Jo brushed her blonde hair over her shoulder while she focused on his words. He was a very wise man; which was something she was definitely thankful for. She got to be friends with him and he was truly a vital part of her life. “I’m sure I’m simply overreacting and worrying about it when I don’t have to.” She chuckled softly as she drank her margarita. “No, no,” the blush on her cheeks only grew a darker shade of red as she turned to him, “you didn’t make me uncomfortable! She admired him for a moment, truly taking in the sight of him and the way the liquid slipped down his throat. “It um...” she paused as she struggled to find the proper wording, “was very..attractive.”

“I will do my best to avoid any kind of messy relationships when it comes to coworkers. Promise,”Jo laughed softly, not worried or really concerned with that possibility. She always made it a point to keep all of her work relationships professional. “You’re always in high demand, it seems and while I’m sure it’s great; you still need time to just be you and enjoy life without the demands of others. Do things that make you happy, because at the end of the day; you can’t rely on others to make you happy.” She thought about his words as she fell silent. He was right. “I suppose it wouldn’t make me pathetic and I know I’m thinking of it far more than I should. This is a whole new world for me and I want to make sure that I leave a good impression and really set my career in motion.” She looked back at him, watching as he took a drink of the margarita. The moment the small noise came from Harry, her jaw dropped. She stared back at him; a surprised expression on her face. “Wow,” she whispered as she looked down at her drink before taking a sip. “I don’t think I have…” she finally got the words out as her eyes returned to Harry. “I guess I’ve felt good about it, but I haven’t experienced anything that’s mind blowing or however you’d like to describe it. I never really got the big deal about it from what I’ve experienced. Maybe I’m doing it wrong,” she laughed somewhat nervously as she looked away from him.

“I do put myself in those situations… But I’ve been doing a good job on taking the time away as well, at least ever since the band, it is a hard balance though, and you can never be happy all on your own, can you, I feel like it’s something that will always rely on a few people around you…” Harry went on, thinking about her words. It was a difficult matter to manage, most definitely. He took another sip into his drink, as he listened to Jo. “Once you’re there everything will turn out just fine, of that I’m sure, but it’s valid how you’re feeling, it’s the nerves talking, you really shouldn’t be overthinking this much” He tried his best to reason, but it was easier said then done, being on the outside of it all made it easy to shout opinions at his friend. Harry wasn’t exactly when in his mind it made sense to start training how to fake moaning with his best friend, the face that Jo was making as a reaction to his own moan, making him chuckle in embarrassment, and turning a shade too red on his cheeks, and he couldn’t even blame it on the alcohol, at least not yet. “Maybe this wasn’t such a good idea…” Harry mumbled, as he saw Jo having trouble facing him properly, not that he was a that shy of guy, specially when it comes to his close circle, but the last thing he wanted was to make her uncomfortable. “I see, well from what I’ve hear, it comes much easier to men, I’m afraid I can’t be of much help when it comes to explain and ins and outs of the female orgasm… I do know that is about discovering your own body, what works to some, won’t work for others, it’s a rather personal thing… and not something you can really rush it? You’ve never done Disney before ? Oh my god ! Jo, you’re in Cali, right ? So is Disneyland. She’s no Disney World, but still pretty fun. If you ever do Alaska, then you’ve gotta promise me that you’ll hop on over to Canada as well ? We’re right next door ! Nah, it’s not lame. I mean, there’s too many ? Also, sometimes it’s more fun to be spontaneous about it & just wing it ! Those are the best experiences to have.

I’m glad you got to spend some time with him! How’s filming going anyway? Ireland? That sounds like the perfect way to spend the summer if you ask me. Speaking of Wandavision..I have to finish that. I’m very behind for a Marvel fan.

My days off are always spent catching up on tv or movies I haven’t seen in the last few years. I’m a sucker for a good mental health day full of movies or tv. 

i’m staying with him until wednesday, then going back to vancouver to finish filming this season of riverdale. or maybe not finish it but get closer. i already have plans to go with him to ireland over the summer. oh i know how that goes. i watched the entire season of wandavision in less than eight hours.

Jo rolled her eyes, knowing full well that he knew just how to push her buttons. “Shut up, Styles.” She turned away from him and looked around the kitchen. “With a lot going on? Do explain more, Harry.” She gave him a smirk as she walked around the room, taking in the little details of the room. “From what I’ve heard, she is also a virgin, but I don’t want it to be painfully obvious to every person on set or to Hero. How pathetic of me.” She chuckled, turning to him, “oh no.” she laughed. “We don’t want to sound scared, that is the opposite.” With a nod of her head, she accepted the glass from him. “Hmm,” she thought for a moment as she took a sip of the drink. A moan left her lips as she swallowed the liquid. Her eyes moved to him, searching for any feedback. 

“Careful there, I know first hand how it’s like to fall in love with a coworker, and it gets pretty complicated pretty fast” He would still never have it any other way, but he didn’t voiced as much. “What do you want me to say? And being a virgin doesn’t make you pathetic, don’t say that!” Brushing his long nose with his pointing finger, Harry put some thoughts into the issue in hand, there was trust between him and Jo, and he was pretty sure he could ask her anything, and it worked both ways, and there was one particular question that he was feeling the need to ask, in order to help with this whole thing. “That is better, let’s take a drink to improve the mood” He offered, taking a sip from his margarita at the same time he was revaluating his take on the subject. “It does need to come from within…” He went on, biting on his bottom lip whilst letting out a muffled moan as an example. “Like, you’re trying to hold it in, but you just can’t no more” he explained, something that was pretty hard to explain he was coming to the conclusion, it really was something you feel, rather then rationalize it, and make sense to it.
