elieve me there is somewhat a clear and present day if you choose to ignore this. Therefore be forewarned that there is one common sense we must dictate to, not only to all wise dieters but to pregnant mothers especially   if you are fearful or ignorant of your maternity health or weight. Similarly, you must fear or not disregard any other basic needs. Flouting your weight and health at the pregnancy stage, whether it’s regarding your daily habits or a medical condition you have, does not make any sense. True? The chances that you will definitely seek help today, tomorrow, or at the maternity ward is great.
Isn’t it logical that when you are hungry you   eat, but before you are hungry you normally plan how to get food? It should be   the same with your health. When you just got pregnant, you will see a doctor, but before you have pregnancy complications when overweight, you should plan on how to be well and strong for yourself.  And also the baby long before the due date. Alright?
BEFORE YOU RUSH INTO THINGS, it is wise to make a pit stop here, to ponder over the words in this paragraph below. Don’t you think so?

You may have your doubts but I do agree with the truth of Dr Neda's statement. "Just how much a child's risk of epilepsy is linked with how obese the mother was early in her pregnancy,” Plus, it’s confirmed in the findings led by Neda Razaz of the Karolinska Institute. ACTUALLY EPILEPSY IN THE BABY is a brain disorder whose causes remain poorly understood. The survey-based study did not delve into the causes of the apparently higher risk of epilepsy, which may include genetic and environmental factors. Get the picture?
Having said and done, let’s explore further on the next sickness. Shall we?
2. INFANT'S BRAIN INJURY

Checking the baby’s heart rate during labour also may be more difficult if you are obese.
 Without a shadow of doubt, I would not hold my breath for the next pregnancy problem when overweight. Serious! No jokes!

Let me set the records straight! Without doubt, the obese mother in this pregnancy condition, the baby in the womb is larger than normal. This can increase the risk of the baby being injured during birth. For example, the baby’s shoulder can become stuck during delivery. Microsomal also increases the risk of caesarean delivery. You don’t need to have a Ph. D to grasp this ailment!

AS WE COME TO A CLOSE on positive thinking workouts to maintain or hasten your weight loss goals, there are useful thoughts I would like to share with you. Yes? Trust me, I WON’T TELL YOU that getting used to daily and positive thinking exercise is a bed of roses. There are times when the best of us would rather quit, put up our feet, and dream of a diet or a pill that will make us healthy and lose weight. But health and weight loss  doesn’t come only in a bottle or a diet.
BELIEVE ME, EVEN THE BEST DIET combined with the most potent vitamins will never tune up your muscles the way good exercise will. It seems a shame to put expensive fuel in a poor machine. If your car isn’t running well, do you drive all around town looking for better and better gasoline, or do you have your car tuned up? Remember, it’s your muscles that burn most of the calories you eat. It’s largely your muscle chemistry that determines whether that good diet or those vitamins get properly used or just wasted.

SO IF WE STOP EATING SOONER, the average amount of sensory pleasure we get from the experience will be greater than if we proceed to stuff down every last morsel. But, if this is the case, this secret could cause someone to eat more when they’re not hungry, because food can be pleasurable even when we’re full, such as when we eat dessert after a large main course.

Underscoring that secret well, we now shall proceed to the secret of selecting high energy food! Shall we? SECRETS NO. 2. YOU MUST SELECT FOOD THAT SERVE AS A HIGH OCTANE FUEL.
 You may have heard the phrase, ‘Food for fuel’. Well, that is just what it means.  It is a subtle ploy to encourage better eating habits and correct bad ones. Oddly enough, the lack of exercise is often not even mentioned as a more likely cause of the scales tipping over.  Truly, it’s nearly always just a matter of eating more of such food than what your body needs and ‘poof’ your weight disappear over time.  Personally, I believe there is a huge difference between petroleum grade RON92 and RON97. If you want more power, better fuel efficiency and a cleaner engine, then RON97 is a fuel but it costs more. Get my drift? THE SAME PRINCIPLE APPLIES TO FOOD, and quality food does cost more. Compare, for example, burger and fries to a light pasta and side salad. Both give about the same amount of energy in calories, but only one encourages better performance from the body. To say the least!
By the way, are we still on the same page or rather on the same screen, if you are then let’s go full speed ahead? Alright?
SECRETS NO. 3. YOU CAN MORE PREFERABLY EAT MORE SUCH AS SIX MEALS A DAY 
You guess it right! There are only two occasions when I actually do that when I’m on holiday, and during the three days of Chinese New Year! Otherwise, most of us can’t actually eat six meals a day. That is just too much food. That idea was coined years ago by bodybuilders on training. Their type of training requires eating a whole chicken daily, and up to a dozen eggs. But what does it really mean total six meals a day? 
OUR ENERGY LEVEL HAVE HIGHS AND LOWS throughout the day, and this is usually caused by .our fluctuating calories our body requires.  And maintain a steady blood sugar level because we never allow ourselves to go hungry. Waiting too long between meals, or having irregular mealtimes, often results in those familiar moments of lethargy we feel throughout the day when your blood sugar levels begin to crash.
One moment please! Below is not just another secret but one that you should seriously read and follow! Agree?
SECRETS NO. 4. YOU MUST EAT MORE FOOD THAT IS INFLATED WITH AIR

