I will never get over the fact that Jude and Cardan just kissed in bed after their wedding vows. Because that's?? The sweetest thing ever?? Like Jude was stuck in the Undersea for a while and Cardan got poisoned and almost died as well so they were both tired and probably wanted to be vulnerable with eachother after their vows of "partnership" (ahemMarriageahem).

Just imagining them all tangled up and in eachother's arms... Exchanging soft kissies under the covers after Cardan made flowers bloom in their room... Need a fic with The Ghost, The Bomb, and The Roach (Garret, Liliver, and Van respectfully) during the time period where Jude and Cardan (Jude) were denying their feelings for the other and the Court of Shadows just dishes their gossip and findings of their ‘secret moments’. Not in a cruel way, because I don’t see them being like that. More in a—‘when do you think it’s going to happen way?’

So I went to the event at Washington where Holly was she answered 3 questions of mine plus others

1. It never occurred to her to write a Cardan pov full length novel but she’s open to it

2. She doesn’t know everything that happens in her books if she doesn’t need to know in fact she didn’t even know what Cardan wrote until her editor wanted to know

3. Valerian lusted after Jude but hated her as well. Think of the way mysoginist still sexually want women, and that’s Valerian’s lusts for Jude.

4. Locke had feelings for Jude. He’s just a crappy person who wants to fit into his stories.

5. She considers fanfics, headcanons and fanart as equal a way to enjoying her characters as reading the books

6. Faerie beauty is like an alien beauty, like they’re not beautiful in a way that is sexually attractive but beautiful in a way you would find a dog beautiful or the sunrise beautiful or a carnivorous plant, think of the alien man in the shape of water type of beauty

7. Orianna and Madoc do have feelings for each other they just don’t know it
