Jane Austen really said ā€˜I respect the ā€œI can fix himā€ movement but thatā€™s just not me. Heā€™ll fix himself if knows whatā€™s good for himā€™ and thatā€™s why her works are still calling the shots today.

I just heard my mom tell my brother, ā€œwhen you die, you will go outside and garden until your father says youā€™re doneā€ and it took me a second to realize that my brother was playing a videogame and this was not a theological discussion.

Gay transgender activist Lou Sullivan spent years researching the life of Jack Garland, an obscure early 20th century transgender man who evidently loved men. He rifled though archived newspapers and letters in local libraries for any scrap relevant to Jack, and finally managed to get the completed novel published only very shortly before his death by AIDS in 1990. The book made a single run from a now-defunct publishing company, so a very limited number of copies of the book exist today. Approximately 30 libraries carry it across the US and certain sellers have another handful of copies available for upwards of $200+ each. However, I could afford to shell out that $200, and I think Lou would want his book to be accessible to the modern trans population. So I've bought a copy and scanned it and converted the pages into a PDF,
which is now public on google drive
and also Archive.org

This is your daily reminder to not be ashamed of making your life easy for yourself.
Cut your food into small pieces, make the font size 30 on your e book, use straws to drink, get a pen thatā€™s comfortable to hold, take more naps, walk slowly, eat another cookie, buy velcro shoes, re-watch the part you couldnā€™t understand the first time, write things on your hands so you donā€™t forget itā€¦ whatever you want and/or need
Donā€™t let anyone tell you how you should be doing things. We donā€™t need to prove each other anything

Embossed braille should be standard on computer keyboards.Ā
It would raise braille literacy more than anything else I could imagine - among both the blind and the sighted. Currently braille is actually vanishing due to an increasing reliance on audiobooks and screen readers.Ā
I think that braille has a lot of potential use among non-blind groups. As an alternative to traditional writing for dyslexics. As a way to help photosensitive people type with their eyes closed. Or simply as a means to help sighted people find things without needing the lights on all the time!

It is common knowledge that the villain has a crush on the hero. Anytime a ragged looking civilian comes to hero's workplace, the receptionist points them at hero's office without questions. They frequently visit hero to complaint like they're asking to see a war crime's manager.
" Your villain tried to blow up my establishment!!!"
"FOR THE LAST TIME! they are not my villain!"
*angry white women walks towards hero* "oh for god's sake what did they do now!"
"Can you please keep your villain in check." "They're not my *sigh* I'll try. "
Pls follow to help me grow
