिचय दिया जा रहा हैः

अनसूयाः जो गुणवानों के गुणों का खंडन नहीं करता, स्वल्प गुण रखने वालों की भी प्रशंसा करता है और दूसरों के दोषों को देखकर उनका परिहास नहीं करता – यह भाव अनसूया कहलाता है ।

शौचः अभक्ष्य-भक्षण का परित्याग, निंदित व्यक्तियों का संसर्ग न करना तथा आचार – (शौचाचार-सदाचार) विचार का परिपालन – यह शौच कहलाता है)

मंगलः श्रेष्ठ व्यक्तियों तथा शास्त्रमर्यादित प्रशंसनीय आचरण का नित्य व्यवहार, अप्रशस्त (निंदनीय) आचरण का परित्याग – इसे धर्म के तत्त्व को जानने वाले महर्षियों द्वारा ʹमंगलʹ नाम से कहा गया है ।

अनायासः जिस शुभ अथवा अशुभ कर्म के द्वारा शरीर पीड़ित होता हो, ऐसे व्यवहार को बहुत अधिक न करना अथवा सहज भाव से आसानीपूर्वक किया जा सके उसे करने का भाव ʹअनायासʹ कहलाता है ।

अस्पृहाः स्वयं अपने-आप प्राप्त हुए पदार्थ में सदा संतुष्ट रहना और दूसरे की स्त्री की अभिलाषा नहीं रखना – यह भाव ʹअस्पृहाʹ कहलाता है ।

दमः जो दूसरे के द्वारा उत्पन्न बाह्य (शारीरिक) अथवा आध्यात्मिक दुःख या कष्ट के प्रतिकारस्वरूप उस पर न तो कोई कोप करता है और न उसे मारने की चेष्टा करता है अर्थात् कियी भी प्रकार से न तो स्वयं उद्वेग की स्थिति में होता है और न दूसरे को उद्वेलित करता है, उसका यह समता में स्थित रहने का भाव ʹदमʹ कहलाता है ।

दानः ʹप्रत्येक दिन दान देना कर्तव्य हैʹ - यह समझकर अपने स्वल्प में भी अंतरात्मा से प्रसन्न होकर प्रयत्नपूर्वक यत्किंचित देना ʹदानʹ कहलाता है ।

दयाः दूसरे में, अपने बंधुवर्ग में, मित्र में, शत्रु में, तथा द्वेष करने वाले में अर्थात् सम्पूर्ण चराचर संसार में एवं सभी प्राणियों में अपने समान ही सुख-दुःख की प्रतीति करना और सबमें आत्मभाव-परमात्मभाव समझकर सबको अपने ही समान समझकर प्रीति का व्यवहार करना – ऐसा भाव ʹदयाʹ कहलाता है । महर्षि अत्रि कहते हैं, इन लक्षणों से युक्त शुद्ध सदगृहस्थ अपने उत्तम धर्माचरण से श्रेष्ठ स्थान को प्राप्त कर लेता है, पुनः उसका जन्म नहीं होता और वह मुक्त हो जाता हैः

यश्चैतैर्लक्षणैर्युक्तो गृहस्थोઽपि भवेद् द्विजः। स गच्छति परं स्थानं जायते नेह वै पुनः।। (अत्रि संहिताः 2.42)