Recently, I've started to order a side dish, like roasted Brussels sprouts or grilled asparagus, from the a la carte selections as a healthy option to ward off hunger pangs and pace myself during the meal. At home, my wife will throw together a quick salad with greens, cherry tomatoes, and a little olive and balsamic vinegar or snack on roasted veggies from the previous night's dinner. Honestly, this would surely help you take the edge off my hunger, so you don't overeat when dinner is served.

When you build muscle mass, you increase your metabolic rate and set yourself up for a better, thinner you in the near future. Simple enough for you, right?

A classic example of this colossal  failure is not able to maintain the  ideal weight time and again. As always most people shed a lot of kilo in the first couple of week of a program, a combo of carbs and water. Its artificially high drop so don’t get discouraged  when progress slows down. Don’t give up. Be patient! Your weight will come down. It’s a matter of time. Right?

Allow me to kick start with this sharing! Consider this scenario of your weight loss route to weight reduction. Trust me, it’s well paved and yet many people are reluctant to undertake the journey. The mere talk of weight loss program discourages any initiative to lose weight. Agree or not?
          TO BE BRUTALLY HONEST! The sad news is there is no easy route. The good news is there is a way to start this trip of true health with the more benefits of weight loss, but one must be ready to go the distance. So are you ready to read on?
YES, YOU HAVE HEARD ME RIGHT! There is always a blue print for success and one failure. The twist is people tend to take the usual and less taxing route. That leads to no change. Because they choose not the more demanding and often bumpy road to a newer and better health and fitness. It is no wonder many cannot arrive at the chosen location, or achieve the goals of a teenager’s figure. Please do take a minute to let that sink in. Such a simple statement is ever so easy to skip over. I make no apology, if there is a need to repeat them.

Frankly speaking did you know that 20 minutes of jogging only burns an average of 200 calories? By the same token, the first 20 minutes of brisk walking subtracts off the glucose in the blood, followed by sugar deposits in the liver and muscles (glycogen). So if the target is weight loss, aerobic exercise has to go beyond half an hour to burn the fat.
I HAVE A BUDDY WHO RELIGIOUSLY undertake the weekend walk in the park (burning 200 calories) and adjourn to their preferred hawker stalls (eating back 800 or more calories) thereafter. And claim that exercise does not work! Hence, you can see exercise must be on a daily basis since it raises the metabolic rate and plays a part in the calorie balance sheet, but ultimately it is what one eats after the thread-mill that counts.
Aside from the question ‘Why exercise fail?’ you have yet another important failure question to answer.
FAILURE NO. 2. WHY DO DIETS FAIL? The unvarnished truth is that there are so many wrong concepts and bad science, especially relating to fad diets. Our body thrives on a balanced diet constituting 50% of calories from good carbohydrates, 25% from good proteins and 25% from good fats. Trust me this is not doctoral thesis!
        Lost you so far? Don’t worry! Just keep reading and you will get it. Let me continue further. This ratio of macronutrients provides the human machinery with maximum biological efficiency.   Many innovative diets have come and go, each trying to outdo the other by attempting to rearrange the needs of the human cells, with some pretty nasty but expected outcomes.      
      You know what? Various calculations led to     the high carb, low fat diet; low     carb, high fat diet; high protein,     low carb diet, but the fat     persisted! No one can sustain     this diets on the long term.  There was a time when the     controversial high protein diet     took the world by storm as glamorous movie stars endorsed the     diet of meaty proteins, forsaking     carbohydrates. The results were     phenomenal as pounds could be     shed even without exercise.
      However, there is a price to     pay! Our body needs energy and     the primary source has to be     derived from carbohydrates. By     supplying only proteins, we cheat     our cells and starve them of the     fuel. Out of necessity, the cells seek the emergency stores of fat     and subsequently proteins.     Imagine, when our power supply     is cut and all we have is a backup generator. Even if the inefficient power does not drive us mad, the     toxic fumes would certainly kills   us! Shocking? But it’s true!
To be crystal clear this kind of diet is known as a "ketotic" diet, which pushes our body to an abnormal state turning the blood acidotic, and courting kidney disease, heart disease     and osteoporosis. Hello? Did you understand what I said above?    I hope so!

