tips from an experienced ana (im 41 backwards, ed since 21 backward)
- drink water, like so much water. honestly investing in a 30 oz hydroflask with a straw has helped me loose so much weight, and its SO addicting, pls invest
when ur hungry, the best suppressant is salt. get tiny packets of salt, and when ur hungry, pour some on ur wrist and lick it. its not vile, but it will defo make u not wanna eat, especially if u like salty foods like me
if u have trouble getting into the habit of eating less, just commit urself for a week. u dont need to start fasting immediately, just for a week. once u see results, it comes naturally
