this is a dude getting 10 pints of his blood out of himself and freezing it into a sculpture of his head. i call this art and i want to make one. the colours and detail shown is something you wouldn't be able to get if it wasn't such a weird media. looking at this fascinates me, its got a charm to it that makes it stand out from other head sculptures.

this is a painting called Madonna of the meadow, personally i don’t like it because its weird and i find the style of painting boring. saying that i can still see why people will call this art (its a painting). this painting just makes me bored, an old kinda dull oil painting of some naked farmer babies with not much going on in the background either. obviously the dude who painted this had skill and this is art its just not the kind that interests me because i prefer brighter vibrant colors with busy filled environments. and this just ain’t that.

This ad uses a cup lid and straw to show off pollution by saying its closer than you think, the colours are dull amping the focal point but not giving the image any wow factors. the lighting is dark apart from the middle where it brightens up to show the focal point. the message here is showing that pollution is effecting you more than you think to a point where you might swell be sucking on an exhaust pipe.

this is a WWF ad showing an elephant crumbling and Turing into dust. the colours are very dark with a black background and dusty greys and browns for the elephant. lighting is carefully shows across the animal moving the focal point towards it. the message is showing that soon enough there won't be any elephants left because they're all gonna die.

this is a JBL ad showing a chill dude calmly vining out while Kim and trump shout right in his ears while holding nukes and buttons; theres an outline of headphones around his head. the colours are all over the place, showing chaos and commotion but they are mostly dark aside from the white in the middle. again lighting is very dark and cluttered. the message the ad is trying to show off s that their headphones are so good they block out the loudest of sounds.

this image shows a leaf that has been cut up and now resembles factories puffing out fumes With the caption as  every leaf traps Co2. colours are light overall with the green leaf being the only colour on there. lighting is bright with subtle shadows in the outer corners. focal point on this is defiantly the leaf with its carvings and being the only thing on the image. the message of this ad Is showing how essential trees are for the environment and that they need to be protected.

This image contains a man with a car painted on his face being punched my another man with another car painted on his face. colour are mainly dark with with the shadowed background along side the dark hair and shirt on the man. And the cars standing out due too their bright contrasting colours. The focal point is most defiantly the fist and face of the dude, the cars and action shown instantly drags you're eyes to it. the message shown is saying to stop violence leading towards a don't drink and drive ad and it gives off a clear way to present it.

this image shows an ice cream however it has been morphed into a belly as some kind of sugar awareness add. the colours are light with the pink complimenting the blue attracting the eyes to it. overall lighting is bright, vibrant and has a lighthearted mood. the focal point is the belly button in the ice cream because its not something you see everyday and it drags you in to what its about being an obvious too much sugar is bad for you add.

This is an ad for glasses using an iconic Van Gogh image and truing it into hyper realistic within the lens to show off how good they are. the colors are light and give a calm, sophisticated vibe about it. the lighting is bright with no dark areas to be seen aiding the blue tints. the focal point is within the lens because of its high definition look standing out from the rest of the picture. overall the image is telling you to get you’re eyes checked whilst luring you in to their company.

whats good i’m a fax machine, i like skateboarding, doodling, watching anime/Netflix, music, sleeping and caffeine. favorite musician is mac miller and favorite artist is vexx. i like drawing cartoons and hate realism because id rather draw whatever comes to mind instead of looking at something and copping it without any changes. i don’t really know what i’m expecting from this course other than hopefully passing it at the end.
