What if the special christmas thingy happened in the fic/canon story? Like Solaris visiting his son, the three spirits showing Sun the past/possible outcome. Would things get at least a little, tiny bit better?

I've been thinkin about this question for a long, long time.

And truthfully, I don't think so. I think that in canon, if the approach was this harsh, it would've just sped up Sun's collapse and subsequent complete possession. Sun in canon was already bearing the weight of so much guilt.

Amusement parks. I know they can fly and stuff so rollercoaster wouldn't be much for them but still! The First thought that comes first when thinking about SH modern AU is amusement parks. Like hell yeah! Get in this loud big thingy with windows(car) losers we're gonna have a blast time.

Sun:

Thrill rides all day

Gets scared in the haunted house

Gets lost in the hall of mirrors and has to be fetched

Wants to try ALL the snacks

Moon:

Holds everyone's bags so they can go on the ride

Secretly happy not to be on them

Finds the noise/crowds overstimulating

Wishes he stayed home

Lugs Sun out of the hall of mirrors

Actually digs the boat ride

Pluto:

"Let's go again!"

Really just digs all of it

Sees kids having fun, gets all heart-warmed

Obsessed with funnel cake

Thinks haunted house is cheesy, holds hands with the nervous party

Ends up taking Moon somewhere quiet because she knows he's overstimulated

Lunar:

Gets in trouble for getting into parts of the ride he shouldn't (climbing out of the ferris wheel, poking around in the haunted house, etc)

Eats too much junk food and gives himself a tummy ache

"Race you to the slides"

Conjures scarier illusions in the haunted house

Gets kicked out of the park for troublemaking

Eclipse:

Too big for most of the rides

Doesn't really care for the food

Mostly goes to see you have fun

Gets jumpscared at the haunted house and accidentally burns it down

[This is meant to be a brainstorm, so please take this with a grain of salt.] So I've been receiving many ideas inspired by Ryu ga Gotoku. I don't know why, but I came up with a few headcanons about it:

Because there aren't many Healers within the lands, several medicine men attempted to create what's known as Healing Salves in order to help those, who are in need of a swift recovery.

Of course, on several occasions, more greievous injuries can be too much for the Healing Salves to handle. Because of this, Mending Kits are produced, so that Medicine Men and Healers can tend to more serious wounds without expending too much Starlight for the latter role.

Starlight is a resource prized by gods, so when common people discover a way to harness that energy, they initially experimented on how to store it. Creating a receptable that can contain Starlight effectively is a lengthy and expensive process, which means roughly one bottle of Starlight is produced every week.

And when Sun heard the news of the so-called Bottled Starlight, he called the most trusted servants to combine the Healing Salve and Starlight together. The result was a slightly syrupy orange liquid known as "Vigor". It is stored in carefully created flasks of various sizes, so that the common followers wouldn't overdose on Starlight.

(Can't believe I've described all the main Consumables of Ryu ga Gotoku... Why? Because I can.)

I've been sitting on this ask a long time because I think the concepts are pretty cool. I have no idea what this game (?) is, but it seems like you're brewing up a fun AU!

I saw the Thank you art with Eclipse and the collar on his neck with "Y/N" engraved on it. Can we have a little drabble or something related to that detail?👀 Maybe SH's reaction or Eclipse's reasoning?

I have some younger readers on this blog so I will not be answering this ask with a drabble but I WILL say:

This drawing was made before I intro'd Lunar and at the time the fic was going to have a much more Romeo and Juliet romance. The drawing was meant to be sometime after the story ended, when Eclipse and Star would have been married. <3
