~ i started writing this at the start of maintenance for 2.1. i really chose to js forget abt writing this whoopsie daisy...

the two IPC members are VERY different. it seems the both of them have different hobbies, making them incapable of working together majority of the time. topaz HATES him, and aventurine? gah, who knows. he’s always hiding stuff within.

when they both realized the mutual affection towards you, it wasn’t something you would want to be around. lots of shouting, aventurine acting off his rockers, etc. if you had ever seen that play out, they both would’ve never been able to forgive themselves.

you’re fragile to them, even if you aren’t to other people. they’re stronger than you, so you’re below them in ranks. that makes you fragile. that’s one thing they can agree on, at least.

you bring the two closer, even if they don’t want to be closer. because of the need to care for you, they stay in touch with each other for frequent updates on your current situation.

stalking you is for your safety. isn’t that what every yandere believes? they’re not too far off from your typical yandere. topaz is your all-knowing, intellectual yandere who’s pretty much leading the poly with her knowledge.

aventurine is more there to keep issues out of the way. to clear out road blocks, if you will. he’s the threatening one, making sure NO ONE stands in his and topaz’s way of getting their hands on you.

if someone catches them doing something unlawful; stalking, occasionally murder, etc. - aventurine does one of 2 things that ensures that person to be good to be quiet.

method one is simple; bribes. he’s wealthy, so why not? he gambles the fact that the person might say something, but they might not. though if he even gets word that the person is going anywhere near authorities, the deal is off. he deals with that person and retrieves whatever bribe money hadn’t been spent yet.

method two is simply just dealing with that person. either method works, but aventurine likes to take gambles; making method one his preferred cup tea. however, sometimes a threat is much too large to just let be. what if an officer saw that? aventurine couldn't let that ruin what he and topaz worked so hard for.

topaz is like a hawk, having sharp eyes and a predatory mind. it's scary what she can do with what little she's given. all she needs is a day to monitor your schedule and she manages to figure out lots of your interests.

the two have to keep their composure when they come to greet you and collect your monthly bill. strange... wasn't your bill 8,000 credits? how is it only 3,000? whatever, who would complain about that?! the two are so giddy when your hand slightly brushes against theirs, placing the credits in their palms.

the two graciously divvy up their free time to squeeze watching you in there somewhere. watching you is like bird watching, except it's socially frowned upon..
