I’ve been intermittent fasting for months. I love the concept as it breaks the sacred tradition of breakfast by breaking your fast at a later time. It’s like blasphemy when you mention not eating in the morning. My typical intermittent fasting schedule is 8pm -12pm fast / 12pm - 7 pm eat. You are always welcome to change this schedule to what works best for you. I know some people even have a 5-hr eating window instead!
Research into IF is something I recommend for those attempting a ketogenic diet.
