Utterly blessed - you don't know how much I am utterly blessed. To look at this home we created, to breathe the cool air and see the endless sunsets and sunrise. To hear you sing from our bedroom. To just sit here and embrace the quietness and peace. All which wipe away the emptiness and sadness that came to visit today. If only my heart remembers, what matters. The rest are unimportant passing events
When weekday mornings are made better just because we decided to spend a bit more on a freshly baked sourdough (lemon+olives infused) and then wham, three days of deserving good breakfast settled. Avocadoes + Apple Baked Ham + Cream Cheese + Crunchy Tomatoes + Eggs
Thankful for a straight bus to work, get to make breakfast and then have it with your partner ❤️ things may change but I'm glad to be doing life with you.
We are in hope of fixing the sunken keys with cable ties and petroleum jelly. It is after all a decade old keyboard that underwent two shifting finally succumbing to sunken key syndrome which really is just disintegrated rubbers so YouTube did us a favour and taught us how to salvage. We hope this works.
Definition of a simple Saturday - waking up in our own place, having breakfast at our 2m wooden table, music playing in the background, when he suddenly stands up, seeing some glimpse of the sun ☀️, flips the clothes and then struts off casually while the wife catches the moments in what many think is mundane. #life
My 11-year-old couldn't decide what flavor of ramen to make, so I told her to flip a coin. Heads for spicy chicken, tails for beef.
Taking my advice, she flipped a penny, and when it landed on tails she said "Wait! Wait! I did it wrong!"
I told her that she did it right, because the real reason for flipping a coin isn't to let fate decide for you, but because when the coin is in the air, you will suddenly realize what you wanted in the first place.
I'm sure there's a life lesson there somewhere…
But honestly, I have never known her to pass up spicy chicken.
For all the dreamers, keep dreaming and not let societal needs take us over.
“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs, ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who are alive.”
Running through the photos of our first stop in Scotland and realizing how much fun life can be even when you're poor. @_iroshan_ ps//ken is gonna kill me. #laughdieme😂😂😂 (at Isle of Skye, Scotland, UK)
"Let all that you do be done in love." Finally arrived at a quarter of the century and thankful for those that stayed close :) It has been such an amazing year with the loved ones. & thank you for everything <3
