*takes a deep breath* sukuna didn't just healed megumi during shibuya arc, but when he noticed that he was about to switch back with itadori, sukuna also dropped him off in a safe place with shoko and principal yaga, which obviously implies he carried megumi (😳). And he cleaned megumi's face that was covered in blood. Like. Dude really took the time to wipe the blood off megumi's lips 😳🥺

ASDAHDK ME TOO! I CAN’T GET OVER THAT SUKUNA IN SHIBUYA IS JUST

His “Megumi is in danger” spider sense is tingling. Sukuna saves him, heals him, going as far as clean the blood from Megumi’s face and bring him to safety --

-- even though he doesn’t need to. 

If you think about it, one of his main objectives is to put huge mental pressure to Yuuji so that his vessel “break”. Wouldn’t it add much more emotional strain to Yuuji if the first thing Yuuji see after he take back control is Megumi in the brink of death??? I still can’t fathom Sukuna’s particularly wild move of bringing Megumi to safety before Yuuji can take back. 

Oh dear. Megumi is really the heroine and Sukuna is the rival of the protag.