FAILURE NO. 3. WHY DO DRUGS FAIL?
Correct me if I am wrong? Many so called diet pills were     launched with fanfare and have     since disappeared. In my personal     opinion, there is no miracle pills; of course there are appetite suppressants, fat blockers, fat    burners, metabolic-enhancers and etc. A drug cannot single-handedly treat obesity because the root    cause is personal complacency,    poor discipline, errors in information and a faulty lifestyle.  
SPEAKING FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, I confess that any drug that is released on the market would have under-    gone various stages of study,    from laboratory animals, small    pilot studies to multi centre trials. The largest and most conclusive evidence on the efficacy and    side effect of a drug is derived    from Post Marketing Surveillance, which means data collected and    analyzed after it has been    approved and sold for public use?    There are many examples of    drugs touted to be safe and effective, only to be banned later as    they caused worrisome side    effects. Hello? Read my lips as I say it again. ‘There are many example of drugs claimed to be safe and effective only to be banned later’.  Get my picture now?
With that it reminds me, it's high time to answer the next question. Yes?
FAILURE NO. 4. FAILURE TO PLAN AND UNCONSCIOUSLY PLAN TO FAIL.
Any question so far? If none, let me say that the ultimate reason for failure however, is because there was no plan to start off with in the first place. Or simply it was a bad plan. I agree with you that repetition is stale, but here is a strong reminder of, “Find a plan that works, and work the plan", otherwise it is an exercise of planning to fail.

      To explain more fully, let me share with you a deep secret. Unreasonable demand on our fine and integrated body for a rapid weight loss is like taking three apples a day. Yet it   can have fantastic results. But the doctor will have to make three visits a day in the hospital to make sure there is still life in you.
       IN TRUTH, UNDER  STARVATION, our body learns to  adjust to a lower than normal  metabolic rate, but once re-feeding takes place, the body balloons  to more than before as a rebound  phenomena.
       And that’s not all.  Since carbohydrate is the main culprit (provided calories from fat are maintained below 30%) in obesity. And we need it for energy, the choice of the right fuel is important. Hence it is best to avoid empty calories (like carbonated drinks and sweets) and calorie dense foods.  Get my drift? You bet!

       ALLOW ME TO JUMP START BY SAYING JUST THIS! Be sure to take note of everything I am about to tell you. Because this is also the process which allowed me to redeem the same overweight sins which I myself have committed.  Consider this scenario carefully! Believe me weight gain occurs when you consume more calories then usual and/or we cut back on exercise. Here is a critical tip for you. If you are doing everything the same as before and your weight is still increasing, it’s high time to look deeper into what might be going on in your body.
Having said that and do look below, there are some of the factors that may cause weight gain. However before we kick start allow me to give a bird’ eyes view of this write-up. Okay?

This may surprise you. We will miss this priceless benefit of having regular exercise. To say the least, we lose the opportunity for our body to secrete endorphins. An invaluable substance which are good and 'happy' hormone-ideally to help combat stress.
By the way, you can correct me if I am wrong. No matter how you argue or try to justify, common sense will dictate that we should exercise when opportunity arises. ..Indoor or outdoor. Period.
Frankly speaking, the next sin cannot be said too often. And I make no regrets of it. Here’s goes.
OVERWEIGHT SINS NO. 3. EXCESSIVE TV WATCHING.
In truth, we have to be careful about what program, we must watch. TV watching by itself it not sinful. But, watching too much television contributes to an inactive lifestyle. To make matters worse, many of us tend to snack on energy-dense foods, e.g., eating crisps and chocolate, while watching TV.
Redeeming value? Again we must honestly ask ourselves. What can and want to do? Cut down on TV time? You could also incorporate physical activities, e g, working out on an exercise bike while watching your favorite program. Get the picture?
OVERWEIGHT SINS NO.4. LYING TO OURSELVES BY CONSUMING FALSE ‘LOW-FAT' FOOD.
You would be in for a surprise! To be honest, many foods on the supermarkets shelves are labeled 'low fat'. But these low-fat foods may contain high levels of sweeteners or sugars. High-sugar foods contain lots of calories and contribute to weight gain.
You ask? Is it really true? That’s a good question. This same question has been asked many times over. The solution? Just read the labels carefully to find out the total energy and calorie content. Remember, although the fat content may be low, the food may still have the same amount of calories - sometimes even more.
