I just read this a few nights ago and this is by far the sweetest, most beautiful thing I have ever read.

My heart forever breaks for Jian Yi but I really believe that he will be happy some day.. holding hands with the person he loves.

So thinking about it, after his birthday poor Jian Yi has had a really crappy couple of days!…so please bear with me since it’s a long post :P

First he had a peak of happiness!

Then we all thought…yes!!! this is gonna be great!!! and then bam…this face…

After this everything went downhill!!!, fist he meet some bullies …

And felt weak..

Then the confrontation…

And seeing his most important person being hurt….

Which was of course very harsh on him….

then the guilt came… 

impatiently waiting for him to wake up …

seeing him at the hospital …

He felt sad and lonely…

even doubting what he wanted to do with his life..

then the past came back to haunt him, and he got sick..

So he had a moment of temptation… 

and everything became even worse..

He felt like he screwed up so he might lose the most important thing to him…

And it was to much to handle…

 he felt confused..

and extremely hurt…

so he wanted to erase the pain…

But when he woke up the next day….the pain was still there…and the memory as well..

So of course he wasn’t feeling well at school either….

then reality came back to slap him in the face, is not just the two of them…

plus the memory of last night was still there…

and he had to face what happened…

Then a gossip came and the whole school was aware of his “rival” feeling …

and to make it worse, on top of all that confusion he was called what he feared the most…

So at this point Jian yi must feel emotionally exhausted!! anyone would! like what the hell is wrong, how can it be possible to have so many crappy thing to happen one after another???….BUT THERE IS A SILVER LINING ON ALL THIS…and that is that above all, Zhang zheng xi kindness has come up everytime Jian yi feels like falling.

whenever he make a sad face…

when he feels weak….

when he is having a bad day…

whenever he is under a threat…

somehow he will come up to protect him…

to cheer him up..

to make him feel needed and wanted…

to make him feel safe…

he takes care of the small details…

he takes care of him when he is vulnerable…

when he just can't stand up in his own two feet…

He worries…

and won’t leave him alone…

he feels Jian yi´s pain…

like his own…

and will always try to do something, to make it a bit better…

even if he is not that good at showing his emotions…

he will be there to catch him…

to ask if he is ok…

to look after him…

and defend his reputation, even when Jian Yi is not there….

he won´t ever leave him alone…

even when Jian Yi is shutting him out…

because he wants to understand him better… 

he wants to make it clear that he is not alone…

   and someone truly care for him…

Because love in any form is always patient and always kind.

dream catchers: (not only is it appropriative of some Native American cultures, it’s also the least well thought out idea ever. Dream catchers take in bad energies and dreams, and now you’ve taken them into your body. Congrats.

Mandala: Sanskrit. A spiritual symbol associated with West/South Asian religions such as Hinduism and also Buddhism. Also I’m so over seeing that one mandala off google on people. GET A DECENT ENOUGH ARTIST TO DRAW SOMETHING ORIGINAL.

Om:  Sanskrit. Another spiritual symbol associated with West/South Asian religions such as Hinduism and also Buddhism.

Unalome: The origins of this symbol seem to stem from Asia and is used by those who have attained Nirvana.

Yin and Yang: A symbol used by Taoism.

Swastika: Although originally a spiritual symbol found in Hinduism, it was of course appropriated by the Nazi’s. You might think you’re “cool” or “edgy” attempting to “reclaim” the swastika- but if you’re not Hindu, Jewish or Rromani you have no right to reclaim a symbol of hatred still used to incite fear today.

Sugar skulls: From Dia De Los Muertos (day of the dead), a cultural festival from Mexico. Don’t get it if you’re not Latinx.

Sexualised Geisha’s/native american women/women with sugar skulls etc: Do I really need to explain why sexualising images from other cultures is wrong?

Those skulls with Native American headdresses on them that I see everywhere: If you’re not from a Native American culture don’t do it.

Hindu Gods/Goddesses: If you’re not Hindu then they’re not your gods to appropriate the image of… I’d have thought that pretty obvious but there you go.

“”””””Tribal””””””” tattoos: These are stolen and appropriated from actual native cultures that use paint and tattooing to create an image specific for their culture. Often appropriated from Polynesian/Hawaiian/East Asian cultures.

Moon and star: A commonly known Islamic symbol. Don’t do it if you’re not Muslim.

Star of David: if you’re not Jewish don’t do it.

Hamsa: Also know as the hand of Fatima. Originates from the Middle East and found in Jewish, Islamic and other cultures/religions from around the area.

Henna/Mehndi designs: Used by West/South Asian cultures and religions often before marriage ceremonies. Don’t use henna either.

Ankh: An ancient Egyptian hieroglyph for “life”.

Hebrew, Arabic or Sanskrit text: These are actual texts used by their respective cultures, not “pretty languages I saw on google one time”. If you want a pretty looking language, go for Runes or Elvish or something.

Buddha/Buddha head: If you’re not Buddhist you know the drill don’t do the thing… Also getting a decapitated head of Buddha is just plain rude and insensitive to the culture too.

“G*psy” woman: The word first and foremost is a slur and the image is usually a racist stereotype of Rroma people.

Geishas/Ninjas/Koi fish/other Japanese symbols: Again, not Japanese? Don’t do it.

Chinese/Japanese/Korean characters: Someone else’s language is not your “aesthetic”.

This is by no means an exhaustive list, but it includes some of the most common ones I see. Open to corrections and additions! (Unless they’re white ppl complaining about them not being able to appropriate without being called out anymore)

I hate how people always draw korrasami with korra being more boyish and asami being more girly. It's not because they are a couple that they have to fit gender roles.
