As of tomorrow, December 31, 2021, 11:59:59, I'll be going off of social media. Those who know and follow me know this happens every year. I have to take time to hear what "thus sayeth the Lord" for my life 2022. Family, call, or text. And I'll see you at the "Tap In" on Saturday. You don't have my contact info; find someone who does and send me a message by them. (I do not advise calling me randomly if I did not give you my number. ) If we didn't talk in 2021, well??? I'm so thankful for all the new and the casting away of the old. I stand in great expectation of what God yet has for the coming year. I'm leveling up! You do the same. That said, as is custom every year, I'm not taking any extras into 2022. No tagalongs, no absentees, no ghost. This year has been one of the most revelation filled years I've ever had in my life, and I've seen different than ever before. God has shown me people who are just before me. Who will be for me, and who are with me but not for me. God has been ever gracious on my behalf throughout 2021, even when I didn't see nor believed. He truly #lovesmetolifeforeternity. Seven days of thankfulness. I'm thankful for so much that God has done, this past 12 months, and seven days is not nearly enough to share it all. So in no particular order at all, this 7th day, I'm thankful just to have a heart and a mind to be thankful to God in all things. Not for all things. In this current religious climate with varying ideals of who, what, when, where "gods". Also, this political climate that has pushed and pulled many to choose one thing out of many then says be hateful to the rest. And in this time, when everybody thinks they are the only one's right, everybody wants rights, every day there's some new "should have rights", and nobody is seeking nor caring about what's right. I'm just thankful for the heart and mind that's still thankful to God in all things. Birthright- stolen Children - grown, living of this world, in this world Friends - faithful few Employ- Doing what I love to do. Health- Challenged, yet I'm still healed Family- Zoome time is priceless. FaceTime is priceless. GOD, IS STILL GOD! He's still my healer. Still my comfort and my peace. Still my keeper. Still the love of my life. Still says I'm worthy. Still never leaving nor forsaking me. Still loves me. Still worthy of my THANKSGIVING. It's not about the day nor the food for me. Seven days of thankfulness. I'm thankful for so much that God has done, this past 12 months, and seven days is not nearly enough to share it all. So in no particular order at all, this 6th day, I'm thankful for life. Thankful for God's mercy in keeping our family this year. Praying for God to be peace for those who had to bid a "see you soon" to family members. Last year this time, I received a phone call as I was leaving my employ, that one of my uncles passed away. As per my night shift habit, I went home and took a nap only to be awakened by another phone call telling me another uncle passed away, the same day. God gave me this writing on a post a few years ago. I had so many negatives spoken about it however I must be obedient to God. A woman messaged me on my public page to thank me for this post. She received it from a friend of a friend. She had just buried one family member and one passed away at the services of the other. She said this little post changed her life and comforted her where she had no comfort. I'm praying for you to be peace God. as only you can. Thank you for helping my family breathe and so many others also. Thankful for life. I had to wait on this post today so you see the magnitude of how awesome God is. So in no particular order at all, this 5th day, I'm thankful for God's faithfulness always. I may not have been the best mother, the most nurturing, best equipped but I know how to pay and believe God for my children. The word said, "Great shall be their peace". Success is peace. Seven days of thankfulness. I'm thankful for so much that God has done, this past 12 months, and seven days is not nearly enough to share it all. So in no particular order at all, this 4th day, I'm thankful for healing and wholeness. They are not the same thing. I have gone through this year learning to manage a diagnosis that is not suppose to exist in the United States (Hypoproteinemia) Guess what, it's here. Recovered from Covid 19, (didn't even know it was Covid 19 until it was over). Experienced a couple trips to the ER (Doctors had no clue and even less answers) Healed-the state of being free from illness or injury. Isa 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Wholeness-the state of being unbroken or undamaged. So in no particular order at all, this 3rd day, I'm thankful for these women right here. "THE GOLDEN GIRLS" (My aunts and my biological mother) So thankful to God for them in my life growing up. So thankful for the time that I've been able to share with them and spend with them this past year. They have been friends, allies, confidante, and even enemies through misunderstanding.
